By a few do you mean the languages commonly spoken in the area that you live in? Or are you considering languages of immigrants who are highly likely to come there?

Well, money is going to be your biggest obstacle. You'd also have to be completely confident with your translations if you want the cafe to work. Plus you would need to hire able-bodied people who can speak a multitude of languages. The more they know then the more of an asset they will be to you.
