Ryou held his hand over the Millenium Ring, pushing its dark power back inside as he sat cuddled between Malik and Bakura. ((Or was it Marik and Bakura? I forget.)) He hadn't been able to stay asleep once that thing had come in the room, and he doubted he'd go back to sleep now.
"Don't worry, Malik. Between the three of us and my Millenium Ring we should be okay. It doesn't like the power of the items, if Seto's display with the rod was of any indication. They don't seem very fond of shadow magic either, but I'm not very strong with that. Your dark and mine have a gift with shadow games, and I have the strength of the ring behind me so...Hopefully it will be enough to protect us from this thing."
((I almost got lost. This is what I get for being offline all weekend.))

Bakura threw a pillow where ever he hurd the voice from. " leave us the hell alone! damn. what does a guy have to do to get some forsaken sleep!" if ya don't shut up i'm gonna unleash my monsters after you." Bakura said gumbeling rableing off nosence after that. " Just F#@k off already..."

Ryou sat up the rest of the way then hugged his dark's arm. "Do wake up, sleepy head. We're not safe here. I wouldn't want to be asleep if that thing came back." He looked over to Malik. "I don't think we should sleep in here, the feeling alone in here gives me the creeps."

he sat up opening his eyes. "somewhere else they will just fallow us. right? " He said lightly, he yeaned and streched. "Where do you supose we do get lost and find the nearest room and go sleep in there? " He said he was quiet gumpy at the moment tired and pised off at the same time. " Stupid shadows, you should let me unleash Zork on them to show them true darkness and evil. "

"you need to rest using to much of that power might hurt you worst than you can imagen if you are not strong enought... and i belive terable things can happen as well. depending on what your doing." Bakura cautioned. "Contorling the shadow magic calls for strangth and a lot know how... to not drain much energy."

Yugi was still huddled close to his Yami, his eyes closed as he simply lay there. "Yami, what can we do to help?" He asked softly as he opened his bright and soft eyes. "I mean, almost everyone else has some way to fight them off...but...what do we have?"
The shadow beast growled lowly as it snarled and babbled about how he should not have run. "Kids....they think the items can stop us alone?" A sigh escaped it's lips as it looked up the stairs. "They won't be so lucky next time..."

Ryou pondered silently as he sat there watching his dark. The ring glowed faintly, feeling for any sign of danger to it or its master.
'I wonder what this thing is. Moreover, I wonder what it wants with us. I hope I have the strength we'll need to fight this, Bakura can't use the ring anymore since it chose between the two of us which was the master of it. I fear that something terrible will happen, and that I will be the cause of some major hurting later. I hope nothing like that happens. I want us to be happy for once.'
