FUKI kosakurchi CARELESS Fuki woke up later than normal, seven thirty instead of the average six. As she strored out of bed, surprisingly not as tired and dead as she thought she would be. As she was about to leave the room, the calender on the wall next to the door caught her eye. She had a martial arts tounament this afternood. She smiled as she started to pack for that. She'd be leaving after lunch. As she headed downstairs, she grabbed a small snack as she put her shoes on. She didn't know where she wanted to go instead she just ran. Until she found herself at the school, to the track.
She noticed there was no there yet, yet she saw some stuff set up such as the hurdles. She smiled as she ran down the small hill. She walked to the starting line taking a running start. Through her mind, she heard the sound of the starting shot from a small hand gun as she took off clearing the hurdles. Events from her last athletics meet at her previous school flashed through her mind. She walked over to the grass as she stared at the clouds. She sighed as she stood up heading back home.
Once home, Fuki got a quick shower, changing into her school shoes eating breakfast. Sitting at the table, Fuki started her reading assignment. When she checked the time it was close to leaving she also noticed that Aya wasn't up. "AYA WAKE THE HELL UP!" she shouted.aya KOSAKURCHI dreamless Aya was sleeping peacefully not noticing Fuki waking up as he normally does. Instead he didn't wake up until Fuki shouted jumping out of bed. "oww." he said rubbing his head as he noticed the time. "s**t." he muttered as he grabbed his clothes jumping into the shower. Taking no more than fifteen minutes. Aya was out and dressed as he started putting his things together. Once he was done he realized that they didn't have much time. As he made a sandwhich to take for the ride. As they were putting there shoes on, Maki woke up already dressed."Thanks for doing this sis." Fuki said as she drapped her gym bag over her shoulders.MaKi AsAkI fOuNdLeSs Maki smiled as she walked out, grabbing her keys. "Its alright." Maki needed to go to the school to sign Fuki out for early dismissal she also wanted to intrude on Rauko and Azr-kuns class. Grabbing her keys the three headed o the car. It didn't take long for them to get the on foot, even shorter by car. Once they arrived the three walked inside. Aya heading to class as Fuki and Maki heading to the office. Once Maki signed Fuki out for early dismissal, they headed to the classroom Fuki took her seat at the back next to Aya as Maki sat in one of the teachers chairs.

"I'm fine." Yuujinchou whispered, though it was an obvious lie. Physically he wasn't fine. But emotionally, he really was. Knowing that Azreal was alright and almost fully healed, helped calm him down more than anything else. Plus, the notion that Rauko was there, should anything happen, put him even more at ease. Jin sighed, closing his eyes again. For a long moment, he didn't say anything. But then, as his mind drifted closer to falling into a sweet and healing unconscious oblivion, he spoke. "I... don't remember the fight, Azreal..." Jin whispered softly. "Everything went dark... then I was standing there... watching you before I collapsed. I... didn't want to tell you... since... you would worry... so... I... ... forgot to... mention it..." That was about all of the sentence he could get out before his exhaustion caught up with him, and Yuujinchou fell asleep.
Noriko sighed, looking up at the gates of a rather large and expansive traditional and old Japanese mansion. The Sacrifice of Heartless had always wondered how the gardens were so meticulously taken care of... how the koi in the grand pond were cared for... and what kept the dust and cobwebs from descending on the old house like a hawk on a rat. Especially when there was never any sign of a caretaker on the ground at all. There were servants, a few who cooked and did laundry... but she had never seen them outside the house walls. And yet... Walking through the gates, Noriko threaded her fingers with those of Aza. "Are you ready?" she asked softly, throwing her hair back behind one shoulder and giving her Fighter her best 'let's go' smile. As they ascended the few steps into the main house, a servant bowed to greet them. "The Master will see you in his study." the woman spoke, her eyes down-turned to the wooden porch.
(((Gomen. My next post will introduce this "Master" fully. I'll try to post more later tonight. My puppy Mokona fell off the bed and her leg's hurting, so I'm laying on the bed with her watching the World Series, and since I have dialup (aka cord) and my laptop doesn't move (or else it dies, it's old), I'm kinda without the net. But I'll post when I'm sure she's alright. Promise! Also, if this posted multiple times, it's because Gaia was being a pain and logging me in and out randomly, thus throwing error after error at me...)))

