Osaki was born in Yukigakure in June. He was born into the Katei no Neko Clan from his mother side of the family. His father was a foreign ninja from the now less active Takigakure. Upon Osaki's birth he was a rather weak child that was taking into special care upon his birth. He barely survived his first 2 weeks, but was able to slowly recover and get better in condition enough for his parents to take him home. When he was taken tot he clans branch in Yukigakure by his mother and father, his mother was treated badly for not marrying someone from the out of the clan, but also for marrying a man that was outside the village of Yukigakure it's self.

Time passed and terms with the clan, family, and villages got better. Osaki's father was able to change and move to Yukigakure, he was given to rank from Jounin to Chuunin in the village and brand a traitor of Takigakure. Osaki at this time was about 12 years old and began to understand that his family was different. And it was this time that he began to understand that he would not be fully accepted but the clan.

At the age of 14 became a Genin of Yukigakure and later at the age of 16 & 1/2 due to lack of ninja was made into a Chuunin through a series of test, thought the physical test he barely passed due to his lack of motivation and sell-esteem. Upon becoming a Chunin his grand father and leader of the Katei no Neko Clan gave him a young female white tiger cub to make his partner. His grandfather told him that though he has only half the clans blood, he is still a clan member and will be treated as such to him, but everyone in the clan have their own believes.

As more time passed and Osaki grew with is tiger partner whom he had named Ushio or Tide. He was given the rank of Jounin by the Yukigakure himself for his help in getting a 4 year treaty between Hoshigakure, Takigakure, & Otogakure whom where not in good terms, when he and his team talked to the three kages. Osaki himself did not like the responsibility due to the fact he never really trained in any jutsu and he was of just a person of words and kindness.

But than the death of the Yukikage came suddenly and crushed to moral of the village Yukigakure. The death even made his mother and father shocked and silent for weeks. The village began to elect people to run for Yukikage and Osaki's name came up, along with a list of elders & more. Upon vote people began to compare, the experience, bloodline, rank, age, and more. The village came to the conclusion, it had chosen by a very small and barely likable margin Osaki. He was young, good with words, though inexperienced in Jutsu he could learn, young, a Jounin despite being weak, and a member of the Katei no Neko Clan. Upon being elected Osaki was only 18 years old and his tiger Ushio was two.

As of now Osaki is 18 and still unsure about his abilities to run the village. But with the support of the elders he will train to become stronger and learn from those around him to become a better ninja and leader.

Despite her bloodline originating from Yukigakure, Catalina was born in Kirigakure. This brings up many questions, even for Catalina herself. The only person she would trust with the right answers is her older brother. However, he does not wish to speak to her on the subject until he deems her "ready." In order to prove herself, she became a ninja one year younger than him.

1) You don't need to list tsumetai in your attribute list, if anything, I'd suggest you put it under bloodline jutsu... or... perhaps, leave it on your attribute slot, but know that you still have 2 more slots.
2) Lightstep is a bit much. I could accept it if it were something like... "Able to move without making much sound, regardless of equipment." but not total nullification. P:

Uhh this is my profile for my first RPC. I didn't really grasp all I could have with attributes. So I put them in plain and vague. I wanted to edit them.

• Isamaru is resistant to any form of lightening attacks. He can resist the damage and effects of lightening attacks. As long as its not a higher rank than what he can learn.
• Isamaru is a little parinoid and cautious. He can detect lies, or fakes, clones and other decietful tacts around him. He pulls it off as being smart, but he's actually just at his wits with everything.

Resistant to lightning is a tad bit ridiculous... if it were going to be anything, it would likely have to be like what's up with the Oni and fire attacks. They still take damage, but they're not offset by the impact or the heat.
Annnnd... the paranoia would be okay for detecting lies, transformations, and some deceitful tactics, but clones is a no go. P:
