I'm not asking for approval. I'm asking if something like that would even be considered. I mean, he'd be able to inflict diseases on people through touch, and use disease and infections via jutsu. I wouldn't say it's a "clan" because it's unique to him, hence i'm wondering if I could make it, say...an SS-ranked jutsu, and that my having it It overwrites any future SS-rank jutsu I try to possess. Etc.
I'm wondering if the idea is plausible xP