--Relentless-- "Relentless to survive, Relentless to protect -- Relentless in life." Azreal watched Jin softly before closing his eyes. If brother is right.. What would cause a body to lapse like this? I know we fall into a lapse when we are in a fight, but nothing like this. Jin. Your past has something to do with this. Your childhood.. Your brother. If you were taught before.. Lifting his head up, he smirked. If Jin was taught, his body was trained. If Jin had forgotten about who he was, what he was, and what this world was, his body remembered! "Rauko. His brother must have some knowledge of this world if he taught Jin to fight like that. If he was taught, his body remembered. No one forgets who they are. Especially if it was beat into them"
"Is that possible though? I thought that it was just us. For fifteen years we were in the dark. Five years we were taught, and it is just now coming back to us. Is it possible for another-"
"Very. His brother.. There is something strange with their connection. It reminds me too much of how Father was." Standing, Azreal headed into their study, running fingers swiftly over the backs of the books there before pulling out three. Laying them on the large desk in the center of the room, Azreal sighed before opening the books to certain pages.
"I am afraid, Ru, we might be entering a war. Those colors. We are Neutral, correct brother? The team we fought was claimed by Darkness. They are back." Azreal stated before flicking a piece of paper towards the figure standing in the doorway. It was old, but due to the coverage the books offered, it had survived years. 'You will know when we return,' was written in fancy blood red letters.
"You sure its them? Father faced them once, and said they were defeated. Unless-"
"Its their sons, Rauko. Shismar's job is not done yet." Looking down at the three books in front of him, Azreal sighed. He should have seen this before! Before they got so many involved with this.
"Should we tell them?" The shaking of a head was his answer as he headed towards the front door. "I will teach them. You teach him. He will be our biggest help. Especially if it is who we think." With that, Rauko was heading towards the school. This war was far from over.
The gardens were beautiful, hiding the truth behind the beauty. Danger rested within the walls of this beautiful estate. Trouble was what lurked within the shadows of every turn. If a servant messed up, if a team failed to return with good news, if someone stepped out of line.. Aza shook her head, clearing her mind. That was for another time, for when they weren't walking into the mouth of the tiger.
"Lets go." Aza stated as her eyes tightened. She always did hate the servants here. So in line, so perfect, so willing. Like mindless puppets! Walking down the hallways, Aza kept her hand soft against Noriko's, knowing what awaited them in the study.
{Tis okay. I shall have these two up shortly. Aw. I hope your puppy gets better. They always seem to get themselves hurt some how. And I haven't seen it repeat yet. I hope things get better for you.}

As Noriko and Aza walked through the wooden floors, they eventually came to a stop outside of a large wooden sliding door. A servant who knelt beside the door carefully pulled it aside, and Nori automatically removed her shoes before entering the room. It was quiet... It's nice to see you two have finally returned. came a dark and charismatic voice from a low table on the other end of the room. Long white hair covered his expression, a brush held delicately in one hand as he moved it forward and back, side to side, creating a masterful work of words on parchment. Noriko knelt, bowing her head. "Forgive us, Master... we... we lost." There was the sound of breaking wood, and if Nori had looked up she would have realized that the man's brush had snapped in half. "That is most disappointing... tell me Heartless Fighter... who was your skilled opponent?" he asked, grey blue eyes just barely visible between strands of hair as he gazed directly at Aza.
Yuujinchou smiled slightly, pulling his long black hair back behind his shoulders. "I hadn't meant to actually HURT him..." Beside him was a silver haired man, only a few years older than Jin. "But you did hurt him, Chou." the man spoke before smiling in return. "In fact, he was the very last opponent I had left for you to fight." "Really?" Jin asked, his blue gaze turning bright. "But I'm not even tired yet." The man put an arm around Yuujinchou's shoulders and began to lead him from the dojo. "Don't overwork yourself. It's taken a long time to get you this strong... now... you're going to learn about a new type of strength." Yuujinchou, who couldn't have been more than thirteen years old, frowned in obvious confusion. "I don't understand, niisan... my sword is..." "Isn't your only weapon, Chou." the man smiled darkly. "Come on. It's time you learn about your most interesting of birthmarks..."
As Jin slept, he dreamed... but whether he would remember that dream when he woke, was anyone's guess. However, bit by bit his body was gaining it's strength by taping into reserves long buried. He had the ability and the power... but it had been dormant for far too long now.
With a sigh of annoyance, Ryoji Kamiya's violet eyes opened slowly. Everything was a complete dark blur... but his alarm clock was playing the most annoying wake-up tone he could remember. ~Do do do do do, Good Morning! Do do do do do, Good Morning! Dodododo do dodododo doooo. Do dodedo. Do do do do do, Good Morning! Do do do do do, Good Morning! Dodododo do dodododo doooo. Dodo do do do dodo dodo do dodo, do do do dodododo dododo do dooooo do, Good Morning!~ Annoyed, Ryoji grabbed his glasses and quickly pushed down the button of his alarm clock. He stood, stretching his arms over his head, before walking into the kitchen. Purple boxers that, strangely enough, matched his hair, was the only thing that the young man wore. It didn't take him long to get a cup of coffee from the coffee maker, and return upstairs to his study. It was early, probably only around five in the morning, or so he gathered. Ample time to have some coffee, wake up, look over his notes a few more times, and even catch up on the day's news. That, is precisely what Ryoji did as he sat in his leather desk chair and turned on the tv.
(((OOC: Sooo... I suck at trying to get sounds across. Basically, Ryoji's alarm clock plays the same thing mine does... a Midi Version of the Dragonball OP Theme with random "Good Morning!" moments thrown in. Yes... that's what my alarm does. My alarm is also shaped like Chibi Goku from DB so... that would explain it. BUT... that thing can wake up an entire college dorm floor it's so loud. You'll never fall back asleep again, mwahahahaha! To turn him off, he's got a little button on his head, hehe.)))

