Her older brother was the first to be enrolled into a Ninja Academy, with the hopes of making a capable Shinobi out of him to provide and protect the Tanaka family's way of life. In her early teens, some of her other duties were traveling to the nearby village and performing various acts of community service. This is where she'd discover the shinobi academy, curiosity continuing to consume her each time she came back to visit. With the permission of her mentors, she was allowed to attend the Academy to satiate this curiosity, and to delve as far into it as she pleased until she was ready to return home. Under the sole condition that she continue her training on her own until then. Xiang managed to graduate from the Academy, with only high marks in the physical arts, possessing little to no skill in anything else. She even refused to conform to the combat styles required for training, staying dutiful to her mentor's training style.

Personality: Xifeng isnt as serious and melodramatic as she tends to give people the impression of. The female is rather sarcastic in nature and tends to handle most conversations with appropriate levels of sass and sarcasm. Always eager for a fight, her aggressive style can land her in some pretty tricky spots, but there's nothing a good sword and a half can't handle, right?
Once she meets her Destined One, however, she becomes a totally different person. When alone or interacting with her bonded, she becomes attentive, caring and a bit protective of them. They're always on her mind and she would give anything to defend them. Regardless of the feelings back Xifeng holds them in the highest regard and will often shadow them in their duties and such. She takes such duties very seriously and is often doting when alone with the bonded. Very little will keep her from them, though will begrudgingly stay out if told to.

Those taken in are trained exclusively in the ways of the house. Combat is trained as front and foremost, turning each and every member of the house into a formidable warrior. Other topics taught, oddly enough, deal with more residential topics. Cooking, conversation, and dance are among the strict curriculum's many classes. These classes continue until the turn of adulthood, where the girls are taught the clan's most important tale. The founder of the clan, Jiunh Lao, was a fearsome warrior in all of the lands. Her reign of the lands was known and feared across the Land of Iron. Yet instead of robbing or poaching, she desired a worthy opponent. One by one, Jiunh bested every opponent she came across. Then on a rainy twilight's eve, she came across a great warrior. Much like every other opponent, they danced across the battlefield in a flash of steel and flesh. But she was bested, kneeling and claiming defeat. Dishonored by her loss, Jiunh allowed her opponent the final blow. Yet he did not deliver such. Instead, the man ordered her to lay her weapon down. Once done, he tore a part of her robe in two and attached it to her upper arm and then his own. "You strike with such fury, such devotion, Jiunh. By this bond we now share, our souls will forever be bound to one another, never to separate. Now rise, and we will march into oblivion." The woman was stunned by such mercy, but traveled alongside the woman, whom introduced himself as Jinchu. The two would continued on, soon falling in love and remaining by one another to the very end.
Xifeng was one of such children to learn the ways of the Lao family. She was found on the side of the road one day, bundled comfortably in a wooden crib, her Ukyo Mizo and a letter, begging for whoever found the girl to give her a good home. Once in the care of the family, young Xi was given her name and quickly put in line with her new siblings. She took these teachings seriously and aimed to find her "Destined One" somewhere out in the world like many girls before her. She rose through the ranks and established herself as one of the fiercest fighters in the clan. Her mysterious abilities, being the manipulation of ink from both her brush and mouth. Though odd by nature, it helped her gain an edge in battle with it's diversity and unexpected style. Xifeng, among many other girls, would be set out upon the world at the age of 20, told to seek out their soul mates and to return only when they had done so.
Unfortunately, Xifeng tended to take the teachings of Jiunh to heart a bit too much. She would walk the roads constantly in search of fights in hopes that she would one day be beaten. Multiple opponents came, each defeated by her worn blade without much effort. She eventually bested the leader of a small time gang, The Lotus, and usurped the position of leadership within. But still, she had yet to meet the person who could best her in combat. To this day, Xifeng continues to search for opponents far and wide, hopeful that she may finally end her search one day.

Invisible Ink: This might work better as a custom technique. As a PA, the scope of the concealment is too broad, especially with regard to countering most/all sensory techniques. Industrial Grade Ink: Denied, since it's effectively a rank adjustment. Elegant Ink-antation: Not sure we fully understand this one. As it stands, this is denied for containing a rank adjustment and for negating the cost of Ink/Suiton Korabo. One thing I'd like to clarify, though, is that Korabo doesn't have an energy or activation cost in addition to the techniques that make it up, though you do need a way to activate the techniques simultaneously.

