"Is he?" Izanagi tilted his head when Umeda said Yon is just simply annoying to him.
"Well then I am glad you don't think I am annoying." He mumbled.
Carrying his bag, he bowed to Hakase, thanking him for the care and letting him stay in this temple.
He know Kamaitachi is back from the underworld. Perhaps he should ask him what happened down there?
But the train will be departing in two hours...Guess Kamaitachi can wait?
If there is something important, he will find Izanagi personally.
"Are we taking a cab to the station?" He turned around to ask the kodama who is walking behind him.

"Why would I think you annoying?" Umeda asked as they left the temple.
It felt right... finally leaving.
"Yon is annoying... Hakase is annoying... and well yes you were annoying when you destroyed my last pack of cigarettes. You have no idea how much I want one right about now."
Well, that explained why he was a little irritable.
But, the kodama figured he could pick a pack up from a vending machine at the station.
"Hakase already called a taxi. So it should be here any minute." Noe spoke as they stopped near the street, waiting for the car. "Do you miss being home, Izanagi?"

Regarding the cigarettes, Izanagi feel sorry about it.
He keep on walking not turning back again to look at the kodama.
Not even when Umeda told him that Hakase had called a taxi for them.
"Oh ok..." He stand next to Umeda who stopped near the street and wait for the car to arrive.
"Do you miss being home, Izanagi?"
The boy sighed and smile at the question. "Yeah. I miss my bed, Mimi, Hanami, the twins...and Matsuo."
Yes...He suddenly remember the red hair. He wonder what Matsuo is doing right now in school.

(((OOC: Gomen! I went home for Thanksgiving and we only have dialup so I didn't get online, then somehow I injured my back and stayed there another week, then I got back last weekend and everything was just chaotic from moving so I kinda dropped off the face of the world for 3 weeks. I'm back now though!)))

Sighing, Umeda couldn't help but pinch the bridge of his nose. "Matsuo is bad news, Izanagi. I really do wish you'd refrain from being anywhere near him. He... knows things that he shouldn't..."
In fact, the kodama was remembering their earlier evening encounter wherein, strangely, Matsuo had somewhat picked a fight with Umeda.
"I can't tell you what to do... but I can follow you around and protect you. If you want to be with Matsuo... at least let me tag along from now on, got it?"

Knowing the kodama doesn't like Matsuo much from the way Umeda speak, Izanagi only nodded with a smile when Umeda offered him protection.
He know the red hair is not human like Umeda said.
However...Somehow, he think Matsuo is familiar and being around the red hair, he feels...intimating?
Sliding his hands to his pocket, he looked up and saw a taxi driving towards them and slowing down.
The taxi stopped and the driver scroll down the window. "Are you Umeda?"
He asked with a cigarette hanging the side of his lips.

For a moment, the kodama glared at the taxi driver. "Hai." he finally replied brusquely, opening the door for Izanagi to get into the backseat.
Umeda crossed behind the cab, putting Izanagi's luggage in the trunk, and then took a seat on the other side of the vehicle, closing the door quick behind him. "You're supposed to take us to the train station... I'll give you a very generous tip if I you'd be willing to lend me a cigarette. I somehow lost all of mine." the kodama spoke, hoping he could get just a small hit of nicotine if at all possible.

He looked at the kodama who opened the door for him.
Izanagi went into the car and close the door.
The boy smile sheepishly when he heard Umeda hinting the driver to give him a cigarette.
Unfortunately, "Sorry sir, this is my last one," the driver said while looking at his reverse mirror.
"But if you want I can stop by the nearest petrol station since I want to buy some for myself too."

"That'll be fine, thanks." Umeda replied, somewhat relieved.
At least the cigarettes would be cheaper at a station than from a vending machine.
Glancing to Izanagi, the kodama sighed. "Why are you looking at me like I just killed a kitten? Do you REALLY have that big an issue with me smoking? Really?" he asked as the cab sped off.

"Huh? What? No! Why do you think like that...?" Izanagi gasped in surprise to hear what Umeda just said.
He do not have any issue with the kodama smoking. Although he doesn't like smokers at all.
"I'm just sorry about your cigarettes." He said lowered his head and tone at the same time.
The petrol station isn't really far away. The driver stopped the car at the front door of the station's shop.
"You want me to buy it for you, sir? Or you buy it your own?" The driver turn back his head and ask.

Umeda handed the driver the cash. "Doesn't matter what brand. Just the most expensive that will buy." he spoke before turning his attention to Izanagi. "Then why did you destroy my last pack, hmm? I'm still not clear on that action. Not like the damn things can kill me."

The driver take the cash and leave the car immediately.
After the driver closed up the door, Izanagi sighed.
"You can say I am actually mad at you. You never listen to anyone's opinion before you act. And when I know you are in trouble, I blame myself. If I wasn't the descendant, all these things won't happen and you will be okay."
Pausing, he look at the kodama. "I don't know what to do or how to protect myself and you from getting harm because of me. And when I see you act like nothing happened back there in the kitchen...It makes me angry. I was hoping you can yell at me, slam me on the wall and tell me I am a moron like the first time we met. But you didn't..."
