When they got back everyone was waiting for them Kira woke up and smiled as everyone was relieved that they were okay "nice to see you all"

Valean looked at everyone he was barely able to stand as he made his way toward them. "Let's just say it has been a long night," he replied solemnly but with a smile that shocked everyone who knew him. "Is everything okay?" Kiryama asked knowing that something major had happened to them both. "I'll file the report tomorrow. Right now I just want to sleep," Valean replied still holding Kira tightly to his chest.
