Within that moment exists a sense of serenity, where you know you are safe from harm. You are that predator. This was the moment that Kano learned of his purpose, watching his sister mediate, as he tried to sneak up on her. The end result was Hoshi getting the jump on him, having used a clone to deceive her little brother. Kano’s childhood went like this for much of his formative years. He studied at home, learning many things about his own genetic potential to use chakra and modify his body, though training wasn’t going to happen until much later, he still could know. Hoshi taught him a lot, and helped him with the basics. The Yamakawa family was full of skilled and dedicated ninja.
Naturally, good things must end. Kano moved out, and his present in celebration was a scarf from his sister, a horribly pink one. He was informed it was to help him lighten up, since over the years, he turned cold, focused, and aloof to his sister, while she remained a loving and compassionate kunoichi. She didn’t know why Kano changed, but she only wished him happiness, and if he was happy, that was enough. Hoshi left on a mission, and never returned to Sunagakure. Kano never returned to his parent’s home, preferring to work away his grief. He was almost ready to start active missions.
[ Pending ] →"Sadistic Play of the Arctic" gives me hesitations because of the fact there's no...limitation. If I am to understand it, this P.A. will make it will anyone struck by one of your techniques will suffer from these penalties due, in the end, to their utter cold temperature. Does this require a direct hit? Is it indirect? Does it stick? This is information I need to know before I can approve it one way or the other.

[ Denied ] →This isn't why I denied it, but I wanted to address it nonetheless. "Double Teamed - Can manipulate his Kugujutsu in tandem with his Taijutsu techniques." Keep in mind that utilizing your puppet to attack still counts as an activation, whether or not they act in tandem to your Taijutsu. Meaning, you still only have 3 activations for 3 techniques or attacks. Now, on to the reasons! I need you to clarify what you mean by "Basilisk". In this guild, only basic animals are allowed to be started with in regards to tamer pets. While previously people were allowed absurdly large pets, these would be classified as "monsters" and require you, in character, learning of a way to A. find them and B. tame them. So, if you are styling this off of the snake-type mythical beast, it is immediately a "no." Next would be the tamer attributes of your pets. First off, pets do not receive any form of Personal Attributes or Tamer Attributes. The latter of the two is reserved for the Tamer themselves. As such, remove them from the profile. Secondly, Tamer Attributes for Beast Master are awarded only at D - rank, B - rank, and S - rank. As such, you start with one [1] and only one [1] Tamer Attribute at your current rate. You will be required to select which of the two you have are to be removed. Parseltongue is not something you can automatically have, though you are able to speak "English" to your pet because it can understand humans. And finally, per the rules written within the profile layout itself, you are restricted to no more than fifteen [15] projectiles, with odd or oversized projectiles costing three [3] of those per one [1] obtained. As such, you must reduce the total number of projectiles on your character from thirty [30] to fifteen [15].

The Personality is where a lot of information that often is overlooked and creates problems are written here. As such, I will need a better idea of exactly what sort of personality your character has. Add a paragraph, a few line, something to identify just who and what your character is! Also, please list the type of clothing pieces you have in your inventory. If clothes are not listed, your character then has no clothes. If you have it, put it in your inventory :3 Also, your history says you're from Oto?

I meant for it to be only effective if my character was to land his abilities. So a direct hit. Anything indirect would kind of be harder to manage since it leaves way to many loopholes. People would just dodge and say their characters were to far away to be effected, blah blah, and that would give everyone a headache. So they have to be strictly affected by the Yukiton ability. I also noticed I forgot to add in the part where it would have a lingering effect since once they are hit this debuff lasts until the body is warmed back up. So it would only last three posts after the dissipation of the Yukiton ability being used. That was my bad. So I will add that in.
And yes, since the clan utilizes snow it doesn't have much of an offensive track, essentially the snow just makes opponents cold so I'm making it that since they are cold they have to make their bodies work harder to keep up so the cost of action is increased slightly. So it only works on those who aren't resilient to cold tempertures. So this PA wouldn't cause any difference to another Shinsetsu user.

He was sociable and friendly enough growing up that very few people ever acted alienating or cold to him. The village and orphanage was kind enough to help him with housing and food, so long as he volunteered and did regular community service. Upon becoming of age, a caregiver noted that his attentive and hardworking nature would be well suited as a shinobi. He enrolled in the academy and graduated with fairly average marks. Instructors noted his skill in weaponry, namely their technique, form, and accuracy. When it came to target practice with kunai, bullseyes were casually attained. However, they also noted that he was never suited physically for specializing in them. In his final teachings of the academy, they persuaded him to consider a support role of a sensor, given his attentive and accurate nature. Armand continues his role as a shinobi in hopes that he can repay the village for their kind upbringing.

Can you please further explain Chakra Suppression - masking one's chakra signature has, so far, been met with the limitation of saying you can't use chakra while masking.
Also, in regards to Bowcaster, the rules for such things are saying you can use your bow as a means of firing jutsu. If you want to limit it to when your character's focused, that's your decision. This does not alter the effects of the jutsu, just allowing you to cast jutsu with a bow in place of handsigns.
