The "Hyuuga's Taijutsu" PA should be changed in one of two ways: 1) Only get a reduction in one area. 2) Suffer an increase in another area (that you can learn) and keep the -1 to Tai and Bloodline techniques.

The father, unfortunately, was given up as a sacrifice after an incident that happened between the main house and a clan from a different village. Akulas father had a brother that looked very similar and was from the main household. The woman didn't know what happened and never knew the truth and neither did he. The woman was from the sound village that was doing recon, but she will have to return with information that wasn't completed. When she returned to her village she was writing a book for his child because she knows that she cannot raise him. This book will be on what the world is like. She was told about the Hyuuga's systems of the Main House and Branch house. She knew how corrupted the villages are or see them corrupted with too much order. When the time came when she was giving birth, it was more than twenty hours of labor and when the child was born she died from exhaustion and her last breath was naming the child Akula.

Zhi has always given one-hundred and ten percent of her effort toward her lessons and plans, but more than that for her peers and teachers. Akulas father had a brother that looked very similar and was from the main household. The woman didn't know what happened and never knew the truth and neither did he. The woman was from the sound village that was doing recon, but she will have to return with information that wasn't completed. When she returned to her village she was writing a book for his child because she knows that she cannot raise him. This book will be on what the world is like. She was told about the Hyuuga's systems of the Main House and Branch house. She knew how corrupted the villages are or see them corrupted with too much order. When the time came when she was giving birth, it was more than twenty hours of labor and when the child was born she died from exhaustion and her last breath was naming the child Akula.

The two eloped and soon had a child which they treasured greatly. What should have been a start to her life in Konohagakure with the majority of her clan soon found its end as hard times began to fall upon the family following the shunning of her father for his playboyish ways. He had disobeyed his clan's order to unite two families and fell for another instead. Out of shame, he quickly turned to alcohol and soon the use of illicit drugs within the village. With her mother gone and her current whereabouts unknown, likely fleeing Konoha out of shame herself, young Akoto stayed with her father.
While the rest of his extended family turned a blind eye, his father, Akoto's grandfather was outraged at his granddaughter's suffering from a lack of care. He left his home in Kirigakure, traveling a great distance to claim her from her fallen guardian and took her back to his home to raise her himself. While Akoto can recall bits and pieces, she lacks enough memory to recall her parents' faces. She grew up quickly, being told that her parents had simply put her with her grandfather as they didn't love her until recently admitting the truth. This eventually caused a rift between the two as Akoto began to fear for what Kirigakure would think of her status as a citizen. She saw the shinobi lifestyle which her parents had once taken as a way to redeem her family by her own hands. After many arguments with her overprotective grandfather, he relented and she was allowed to begin the academy. Recently, Akoto has graduated and is eager to begin her genin status in the village.

What should have been a start to her life in Konohagakure with the majority of her clan soon found its end as hard times began to fall upon the family following the shunning of her father for his playboyish ways. He had disobeyed his clan's order to unite two families and fell for another instead. Out of shame, he quickly turned to alcohol and soon the use of illicit drugs within the village. With her mother gone and her current whereabouts unknown, likely fleeing Konoha out of shame herself, young Akoto stayed with her father.
While the rest of his extended family turned a blind eye, his father, Akoto's grandfather was outraged at his granddaughter's suffering from a lack of care. He left his home in Kirigakure, traveling a great distance to claim her from her fallen guardian and took her back to his home to raise her himself. While Akoto can recall bits and pieces, she lacks enough memory to recall her parents' faces. She grew up quickly, being told that her parents had simply put her with her grandfather as they didn't love her until recently admitting the truth. This eventually caused a rift between the two as Akoto began to fear for what Kirigakure would think of her status as a citizen. She saw the shinobi lifestyle which her parents had once taken as a way to redeem her family by her own hands. After many arguments with her overprotective grandfather, he relented and she was allowed to begin the academy. Recently, Akoto has graduated and is eager to begin her genin status in the village.

