Oveon was born to one of the ninja families that had become known as the protectors of the Snow Country. He took this fact with pride as a boy glade to be able to say that his mother and father both were skilled ninjas that used their blades to protect the village and lands. As Oveon got older and he got further on in the academy his father started to teach him to use the sword and in time other weapons. He loved these extra lessons and dove into this skill making sure he learned all he could about the various weapons and how to use them. He however developed a deep love for the Katana prefering it's use over all others. Oveon has now graduating and even though he is older then most due to taking a few years off from the academy to learn more indepth his style of ninja arts he looks foreward to becoming a protector.
