Now that I am officially Deo's friend (homg i feel liek popyoular), and I ritualistically check the journals of all the fine people on my friendslist... I got to read up more about it. I am still so upset that I couldn't afford to go because it sounded intensely fun!

So, I couldn't help but still wonder about pictures. It's so hard reading Deo's month-old tale about re-con, yet imagining little demented anime people getting all drunk and driving in cars (perhaps not at the same time), and fawning over southern accents, and walking through scary haunted houses.

Surely more than one of the people at Re-con took pictures? Nooo?

Just that little bit makes it sound like Pittsburgh. And yes, when I lived there and got picked up, my one friend would drive down the wrong way, and then wonder why a truck was coming at him. sweatdrop

I didn't actually drive on the wrong side of the road. I pulled out and turned right back in once I saw it was the wrong side.