--Relentless-- "Relentless to survive, Relentless to protect -- Relentless in life." Removing her own shoes, Aza brushed her thumb along Noriko's skin. When they knelt, Aza stopped her thumb. Lowering her head, he would have flinched at that voice if she wasn't trained against it.
"It was the Fearless team, Master. They outsmarted us from the beginning." her hair covered her eyes, allowing her to look towards their Master. She was always disobedient in that way. It was a Fighter's trait. Never lose sight of your enemy.
It was frustrating. Really frustrating. No matter how many books they had, only three had the information he wanted. Within those three, notes were written but not on what he needed. Low growls were coming from the Fearless Sacrifice, his fingers moving from side to side as his eyes read the Kanji scripts. Three books, and not even the notes held what he needed to know!
Sitting back in the throne like leather chair, Azreal huffed, blowing a piece of hair out of his face. "Father. For once in your life, could you have done something right?" Azreal growled coldly before taking up three pieces of parchment. Each one had different style, from elegant to sloppy and hard to understand. Looking over them all a few times, he set the two largest ones down and focused on the slip of paper no bigger than his palm. 'You will know when we return.' Was it even possible that they were alive, let alone close and ready for war this soon? No.
Taking up the neatest written parchment, Azreal's eyes darkened. They were waiting for something, for someone. More than likely, He was already involved in this game of chess. It was the game that friendly Fighter's played, that his father unknowingly played with their enemy. Each piece was moved how the master wanted, to kill or to be killed. To be sacrificed or to be moved into position.
Standing, Azreal walked over to a corner, taking a seat in a smaller chair. In front of him was the same chess board and pieces that his father played with so many years ago. Lithe fingers reached across the table to pull a black pawn one step forward. It was a four player chess table, only three sides present. Black against the wall, White out in the open and gold with the left side touching the corner of black. It was at the gold where Azreal was seated. Gold was neutral, and the other two colors were simple. Tapping his fingers against the ivory that made the sides, he started to move a pawn before moving the knight. One more move and the pawn would be taken. One more move and Heartless would have been defeated last night.
It was a challenging game, not knowing where the hand of darkness was hovering. It was a difficult puzzle trying to figure out which piece would end his own life.

