Nindo: "Find the funny." Personality: Umi is a bit of an odd one. He's aloof, quiet, and is entirely obsessed with his companion, Taku, going as far as to share a name. Umi, however, is the more peculiar of the two. He often stays silent until a response is provoked from him and in conversation it seems that sometimes he forgets to speak. Or on the rare occasion he'll finish speaking before concluding his statement. Without much social interaction as a child with anyone but a hyena definitely left him with some quirks. Just like sometimes he'll answer with "ruff" kind of a bark or burst out in a hyena-esque laughter.
As far as getting along with others, it's a slow-building relationship when it comes to getting to know Umi. He is very distrusting of others off the bat, but could warm up to anyone based on the effort given to be his friend. Usually, though, Taku will end up liking someone and that lets Umi know that it's safe to let his guard down a bit more.
The codependency with Taku, however, is everyone's #1 friend turn-off. They sleep together, eat together, bathe together, and even take their potty breaks together. You can't separate them for any reason other than duty, training, or their own, special reasons for the time. The one time it happened, they couldn't handle the anxiety and later vowed that they'd never let themselves be totally cut off from one another again. They made a rule at this point that they always have to be able to hear the other's call or else they're too far from the other.

He was born in slavery, no mother or father to remember as they had perished soon after his birth. He wasn't alone, though. A couple of the slaves took turns watching after him to get him through his infancy least, though none of them really took to being the main guardian for the young child. There was, however, a strange occurrence one day. A canine pup was found, much unlike anything that was seen in the land. The bandits kept it in hopes it would fetch a price. The young hyena was tossed back with the others. Scared, helpless, and in a place it would never choose to be in, the young pup kept to the corners, darting back and forth, cowering from the large humans around it. Once her eyes met with the child across the way, she shot forward to nuzzle her way into his arms. At this point in time, Takumi was seven years old and the hyena was just old enough to be left alone for the first time. He probably wouldn't have made it long out in the wild or wherever else he was left behind, but Takumi promised to protect him right then and there. Without anything in the world other than the boy, he was given the only thing in the world Takumi had to part with; his name. He insisted from that point forward that he be referred to as Umi and the hyena take the name Taku. They were not separate in any sense, in fact he insisted they also refer to Takumi as being the two of them together. They'd never leave each other's side again from this point.
It was a couple years later when Umi and Taku were released from their slavery. The bandits that owned them at the time became the target of a Sunagakure squad of shinobi. They were only a few chuunin, but they used such fantastic ninjutsu, at least Umi believed them to be so, that when they brought he and his companion back to the village he asked everyone he could about how to get into the shinobi academy so he could learn to become one too. Of course, he fought tooth and nail to keep Taku with him through every step of this process. There wasn't a second these two were apart.
Life in the village wasn't glorious and glamorous like Umi originally believed it to be, but it wasn't bad. He didn't really find himself having many friends in the community or among his peers. There were a few here and there who were cool, but none really cared for the peculiar personality that boy possessed. On top of that, Hyena's were difficult to exist around when they get restless and many other students at the academy learned that through plenty of warning chomps. Umi and Taku certainly had a reputation in the village.
Beyond their codependency, strange destiny, and strange mannerisms exists a pair that truly belongs together and strives to show the world what they're made of. Umi and Taku graduated and find themselves now beginning their careers in serving the village as shinobi. Only a matter of time before the world know their name.

Also if the oni potency functions almost exactly like one of my other character's PAs. will I have to resubmit her?

I went with six this time. 2 for free [as per the PA guidelines] then traded my 26 genjutsu slots for 4 more, well above the 10 to 2 transfer rate I saw in the guides. Nindo: n/a Personality: Rinka, like most Oni are prone to being, is a fun-loving sort. She's rather loud, boisterous, and rarely takes situations completely seriously. All in all, Rinka prefers to take life one day at a time, never letting things get to her. One thing that will get to her however, no matter how hard she tries, is the bustling rush of the city. Her home was wherever they decided to stop for the night, only occasionally settling for long periods of time outside various towns. It was during one of these stops that Rinka would have an experience that would change her life. Her tribe was on route to their next designated camp sight when the caravan came under attack by rogue ninja who had been raiding the area. As grace would have it, a squad of Kiri ninja were heading back to the village and happened to come across the caravan attack. The Kiri nin were able to fend off the rogue ninja and escorted the caravan to Kirigakure for rest and resupply. When they arrived, many of the Oni, grateful for the ninja saving their lives, decided to stay in the village. Rinka was one of these Oni. Right then and there, during the attack, Rinka decided to become one of those Kiri ninja, going about the world and helping those in need.
• Servant of Jashin - With four posts of prayer and meditation before any non religious mission, that mission can count as both a normal mission and a religious one, though they will only give normal AC/Ryo etc. For religious missions, this allows B rank and above religious missions to give normal AC and ryo. • The Truth Bearer: Kya has begun honing herself for her possible future in the ANBU ops. When an enemy is otherwise incompacitated by a genjutsu for more than two posts, Kya gains any of the information gathered by the opponent as far back as [ 10 ] posts. This includes any recent thoughts on previous happenings, no matter how far back, as long as the thoughts on the matter have happened within the ten post timeframe.
So neither of these PAs are particularly fair I have come to understand, or realized on my own as the case stands, so Im gonna resubmit and change them.
The Truth Bearer: Kya has given up her second element and maruton in order to gain the ability To Copy from her sharingan abilities from the list.
Stay in Motion: Kya completes all of her religious missions two posts faster, but her ability to learn genjutsu has suffered by a post as a result.

