UGH!! A friend of mine tried to tell me to buy skate shoes today when I said my trainers had broken.
I said I don't want any and he starts saying that skate shoes are the only practical shoes out there to wear.
I KEEEEEEEP telling him that I think the shoes are ******** ugly and don't match ANYTHING I own.

...But he will NOT see that. He thinks they are the only good shoe to have and will not hear me when I say they aren't my style. DESPITE how many times I told him these are not my thing AT ALL. He sends me a ******** link to where I can buy them!!

We used to go out a few years back. The entire reason I broke up with him, and the reason why so many people get pissed at him is because he never bothers to get to know anyone. He just assumes everyone is the same as him.

The cherry on the top was when I told him they weren't practical for me, he said 'my friend has some and he never skates. Whats that? Oh it's your argument dissolving!'.

Then he proceeds to send me some shitty songs he likes that I completely hate and that he's sent me about five billion times. Never asking if I actually like them or not.

I went to his house a while back and had to sit through shows like CKY and haggard. Haggard is practically ******** porn, skating and porn. I don't want to watch it. I am obliged to, it is his house, but for fuicks sake he never asks what I or anyone else likes. Ever.

I hate shoes like that.

My customers' kids wear them. They skate around in the store. They do it on their heels, with little to no care of the people walking around them, and if they were to find themselves in a situation where they would have to react quickly to avoid falling on their a** or running into some poor old lady or me, they would have to fall forward onto the front of their feet which would throw their balance off because of the sudden repositioning of their center of weight. Cue falling on their face, into one of the belts, into the shelves...

What's worse is that we've reported this problem to our managers, telling them that it's a ******** hazard and that they could hurt someone or themselves, and there's not a damned thing they can do about it.
