He smiles again up to Edward.

Edward teared a bit at the sight of Al's wound.
He took out his suitcase, grabbed bandages and started wrapping them around Al's wound.

Alphonse flinches a little and purrs lightly.

"Of course I do." Edward answered softly and finished wrapping it.
