*Walks back to the bar and takes a large drink of her wine.*

"And just WHAT matters are you referring to? YOU still have to have your hearing. And do you really think your apologies mean jack s**t to me and the others after what you've done?"

* He glared at Katana briefly * Well maybe you all should have been thinking about that and not a Mexican Fiesta. And apologies...especially sincere apologies should be noted. As bad as what I did..so you continue to remind me...not a single person in this establishment has a squeeky clean past. So please dont push it on me. I have had to put up with alot and I have been doing my best to make amends...What more could you want from me???

*Watches Katana kick Black in the shin, yell at him and then leave. She turns to him slowly.* The ladies are still a tad angry and a bit high strung. sweatdrop *Takes a large drink of her wine.*

*Sighs and speaks to Black.* I'm in a very difficult position here. You vowed to be our guardian and you broke that vow. I understand what you have said to me about it. You thought it was the best way to protect Leko and Ayami and I wasn't there. I'm sure the situation was intense and it was a split second decision, but the ladies are not going to trust you in the same capacity that you once held here. I don't know how long or IF it can be repaired.

You are correct in saying that we ALL have a sorted past. Every single one of us has skeletons lurking and mistakes that were made. It may take time for the ladies to come around and some may never do so. I just can't predict anything like that.

I do know that you have helped me. You have helped me obtain a life I honestly didn't think would ever be possible. *She starts to tear up.* Over the course of time here, you have been nothing but a gentleman to me. You have listened to me, advised me, rebuilt my bar after it was destroyed and have helped me gain my freedom. I am happy and look… *She shows him her engagement ring.* The very man I love has asked me to be his wife and I don't know if that would have been possible had it not been for your help. *She comes out from around the bar and hugs him for a long time as tears stream down her face and she tries her best to collect her composure.*

If you are to stay in your room, you will need to enter and exit from the private entrance. At least for now. I'm still not quite sure how to handle this situation. We will need to work on it.

*She finishes her wine.* Now, I need to be getting some sleep. Would you please escort me to my chambers? *He nods and follows her to her office, she does the security measures and they head down the corridor. She grins at Black when they get to the double red doors and she hugs him again.* Thank you for giving me my freedom. heart *She says quietly and then releases him. She nods as she closes and locks the door behind her.

Black stands there for a bit as he watches her close her door, he listens to make sure she has locked it and he retires to the room she had assigned to him so many months before.*

*Wakes up bright and early. She gets ready for her day and goes up to the bar to have her morning latte.*