Those taken in are trained exclusively in the ways of the house. Combat is trained as front and foremost, turning each and every member of the house into a formidable warrior. Other topics taught, oddly enough, deal with more residential topics. Cooking, conversation, and dance are among the strict curriculum's many classes. These classes continue until the turn of adulthood, where the girls are taught the clan's most important tale. The founder of the clan, Jiunh Lao, was a fearsome warrior in all of the lands. Her reign of the lands was known and feared across the Land of Iron. Yet instead of robbing or poaching, she desired a worthy opponent. One by one, Jiunh bested every opponent she came across. Then on a rainy twilight's eve, she came across a great warrior. Much like every other opponent, they danced across the battlefield in a flash of steel and flesh. But she was bested, kneeling and claiming defeat. Dishonored by her loss, Jiunh allowed her opponent the final blow. Yet he did not deliver such. Instead, the man ordered her to lay her weapon down. Once done, he tore a part of her robe in two and attached it to her upper arm and then his own. "You strike with such fury, such devotion, Jiunh. By this bond we now share, our souls will forever be bound to one another, never to separate. Now rise, and we will march into oblivion." The woman was stunned by such mercy, but traveled alongside the woman, whom introduced himself as Jinchu. The two would continued on, soon falling in love and remaining by one another to the very end.
Xifeng was one of such children to learn the ways of the Lao family. She was found on the side of the road one day, bundled comfortably in a wooden crib, her Ukyo Mizo and a letter, begging for whoever found the girl to give her a good home. Once in the care of the family, young Xi was given her name and quickly put in line with her new siblings. She took these teachings seriously and aimed to find her "Destined One" somewhere out in the world like many girls before her. She rose through the ranks and established herself as one of the fiercest fighters in the clan. Her mysterious abilities, being the manipulation of ink from both her brush and mouth. Though odd by nature, it helped her gain an edge in battle with it's diversity and unexpected style. Xifeng, among many other girls, would be set out upon the world at the age of 20, told to seek out their soul mates and to return only when they had done so.
Unfortunately, Xifeng tended to take the teachings of Jiunh to heart a bit too much. She would walk the roads constantly in search of fights in hopes that she would one day be beaten. Multiple opponents came, each defeated by her worn blade without much effort. She eventually bested the leader of a small time gang, The Lotus, and usurped the position of leadership within. But still, she had yet to meet the person who could best her in combat. To this day, Xifeng continues to search for opponents far and wide, hopeful that she may finally end her search one day.

Her parents would provide her with as much information and time with these animals as possible. They would even eventually by her, her own pair of bunny ears which she would refuse to remove until for years. She would try to emulate them as much possible; something she admittedly still does to this day. As well as mimicking them she would read into related orders such as hares and even pikas.
Kirino wanting to enter the academy was a bit odd to her parents as they assumed with her love of rabbits that she would more then likely chose something much more involved with the betterment of animals. She was commonly referred to as Bunny during her academy days; a name that she quickly became attacked to. It wasn't uncommon to see her bringing in small rabbits to class which would often escape and hope around the class to the enjoyment of other except for the teachers.

A good replacement would be a single effect of 'Slightly' (in reference to descriptives (DR)), or perhaps a reduction of chakra or stamina needed to perform leg techniques. About a month before his 4th birthday, his mother was killed on a mission because there wasn't a medical ninja present at the time to treat her injuries. He decided then to become a medical ninja so that he could help people and never let what happened to his mother happen to anyone else. His father unfortunately died shortly after his 12th birthday, and this only solidified his goals. He kept a journal of medical ninjutsu that he studied and still does. He went through the academy and passed the Genin exams and was ready to go into the shinobi world. He knew more about medical ninjutsu than anyone in his class including his instructors and sensei. One year has passed and life has been peaceful in the village. Shikatsu has gotten better at his Eiseijutsu and made many friends in the past year. Now he is trying to become a Chunin and hopefully be able to hang out with his friends when he is not training. About 6 months have passed now and Shikatsu was at a loss. He had 2 of his fellow shinobi die during a mission. @ of his friends gone, and he wasn't able to help them. This was thr turning point for him. Either give up and stop being a ninja, or take this as motivation to become the greatest medical ninja ever so that no one on his team would ever die again. A few years have passed and the newly appointed Jounin had achieved his goal and become a top medical ninja. With his medical prowess he had saved countless shinobi in the heat of battle as well as became the head of the medical ninja team at the hospital. To him, all was going well finally and he couldn't be happier. And just like that Shikatsu's world was once again turned upside down. After joining the Anbu Black Ops, he had been on several missions where his medical capabilities were needed and came in handy. Soon after returning to the leaf village however it was invaded and under attack. All of his skills were put to the test and as good as they were, it still wasn't enough. Many lives were lost that day including the lives of his 2 best friends, Noctis Shinsztsu, the current Hokage, and his wife and fellow anbu Eclipse Inuzuka. This event resulted in him becoming the guardian of their 2 children Kisuke and Yukiko Shinsztsu.

About a month before his 4th birthday, his mother was killed on a mission because there wasn't a medical ninja present at the time to treat her injuries. He decided then to become a medical ninja so that he could help people and never let what happened to his mother happen to anyone else. His father unfortunately died shortly after his 12th birthday, and this only solidified his goals. He kept a journal of medical ninjutsu that he studied and still does. He went through the academy and passed the Genin exams and was ready to go into the shinobi world. He knew more about medical ninjutsu than anyone in his class including his instructors and sensei. One year has passed and life has been peaceful in the village. Shikatsu has gotten better at his Eiseijutsu and made many friends in the past year. Now he is trying to become a Chunin and hopefully be able to hang out with his friends when he is not training. About 6 months have passed now and Shikatsu was at a loss. He had 2 of his fellow shinobi die during a mission. @ of his friends gone, and he wasn't able to help them. This was thr turning point for him. Either give up and stop being a ninja, or take this as motivation to become the greatest medical ninja ever so that no one on his team would ever die again. A few years have passed and the newly appointed Jounin had achieved his goal and become a top medical ninja. With his medical prowess he had saved countless shinobi in the heat of battle as well as became the head of the medical ninja team at the hospital. To him, all was going well finally and he couldn't be happier. And just like that Shikatsu's world was once again turned upside down. After joining the Anbu Black Ops, he had been on several missions where his medical capabilities were needed and came in handy. Soon after returning to the leaf village however it was invaded and under attack. All of his skills were put to the test and as good as they were, it still wasn't enough. Many lives were lost that day including the lives of his 2 best friends, Noctis Shinsztsu, the current Hokage, and his wife and fellow anbu Eclipse Inuzuka. This event resulted in him becoming the guardian of their 2 children Kisuke and Yukiko Shinsztsu.
