He cursed to himself and slammed his hand around his broom, balancing his bat in thick hands, he soared down the pitch hovering several meters above the chasers as they fought like cat and mouse. He smirked, eyeing each player individually now that he had the chance before he stormed off in the direction of a bludger, banking hard to the left as it did, using its speed and his own to slam his bat into the side of the rogue ball and aimed straight for Amanda once again.

Although Daniel joined Edajin and the two teamed up to steal the quaffle, it was still tight in Amanda's grasp. The fifth year thought about going easy on the boys; however, she decided against it. If the boys wanted to make the team, she had to show them just how tough it really was. In the corner of her eye, she saw a sphere approaching her with immense speed, so Amanda sped up. Luckily, she avoided Dominic's bludger hit.

As he missed his second steal attempt, Daniel heard a whistle from behind. He tried to dodge, but he was overextended from the steal attempt. Thwack! The bludger slammed into his side, sending him spinning in nauseating rolls until he regained control of his broom. Daniel coughed a few times, winded and aching. Muttering a few foul words under his breath, Daniel flew back towards the action. Scowling ferociously, he shot towards Amanda again, intent on taking the quaffle from her.

No! He saw it before he heard it, clear across the opposite field of Darius and his spotted target, Daniel. The second year was a driving force to be reckoned with, both of them, and try as he might, he plummeted down in hopes of intercepting—but it was too late! Daniel had been hit and he was too late to intercept it. But soon, the quaffle was passed to Edajin and he trained his sights for the first years biggest threat against making a score. Should he aim for chasers? Or the keeper?

With a sly smirk, he doubled around to catch the fleeting bludger and hurled it straight for Virgil, once again.

Swirling in close, she skyrocketed high up in the heavens clear above the podiums of the stands where the flags of the houses waved in the blusterous winds. The snitch veered left and it banked right, trying to shake her off its tail, but she didn’t miss a beat. It spiraled, and she was forced to barrel roll higher and higher to keep it in her line of sights, suddenly, it tore to the left and soared clear across from one of the field to the next, racing faster and faster and her heart was pounding louder and louder. Her blood was boiling as it began to tremor in her heart. She inched to the edge of her broom, narrowing her slim body as she elongated her arms and pushed her ivory fingers as far as they would go before snatching at the air, the snitch clear in her sights.
