Well, if you are transporting a fish (or many fishes) from the shop to your aquarium, it is custom that you transport it in a little plastic bag filled with water. If your car is filled with stuff and you don't want the fishes to go squish - putting the bag in a box may be a good idea. Are you doing it any other way? (is the chips in cans possibly pringles?)