Nindo: "Dread it, run from it, flee it... destiny will arrive anyway." Personality: Katherine, Kay as she goes, is in most ways a very typical aburame. This is true only topically however, as unlike her father, and siblings Katherine was always ambitious, always hungering for growth. She, like all of her kin, is quiet, introspective and observant to a fault. She prefers to keep her thoughts to herself, speaking only when your words can carry weight is advantageous. It makes people want to listen. It draws them to your words. It puts a sort of impending doom to threats and empowerment to affirmation. In a lot of ways many Aburame come off this way. For Katherine, it isn't just inborn... it's intentional.
She is a strategic thinker. Before acting, she is almost always one to think. It aids those she considers allies to have someone so willing to freely lend their brain to their goals. She challenges herself to always apply critical thinking when she acts, be it as an individual or part of a group. She is not an ant, nor the queen but rather the farmer, nuturing the entire hive from a distance. Fitting, if overly poetic. A lot of things, tragic or otherwise, have left her anhedonic towards the world but she takes great pride in her intelligence. She finds herself in rare company in that she is tactical in even how she maneuvers her friends. She is not manipulative, not really. It is almost never to ones advantage to manipulate the malleable, nor to even consider them allies. She sees friends as people to push up and be pushed up by.
Regarding allies, she doesn't often adhere to anyone at all, mostly because people do not flock to her. Infrequently does she even call someone a friend, though her actions are clear and intent direct where that is concerned. She is not to affirm with words, as was stated but her friends will know that they are such when in her company. This is all equal for her enemies, and romantic interests. For anyone, your position in her life will be known by how she administers you when she does acknowledge.
She is harsh. She rarely emotes outwardly but when she does it is well earned. To that end, her hatred for the UHV is one uncompromising character trait. It is her greatest weakness, greatest driving factor, and greatest dedication.

Strengths: • Planning • Adaption Weaknesses: • Her fighting style is bug dependant. • Is not very good with her ninjutsu - at all. Fears: • Shes afraid of isolation. Not like being alone for a few hours, or being on her own in the field for a few months. Shes afraid of complete social deprivation, of being cut off from her ability to wow and awe others. Genjutsu that isolate are particularly effective. • She's afraid of the number three, but not thirteen. She will go out of her way to avoid doing things in threes, and if forced to will complain about it.

Chigiri means "Destiny", and the name was chosen for her as she was declared destined to bring the crime family great honor and notoriety. With this marking her journey from birth, she was trained and taught the ways of the family from the age of three onward. Learning the ways of the sword, and how to operate in a criminal manner were her schooling.
Upon her tenth birthday, she was presented with a special rabbit companion, a Shinobi breed of rabbit acquired from a breeder in Takumi. The rabbit was subsequently named Kuro because of her jet-black fur. Kuro was said to get stronger and bigger as her bonded partner grew in power, forming a link between their chakra. Kuro's life-span was also linked to Chigiri's once the two became acquainted, meaning the rabbit would never expire of old age before Chigiri.
With a couple of years passing and a life-long bond forged between Chigiri and Kuro, the time came for the young crime heiress to take her place in the world, and as such, she was offered up to Otogakure to be trained in their academy and become one of their ninja operatives. Though her one true goal was to extend the reach of the Sonozaki family into one of the shinobi nations, giving them eyes and ears on the inside.

Long time no see! Your "Sensing Death" PA needs to specify whether it bolsters strength, fortitude, speed, or reflexes and "Natural Swordsman" needs a descriptive modifier on the reflex increase. You also need a minimum of two fears.

Chigiri means "Destiny", and the name was chosen for her as she was declared destined to bring the crime family great honor and notoriety. With this marking her journey from birth, she was trained and taught the ways of the family from the age of three onward. Learning the ways of the sword, and how to operate in a criminal manner were her schooling.
Upon her tenth birthday, she was presented with a special rabbit companion, a Shinobi breed of rabbit acquired from a breeder in Takumi. The rabbit was subsequently named Kuro because of her jet-black fur. Kuro was said to get stronger and bigger as her bonded partner grew in power, forming a link between their chakra. Kuro's life-span was also linked to Chigiri's once the two became acquainted, meaning the rabbit would never expire of old age before Chigiri.
With a couple of years passing and a life-long bond forged between Chigiri and Kuro, the time came for the young crime heiress to take her place in the world, and as such, she was offered up to Otogakure to be trained in their academy and become one of their ninja operatives. Though her one true goal was to extend the reach of the Sonozaki family into one of the shinobi nations, giving them eyes and ears on the inside. [/size]
