Well, the characters are horribly scarred, and they are twisted and amoral. Mostly amoral, anyway. Mostly. Anyway, the idea is that they are ANBU mostly, or some other stealth fighter, and yes, they are deadly. But not many people would use them right.

yea with powers like that generally the person who creates it is the one who can use it most effectively...I wish I was creative enough to make one to enter v.v

Hmmm o.o I still couldn't see Naito using that even if she became an ANBU like she wants to. Yea, the creator's usually the only one who could really get that down, because they actually know how to use it.

Indeed because there are so many diseases, infections, poisons, and other such nasty junk that its very versatile to mesh into the classes.
