From my understanding, you still have to seek legal counsel, and then be questioned by myself and Officer Showcase in the presence of said counsel, prior to your bail being paid and your release to a family member.*Without being threatening in any manor, he steps closer to Psyzapp, within an arm's reach.* You know very well that dame should not have been released yet, because I would have notified you right away when said stipulation had been met. *He looks at Psyzapp, hoping that she understands that he needs her to step aside.* neutral

I suppose it doesn't matter at ALL that your fellow officers let her go and released her
and now you are going to bring her back even though YOUR office made the mistake?
Isn't this something like, hmm I dunno, an act that could cause psychological damage?
Something along the lines of post traumatic stress disorder?
Did you know that not one time did any one address the extensive bleeding that occurred to Dame while in the jail?
What kind of place are you running there OFFICER?

*Startled by leko's sudden appearance in the front room of their quarters, he listens to her before speaking.* Hmm, there was nothing in the records in regards to dame's so-called extensive bleeding, other than a guard responding to her need for feminine products. But I am aware that such circumstances can happen under stress.
*Returns his attention to dame.* Dame, you obviously were there when the judge set your bail and stated that list of stipulations you needed to meet before you could be released. Did that thought not even cross your mind when you were wrongly handed those release papers for you to sign? I mean, I know there is a temporary lawyer listed on the records for you, and that another counsel has stepped in to review your case. But this new counsel has not confirmed meeting with you yet.
*He sighs, knowing what he must do.* Dame, please understand that your release was premature according to the stipulations set by the judge. You must go back. Willingly ... It will be in your favor if you return with me now. neutral

*hearing all the commotion in the corridor, amongst which seemed to be dame's voice, he sneaks out into the hallway, hidden. He steps carefully so as not to be heard and listens in on the conversation.*
tch.... can never trust cops stare I guess now's a good time for a kidnapping....
*comes up behind dame, his form suddenly appearing when he cups his hand over her mouth and grabs her around the waist. He looks up and grins sinisterly at Dougherty*
You want her? You'll have to come get her twisted
*picks up dame and retreats back into his quarters with her, closing and locking the door behind him. dame mentions that Dec and Bonnie are outside waiting for her and he nods, taking her out the back to them and hoping in the car along with them since obviously the officer isn't going to take too kindly to his role in this whole thing* sweatdrop

*Unknown to everyone else, prior to him stepping into the situation with Psyzapp and dame, he had pressed the speed dial button on his phone, making their whole conversation heard on his Partner's phone. Hopefully, his Partner would notify HQ and enlist in getting the perimeter of MW covered.*
scream TES! Bring her back! You do not want to make yourself an accessory! *He goes running after TES as he kidnaps dame, only to get slammed in the face with the locked door. He immediately gets on his phone radio and shouts out ... * Back entrances! Ryzan's door! scream

*Seeing as Officer Dougherty is taking much longer than expected, he gets out of the squad car and leans against it while his partner checks up on his girl.
He overhears the radio in the squad car clearly of his partner saying Back entrance…Ryzan's Door! eek He then sees TES and a purple haired lady jump into a car. eek
He quickly gets out his gun and shoots out the two tires on the vehicle facing him. He then starts running toward the car.* evil

*He's about to ask to switch seats, but to his surprise, Bonnie is already on it. Since she was sitting in the front, it was actually a little easier. She tells both Tes and dame that they owe her big time, especially Tes gonk , then she starts driving off, even with the tires flat*
Alright, everyone else, get down in your seats.... *dame looks at him like he's an idiot because that seemed like it should have been obvious enough to not have had to be spoken*
