Rinkota yawned, and sat up, rubbing her eyes. She stretched her arms and her wings, and gingerly got out of bed, shivering slightly in the cool morning air. She threw open the curtains, letting in the bright morning sun. She frowned, hearing Hikari's screams before she even saw the demon. She growled. "Causing trouble, again, no doubt." She walked to the dresser, and pulled open the drawers, pleased to see that her nobody servants had filled them with her clothes, as she had asked. "What shall we wear today..." She asked herself, looking over the contents of each drawer. She finally selected a tight-fitting red kimono. The neck of the garment was extra-wide, and fel folded over around her shoulders, slightly showing off her chest and pale skin. The sash at the waist was a deep, midnight black, fading out to a deep blue at the end. She pulled it over her head, and tied her crimson hair up with a black ribbon to match the sash. She smiled in the mirror, pleased with the results. "Well, time to start the day." She sighed, and opened the door, the sharp-heeled shoes she picked out clicking on the linoleum(sp?) floor as she headed down the hallway.

A portal opened up behind Hikari, and a dazed Kai wearily stepped out of it. He wasn't wearing the same clotehs he wore before, and he even seemed to look different. Hes hair was longer, his body seemed, bigger. In all apearances it looked as if he had aged a year in the brief time he was gone. He was wearing a tight fitting sleevless black shirt that showed off his muscles. His arms were overed in a wrapped up bandage up to his biceps, and he was wearing black pants and black boots. His now long hair covered his eyes as he looked up at Hikari. "Hey, come on Hikari, we're going to be late for class," he called out to her.

Hikari heard him then stood up looking at him with tears in her eyes she ran up to him and held on to him "are you okay what happened?" she siad holding on tight not letting go

"Long story short...I'm back and I'm fine," he told her, holding onto her tightly.

Hikari stood there smiling "thats good" she said looking at him "you look different"

Kai laughed and shrugged it off. "Yeah...well...that happens sometime when you're in that world. Anyway, we'd better get to class soon. What class do you have first?"

Hikari took a second to think about it "oh dark magic class" she said looking at Kai smiling

Rinkota brought up her schedule, in her head. Her first class was a Geography class. The paper had said it was on the third floor, and she had 5 minutes left to get there. She picked up her pace a little, turning onto a staircase and heading up one flight before arriving on the third floor. The hallway seemed fairly empty. Was she late, or early? She looked up and down the corridor, and started walking, studying each of the doorsigns.

Kai nodded and smiled. He opened up a portal behind her. "There you go. That will take you right to it."

"what about you?" she asked before going in the into the portal

Kai smiled. "I think I have Forbidden arts first period. Second period I should see you though. Almost everyone has battle training second period."

Hikari smiled as she walked threw the portal walking into class sitting down getting ready for class to start

Kai sighed and laid on the beach. "I think I'll just skip first period," he said softly. He yawned and looked at his right hand which was bandaged up.

Hikari sat there thinking about Kai and what he was doing she sighed getting back to her work learning things about her magic that she didnt know

Kai laid on the beach tossing rocks into the water. Before they hit the water however, he opened up a portal. The moment the rocks entered into the portal Kai closed his fists, causing the rocks to be destroyed within the portal. He did this for quite a while, each time his mind wondering what was happening to him.