Nindo: "Never Surrender, Protect that which is Good" - Even in the face of overwhelming odds Hiro is never one to back down if he believes the cause is just. Whether this be defending his home village or the honor of shinobi it doesn't matter. Many times growing up he has suffered because of this but will never go down without a fight.
Personality: Hiro is rather standard to his clans outlook. Aloof, suspiciously lazy, and extremely slow to move without reason. He has a fondness for all things that are innocent in nature and respects those that have good hearts. Outside of a few hobbies he is actually a very dedicated worker, though he'd never say as much, and trains just as hard as his fellow shinobi. It has also been noted that he has a particularly sensitive nose, one of the reason that he often keeps it covered with a face cover or half mask.
However when push comes to shove Hiro is someone that will never back down if he believes in what must be done. This could be something as simple as completing a mission on time, or life and death. At the age of 14 he decided to move out on his own, working part time jobs to support himself and save up money over the last few years, and began his formal training then. What lead him to his nindo wasn't necessarily some dramatic event so much as what he felt in his heart and observed in the world. Good had to be protected, and the Innocence and the Friendships that were made in this world had to have a defender. At worst Hiro has some stories of standing up to bullies or the odd rude shinobi for another but nothing serious as of yet.

Nindo: "All my dreams up until now will mean nothing if I just half-a** this chance." (He hasn't gained enough experience to make a strong Nindo) Personality: Fukuwa is an introverted one, a gentle soul who likes to do things patiently and thoroughly. Used to being alone and not often one to fit with the wavelength of others, he rarely initiates conversations and spends most of his time on solo activities. That isn't to say he doesn't like conversation. It isn't uncommon for someone to approach him, only to have him latch on as a close friend, which is why he wasn't known as a loner in the academy. He takes care of his circle of friends, his interests just makes that circle small.
The boy would rather eat out and talk the night away with someone than go with a group to see a fight or some other wild event. Mild, calm, simple, that's how things are done with him, leading friends to think he acts more like an old man than a fifteen year old. He has an excessively passive nature as well when it comes to most instances, not picking a fight unless it's on his own terms. He's liable to put on his headset and walk away if someone starts arguing loudly with him, or flat out ignore obviously antagonistic individuals. In his mind, those with flaring tempers who yell at their problems instead of thinking around them are just people he shouldn't bother speaking with. However, that history of walking away from situations like that have turned him into a ticking time bomb of sorts. Eventually a crack will shatter the entire wall, and his own wrath will be unleashed.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ Fukuwa Tokugawa didn't want to be born with mouths on his hands and torso, but then again he can't imagine many people would want that. Growing up, he was horribly embarrassed and self-conscious about it. Gloves? Nope, the mouths would mistake it for clay and eat the fabric, only to make an explosive mess a moment after, embarrassing him further. While most adults and some other kids understood that it was just a trait from a strong bloodline, the majority of his classmates did well to make him feel like some sort of freak. At some point he dropped out of the Sunagakure academy because of all the teasing, his parents pulling him out of the courses. They'd rather he become a merchant or worker of some sort than deal with bullying him over who he was.
His parents were fairly successful Shinobi who saw the harshness of that life, so that also had a hand in the decision. It probably would've been a chance for him to grow if he stood in the academy and dealt with the problems he faced, instead he was pampered. He put on weight, spent lots of time with his eyes on books or games, and was raised in a normal life. That was the case until the village fell under attack, and he witnessed the strength of fully-matured shinobi up close. That single experience fueled countless dreams of what he could become. When his parents were out of the house he'd try feeding clay or other usable materials to the mouths on his hands, creating mild to somewhat destructive explosions with his bloodline. Eventually he was caught and scolded, told that those kind of abilities were dangerous and should only be used by trained Shinobi. That he wasn't in shape for that kind of work anymore, and that he should focus on different sorts of studies and manage his body over time. That the world was too brutal and scary for someone gentle-hearted like him.
So...he trained. Not with explosives. He trained his body, using a style that could help take it easy on his out of shape form while still making him work for his results. Kaiser fist was the style he dug out of his parents lockbox of scrolls, the one he tried studying. He didn't bother with the direct techniques, knowing he wouldn't be ready until his body was suitable for it, instead following the recommended exercises, diet and stretches. A year later and he still had some chubbiness, but he put on enough muscle that his parents noticed. They were dead-set on him not going back to the academy, but he finally snapped and said that the ones who should be guiding him were the only ones holding him back. It was the choice that would define the rest of his life, the first big decision he made to further his own self.
Oh, and the mouths on his body? He grew out of that problem, finding it to be cool rather than embarrassing as time passed. Just showed that it wasn't the big obstacle he had to overcome in the end.
