Speaking of which....
*copis and pastes something i posted on another site*
I was playing a game against a friend with me using my space marines, and my friend using my Eldar. It was a game where i was supposed to capture the objective by having a model base-to-base with it at the end of my 6th turn.
On my 2nd to final turn, i had lost all of 1500 points but my leader, Vance Drakken (force commander, power fist, MC bolt pistol, Termie honors, Articifer armor, iron halo, bionics) and a single member of his command squad, who had a bolt pistol and a plasma pistol (counts as plasma pistol and CCW, bolt pistols for the cool looks) vs Karandras and a full Striking Scorpion squad w/Exarch, 3 inches from the objective (a converted IG guy, lying on a 2" base, bleeding and holding a knife up)
The poor command squadie was beset by 3 SS's and the Exarch, while Vance was charged by Karandras and the other 6 SS's. The squadie (lets call him bob) KILLED the Exarch, and was not injured by the other 3 SS's. Vance on the other hand, after killing the 6 SS's with his power fist (he has ALOT of attacks), was felled by Karandras.
HOWEVER, on my very last turn, Vance made his "ha-ha-you-just-hit-my-bionic-arm" roll, and blasted Karandras into oblivion from behind. Bob managed to force the 2 remaining SS's into a fallback, and Vance Consolidated to the objective, and won the game.

DarkElf27 Jesse Lex Paradox DarkElf27 Flamethrowers are 2 strength short of having ANY chance of damaging a dreadnoughts front armor Aims it at your scronny a** instead. xd not enough range. the flame templates only about 9 inches long.
So my patentade oober-cannon will have to do. xd But it back fires.
Pulls the trigger and toss' it at your flank as it explodes* |

Pulls the trigger and toss' it at your flank as it explodes* *the explosion shakes the dreadnought, and blasts its lascannon off, so it lifts its Power Fist (as strong as your Artillery tank, but without a blast template) with built in flamethrower (or a dual barreled machine gun that shoots bullets the size of pepsi cans, whichever you prefer) and starts walking at Rookie* |