For a long moment, there was no response from the man. Then he laughed, the sound soft and hardly menacing. His voice changed somehow, and the man stood, the red kimono he wore just barely tracing the tatami mat floor. "You fought Fearless and lived?" he asked, moving until he could kneel in front of the team. "Tell me, Heartless... what did you think? How did they trick you, hmm?" the man arched a thing white eyebrow, almost mockingly.
When Yuujinchou eventually woke again, he was feeling better. At least good enough to sit up. Somehow he managed it without Azreal noticing, and the Fighter took the opportunity to simply watch his Sacrifice. Azreal was deep in thought, though what about, the young man could only guess. It was then that he placed his hand against his side, strangely remembering a warm touch against his hip. 'During the fight?' Jin thought, somehow recalling Azreal's gentle and comforting touch, a touch that held their bond and kept them connected. "You must be a fantastic sensei, Azreal." Yuujinchou spoke with a soft smile as he continued to watch the man from where he sat on the sofa.

Kichi Mahiko ††sleepless ††Kichi blinked when Ururu ran into the room, pouting at being called clumsy. Still, he nuzzled him happily. "When did you wake up?" He asked, tilting his head slightly. Then he realized that, despite his studying of many subjects, he knew next to nothing about what a sacrifice truly did short of giving orders and taking pain. He didn't even know how to use his mark or how he could help Ururu in a fight.

--Relentless-- "Relentless to survive, Relentless to protect -- Relentless in life." Aza kept her eyes towards where her master was, eyes sharp and calculating the silence. When she heard the laughter, she forced her tongue to stay silent. She would not say any thing until she was spoken to.
"It was thanks to the Sacrifice that we lived. The Fighter has a cruel trait to him, and would have killed if it wasn't for his Sacrifice's command." Aza stated as she watched her Master kneel in front of them. Not once did she lower her eyes, even though her head was towards the ground. "He was very strong after the beginning, like another took control. He was much smarter after the first passing of spells, like he was trained. He tricked us.. By faking as a dimwit in this world. An untrained fool that would have his Sacrifice fight for him instead of fighting on his own with guidance."
"May I ask what is so funny, Master?" Aza tensed, expecting a blow that would come from speaking out of turn.
It was the first time that Azreal had been unaware of what was going on. He had moved from the study, taking two of the books with him, and sat again on the loveseat. Despite how much he hated his father, there were things that even the cruelest man could do right. Creating these books just happened to be the best thing his father had done during his life.
Fingers flipped not only through one book, but through two as he compared each note to the books. There had to be something! When his Fighter spoke, Azreal found his fingers touching his wrists. He was wearing a long sleeved shirt, like normal, and was basically dressed to go outside. Including two daggers he kept up his sleeves. When he looked up and around, his eyes fell on Jin before relaxing.
"How do you feel?" Azreal smiled before chuckling, "What makes you say that, hm?" His voice was soft, sweet despite the fact his mind was struggling to break apart each and every word his father used. There just had to be some more hints!

The resounding slap to Aza's face was heard even out in the manor gardens. Noriko's head came up quickly, afraid for her Fighter. But when she saw their Master stand once more, his palm obviously having been what had connected with Aza's cheek, she dared not say anything. 'A killing aura...' her thoughts whispered out, hopefully connecting with the, no doubt stunned, Aza. "Perhaps you were the fool for underestimating him." the man spoke before moving to sit behind the low table once more. "Do you know my name?" he asked, his cold gaze focusing on Noriko, who was still staring at him in shock. "You're our Master...." "My real name you simple girl." he hissed, obviously having had enough of them. Noriko's gaze fell on the tatami mat beneath her. "Shoukatsukin Ginyuushijin." she spoke softly. It was impossible to lie to him... she had found that out the hard way. The man smirked darkly, "Very good... perhaps I needed to hide my identity better than I thought I had..." he dismissed the notion that she knew who he really was, with a wave of his hand. "Would you like to know what was so... funny?" Ginyuushijin hissed darkly, adding quite the emphasis on 'funny'. His sharp eyes focused on Aza again, "This... 'dimwit' as you called him... is my younger brother. Shoukatsukin Yuujinchou. Fighter of Fearless." the man revealed before picking out another brush from a small tray at the side of the table. "You would do well to refrain from fighting him... if you value your life." Blue-grey eyes focused directly into Aza's gaze, almost as if reaching down to the very depths of her soul. "I trained him. If you fear me... then you are no match for his power, Heartless."
Yuujinchou laughed softly, "Because we're both alive for one thing... even... even if somehow I knew how to fight, even if my body just reacted... you taught me that first spell, Azreal. You were the one who inspired me to trust you, to protect you. Even if you say it's just this bond..." he shook his head, pulling his long black over one shoulder and running his fingers through it. It was a bit of a tangled mess. "You still inspired me... and that's an important gift for any sensei really."

