*since all of Leko's attention isn't on him anymore, he feels secure enough to get Ryzan's wine for him, seeming to know exactly where it is right away and doesn't consider that strange at all. He grabs a chilled bottle that has already been opened as well as a wine glass, pours, then places the wine in front of Ryzan on the counter. Afterward, he catches Leko leaning toward him and flinches*

She puts the document right in front of him onto the bar.* I went down to see the judge assigned to TES's case with my attorney's. This is a legal document spelling out the deal I made for him today. *Points to the piece of paper.*
If I pay his fine, for the damaged Police Car, purchase 3 more Police Cars for the Department, they will let him off with community service to be held here at the MW and over at the Cabana bar tending bar.

*Looks seriously at Ryzan.* Now all you have to do is get TES to sign this, I will get it back to the attorney who will deliver it to the judge. TES only has to do 2 months of bar tending and we are good to go. cool

Yes. It's a legal document that will be binding. They need it signed by TES so everyone can agree to the terms. The judge will sign it, the attorney will sign it and we are good.
If TES doesn't fulfill his end of the deal by completing the assigned community service the deal is null and void.
