Text to Officer Dougherty from Psyzapp
I'm going to be staying overnight at Upper GGG tonight. There is much to do here and I'm completely swamped over here. I have the dogs with me. If you want to join me, you are more than welcome. I love you.

OK. I'll be pulling an extra long shift tonight, so it would probably be best for me to just go straight home and get needed rest. Missing you already. See you tomorrow, love.
With all my heart, William
*After a very long night at work, he does the security scans and enters through the back door. Not used to not having the dogs around to greet him, he sighs and heads downstairs. He goes into the kitchen, makes himself a quick sandwich and sits down at the island with a glass of milk to wash down the sandwich with. While eating, he contemplates how he's going to pull off presenting his beloved with the surprise he has in mind for her. Then he remembers one very important thing that he
absolutely must do before he can go any further! Because his Pietrina's father is no longer living, he
must turn to her mother to get her blessing. He quickly finishes up and takes care of his dishes.
With his beloved away for the night, now is an excellent time to seek out a phone number for Mama Pavani. Thinking that his beloved must keep an address book somewhere in their quarters, he first pulls open the cabinet drawer nearest the phone in the kitchen. Amongst other items, he finds pads of paper and several pens, but no address book. He tears off a blank sheet of paper from one of the pads, then folds it in half and tucks it in his pocket. He steps into the hallway and looks at the bank of doors. On one side is the door that leads to their Master Bedroom. The next room over is her private home office. Funny thing though, for the length of time he's been living here, he never really took the time to check out the other 3 bedrooms. Perhaps another time though.
With obtaining Mama Pavani's phone number on the foremost of his brain, he opens the door and heads into her office. Going to her desk, he glances around and does not see an address book in view. He opens a couple of drawers on one side, but does not find what he is seeking. He reaches over to the other side and pulls out a drawer. Lo and behold, there it is! He pulls out a really nice, black leather bound address book. He tabs over to P and quickly scans down the list, stopping at a number for the Pavani residence in Italy. He pulls the folded paper out of his pocket and grabs a pen off the desk to write down the international phone number. So many numbers! He is not accustomed to making calls out of the country, and he double checks the numbers before he puts the address book and pen back in their proper places. Folding the paper back up, he slips it back into his pocket, glances around the room one more time, then exits her home office and closes the door behind him.
Yawning, he heads into their bedroom and empties his pockets onto the dresser. He then takes off his gear belt and strips out of his street clothes, laying them neatly on the chair. He picks up the folded paper with the international phone number written on it, and repeats the number several times, trying to memorize the sequence of all those numbers. Getting a grin on his face, he just has a gut feeling that Mama Pavani will be pleased to hear from him. He tucks the paper into his wallet for safekeeping and places it with the rest of his belongings.
Slipping under the covers of their empty bed, he is saddened by her absence. He knows that she and the dogs are safe staying over at the big house, but he still cannot help but miss her greatly right now. Laying his head on his pillow, he sighs again. Even though he is exhausted from the long hours he's been pulling of late, it takes him longer than usual to fall asleep.*