--Relentless-- "Relentless to survive, Relentless to protect -- Relentless in life." Stillness. She had expected it, and kept her hands were they were despite the fact that she wanted to pull a sword. Aza's head barely moved, just enough to keep the majority of the pain from her face. 'How strange. Something is weird between these two men.' It was easy to hear her Sacrifice's voice, especially since they had a much stronger connection than those teams around them now.
Aza was proud of her Sacrifice. There were things that their Master kept hidden and Aza hardly even bothered to know his name. Lifting her head, Aza's hair fell around her eyes, showing just how dark they had become within this sitting. "No wonder he held a lot of similarities to you. If you trained him, he would be a great asset, would he not?" Eyes of a cunning Fighter, one who did not back down from much. A fight with this one's brother would be wonderful, especially if she got to kill that b*****d who had too much cockiness for his own good.
Well, Jin did have a point. Azreal was said to be inspiring by many of the students that passed through their class. Rauko was said to be an interesting teacher, one of a few known traits, mostly strong and pointing out things that others would have missed.
"Thank you. I really have not thought of myself as inspiring." A soft chuckle came from Azreal's lips as he watched the other. It was a good compliment, compared to what he viewed himself as sometimes. Soft and too sweet for his own good. "Do you need help? I have a brush that you can use." Kindness was another point that Azreal had. It was clearly his lighter side, for the one that he was born with and the one that his brother trained was much darker and much more calculating.

Ginyuushijin carefully held his sleeve up, whilst dipping the brush lightly into dark red ink. "He would." the man replied softly, his eyes watching the paper below him and yet... seeing something else. "He has found his Sacrifice... and now... it is time to watch and see just how well I taught him." He carefully began to write once more, his hand steady as he spoke. "If you fight them again and lose, you will report to me every aspect of the battle. If you die... well... I have other..." his cold eyes swept over the pair. "Candidates who can serve me better if given the chance."Noriko frowned, but didn't look up at him again. "We understand, Master." she spoke carefully, though her thoughts were on Aza, 'Do we bring him in or not now?' she wondered.
Smiling, Yuujinchou nodded, "That would help. I think I could detangle it myself but... that could take ages." It was now that he finally was getting the chance to look over the brother's house. It was nice... far nicer than his tiny apartment... and warmer too... more enjoyable by the soul really. He noticed a clock nearby saying how early it really was. "I slept the entire night?" the man asked, having not been aware at what time the fight ended. He remembered it was around 2:30 in the morning... then... not much else. "Has Rauko already left? For school I mean?" the young man frowned slightly, "Guess I won't be speaking to your school administrator today." he added with a half-smile. Of course, Jin was still trying to figure out just where all his energy had gone... fighting couldn't have been THAT hard on him... could it?

--Relentless-- "Relentless to survive, Relentless to protect -- Relentless in life." The Master of this side of the fight was right. They would see just how well his brother was taught. This would be fun, but they would need more training if they were to take on Ginyuushijin's own brother. Much more if he found out the true power within his skin.
"Yes, Master. You need not fear, I have not lost a battle before, and I will not lose again." Even if she had to use some of the trickery she was taught as a child. Those candidates that he was talking about, they did not compare to the true power that Aza held within her. Never had she unleashed it, but she could bet that she rivaled the Fearless team. Maybe could even beat the full strength of them. 'No. Not yet. A week worth of training would do fine, but he won't be brought in, my angel. Fearless is going down the next time we meet.'
Standing, Azreal smiled, "I will be right back." With that, he headed towards the bathroom, grabbing the soft bristled brush he used for his own hair and headed back to the living room. As he passed, he heard the chime of the great grandfather clock. It was a gift from the other team that taught at the school. Authentic from Germany's own.
"Yes, Rauko has already left. And if you are feeling better, this afternoon we can venture out to the school. For the meanwhile, a little relaxation and recuperation is scheduled for you." Azreal stated as he stopped between the couch and the love-seat. "May I?" It would help with their bond, to get to know each other better even. Tenderness. Azreal was in a good mood despite his mind working out the pages he had stored in there. Photographic memory really did come in handy.

