I've viewed the links already. I do believe the first link was most interesting to me.

I've thought up of some possible ussage for the site, but I'll be discussing this with the guild's leader first. We'll see how this go.

I've just thought of another use for the site,if you haven't already thought of it,is for anime music and music video downloads (via SaveFile)

Me (When a mod or Kimiyo-Chan is not available),One of the mods,and (mostly likely) Kimiyo-Chan when able.Or all of the above depending on when people can't get to a computer,go on vacation,etc.

Personaly,I think that Kimiyo-Chan should.

I would be glad to. I've also found a link in the guild that can serve the anime episode a week. If any mods wish to have access to editing the website,they are gladly invited to PM me about it. New URl will be posted when it is set up.

Hmm, how do you make the cursor changes like that?

My mistake by the way. JavaScripts allow words or pictures to change when the cursor moves on top of it. (I just needed help with JavaScripts, it's all)

HTML,it was already on the layout. CSS can also change the cursor, But I prefer HTML (HTML cursors only work on website layouts without a CSS file.) If you want a picture cursor,like a pair of wings or an anime face, You can use either if you know how. Graphic.Kaiyosei.Net has a few cursors like that. And I have a book on Javascript that my uncle gave me (he used to work for IBM!),I don't use it or bother with it.

I just don't bother with changing the cursor unless they use the same cursor for when the mouse is above a link, which I find really annoying.

No mods have PMed me about the website yet,so I might be the only one working on it for awhile,so updates will be slow.

Heh, funny thing. We just beggins out lesson on CSS right now in class.
JavaScript is rather annoying actually. But you can do a few different tricks with it.

Sorry for not helping you out. I would if I was semi proficient in HTML. As for the mods, they're all busy or lazy. =P

I'll try to see what I can do over the spring break though. (It starts the end of this week)
