*She awakens this morning with a huge grin plastered onto her face thinking fondly of the night before spent with the man she loves and the intimacy that they share.
heart Officer Dougherty has already left very early this morning for work and as she lays in bed a wicked smirk appears upon her face. She has an idea guaranteed to surprise him at work.
twisted wink Chuckling to herself as she gets ready and dressed for the day, she goes into her office in her chambers and finds a large mailing envelope, black in color and addresses the envelope to Officer Dougherty care of the Police Station. She then goes into her bedroom, opens her secret safe and puts one of her very best black lace thongs…the ones custom made in France with the Italian lace…into the envelope along with a hand written message on black paper with silver pen.

wink She places a kiss lipstick mark onto the note and puts it into the envelope. She then calls Kyle to have him personally hand deliver the envelope to the Police Station and see that it is placed on Officer Dougherty's desk. That ought to get the boys down at the precinct talking.

*While at work, he takes a short break and goes to get another cup of coffee. When he rounds the corner, he sees Kyle being escorted out to the front door by another officer. Wondering what that was all about, he stopped to talk to the officer for a moment. He found out that this officer had escorted Kyle to hand deliver an envelope for him, and that he would find it on his desk.
He returns to his desk and finds a rather noticeable black envelope addressed to him in silver ink. Immediately recognizing the handwriting, he sets his coffee down before sitting in his chair. He picks up the envelope, turns it over, then opens it by the sealed flap.
Peeking inside, he can't tell what's in there, so he dumps it out onto his desk. An article of black lace and a note fall from it. He picks up the note to read first and a sly grin crosses his face. He then picks up the black lace. Holding onto it between the fingers of both hands, he finally recognizes what the article is ... a black lace thong!
eek Suddenly, he hears some hooting and hollering from the other side of the room. The officer that had escorted Kyle and another officer had been watching him, curious to know what was in the black envelope! Slightly embarrassed that they were watching him, he quickly tucks the thong and note back into the envelope.
With a smile at his beloved's surprise, he slides the envelope into the breast pocket of his jacket, then chuckles along with the guys for a moment, joking with them that they are just jealous of him. Smiling with victory, he pats his jacket where the envelope is stashed, then takes a sip of his coffee and tells everyone to get back to work.
Every once in a while throughout the day, his thoughts wander back to that black lace thong and the note inside that black envelope in his pocket ... and a sly grin will cross his face, in anticipation of what these so-called "big plans" are of hers.*