'You think the Master will forgive us if we kill his brother?' Noriko's thoughts spoke quickly, obviously a bit wary of this. Ginyuushijin nodded, "You have lost now, Heartless. I suggest you think over that loss and figure out where you went wrong." his grey-blue eyes fell on Aza once more. "When, and if, you win... kill Yuujinchou's Sacrifice and bring my brother Jin to me... alive." he spoke coldly. "That is an order. You are dismissed."
The young man laughed softly, "Relaxation suits me just fine right now, to be honest." After all, he hadn't exactly tried to stand up yet. That was a feat that Jin was sure he would blunder horribly at the moment. But then he cause Azreal's question. 'May I?' At first, every instinct within Yuujinchou's body screamed at him to say no, to say that it wouldn't be necessary... that his Sacrifice shouldn't have to do something so mundane, especially for him. This original instinct was coupled with a fear or being touched, something that Jin couldn't really explain even if he wanted to. But then he remembered the warmth of Azreal's hand on his hip. "Ha... hai..." Yuujinchou replied, his voice soft, a bit of his previous shyness creeping back into his tone. A shyness that he wanted desperately to avoid with Azreal, if he could.

--Relentless-- "Relentless to survive, Relentless to protect -- Relentless in life." 'No. No I do not.' Aza stated as she felt her eyes tighten slightly. Her pride was injured by this man's brother! She would not stand for that.
"I know where we went wrong, Master, and I will not repeat that same mistake. Yuujinchou's Sacrifice will be killed." It was all she would agree to. They would have to strike quickly if they were to insure the Fighter would not die. Yet it was so very tempting to kill them both.
Lowering her head but not her eyes, Aza backed out of the room. Once outside she slipped on her shoes before cracking her fingers. Orders. Hn. Pride was Pride and she would get Jin back for defeating her!
Azreal smiled, seeing just how weak this one was. He did not need to be trained, he just needed to have an eyesight. Jin was far to weak to even be sitting up, or so Azreal thought. He could be just as protective as his brother, yet he hardly ever could show it. "We have all day. Let me know when ever you need rest and we can stop what ever we are doing." His voice was soft and caring, the only way he knew how to convey his protectiveness and worry.
He stood silently as the other battled within himself. He knew that battle all too well, for he still had moments where he didn't want anyone to touch him. But he knew that it was for the best, that they had to learn to handle touches from familiars.
Shyness. Azreal could hear it as well as feel it and see it. Smiling softly, Azreal sat close but not too close before reaching a hand up to ease a lock of hair into his fingers. So soft, so beautiful. Running the brush over it, Azreal made sure not to pull through the snarls, but to ease his way through them. The last thing he wanted to do was hurt Jin.

Ginyuushijin said nothing else, instead deciding to focus on his writing. But when both girls were gone, the man smiled. "Ah Chou... perhaps I underestimated your potential... Perhaps..." but he shook his head and continued to work. Even though the thought still remained within him. 'Perhaps I should have kept you by my side...'Meanwhile, Noriko had carefully backed out of the room as well, putting her shoes on and looking up at Aza from where she sat on the manor's front porch. "He never said we couldn't almost kill him." the woman smirked, her eyes sparkling with malicious intent.
Almost as if reading Azreal's mind, Yuujinchou's soft voice spoke with a hint of laughter. "Don't worry. I'm not tender-headed in the least." he said, realizing from his Sacrifice's gentle movements that he was worried about pulling the hair too tightly. "Provided you don't yank out a fistful, I'll be fine." the man smiled as he made sure all of his hair was pulled to the side. In truth, he was still exhausted, and soon found himself leaning back against the sofa with Azreal on one side, still brushing his hair out. He even managed to close his eyes for a time, taking comfort in the notion that someone actually did care about him for once. But it didn't take long for blue-grey eyes to rise to the surface of Jin's mind, and he opened his own eyes, chiding himself for getting too relaxed. He liked Azreal's presence. In reality, Yuujinchou found it comforting and wanted. Usually he couldn't wait to get away from people... but now... well... Jin really hoped this wasn't going to be the end of his own personal change. "Do you think it will rain today?" he asked, having caught flashes of lightning from the pre-dawn darkness outside when he had first woken. For some reason, he felt like he had seen lightning with Azreal before... and a part of him wanted to attribute that to the fight. But once again, the previous nights events were still rather muddled.
