I even went as far as deleting my friends list because I knew Katana would go and check out my profile well itchis and itchi has been in here before lol. She looks at Dougherty as he pulls out a dusting kit.
"Damn, Dougherty, quite the boy scout, eh? Always prepared and all that?"
She sighs and reaches down into her boot and pulls the knife back out carefully by the edge of the hilt, just as she had when she pulled it out of the door. Holding the knife by the blade, she hands it over to Dougherty.
"One condition, you dust it here, and you give it back when you're done."

Heh heh ... Yeah, gotta' be prepared for anything here, and yes, you'll get your knife back when I'm done. *He takes another napkin, opens it up and lays it out on the bar. He then grabs another napkin to carefully take the knife from Kat by the hilt. He lays it out on the open napkin, pulls out the bagged bloodied napkin and places that next to the knife.
Taking his Blackberry from his pocket, he takes a few pictures of the knife and tainted napkin. He then saves the pics and pockets his Blackberry and the zip lock bag. Then he starts setting up for taking the suspects fingerprints from the handle of Kat's knife.
After dusting for prints, he lifts them with the tape in his kit and proceeds to secure them for scanning later.* Kat, I should probably have your prints as well, so we can establish the suspect's prints from yours.
*He looks over at Psyzapp to make sure she is doing OK from the ordeal* How're you doing over there, love? neutral
