It happens. When mods are leaving instead of bolstering activity, it kills everything.
Mana, am I able to design a custom weapon right now? And am I able to give it a "release phrase"? I use that term loosely cause I don't want it too associated with Bleach, but I wanted something that fit Wanryoku, and since he is all about intimidation...you know?

thats the one im learning currently i was wondering about it. its also not very specific and doesn't say what techs are simple and what are complex. i haven't learned but one move and have been meaning to ask a mod about it.
