Shadow thought about her question for a short moment, then answered, "I would attempt to understand the situation either through observations and or questioning. I'm told that I'm rather intimidating at times. If I were to encounter someone who wouldn't listen to me, then I would attempt to request assistance from another Guard. If non were available at the time, I would try to contain the situation and would proceed to ask the patron to leave immediately. If he did not, I would then be forced to escort him off the premises, preferably without physical force, but if required, I would not hesitate to physically remove him from the property. My goal would be, of course, to make sure no one gets hurt on my watch. I cant hold myself accountable for general accidents that happen in a resort like this, but no one will be allowed to cause anyone else pain or discomfort on my watch." He spoke calmly and clearly. This is how he tried to handle all situations and missions. It upset him when he had to resort to violent or more physical means during his missions.

Amy smiled and nodded. "It's alright. Just fill out as much as you can. Ironically, you're not the first person to not be able to fill out the application entirely, either. Several people who work here don't have cell phones, or even a telephone. Don't worry about that. Just write on there the best way to get a hold of you. If that involves sending someone to your house, like you mentioned, then you can put your address down. If a letter would be easier, just put your mailing address down. Sometimes that's different than the physical address. Thank you very much for meeting with me, Shadow, and I hope to see you again soon."
She smiled, nodded to him, gave him the application, and then headed back toward the lounge in the main building. When she saw Karrie napping on the couch with Thistle in his lap and Velcore's head resting by Karrie's hand, she smiled softly. She quietly approached them, all of them asleep by this point. She kissed Karrie's lips softly. She told him that it was time to head home, and they gathered up their family before heading out to spend some much-needed time together.

Shadow walked around and made notice of potential hiding spots and escape routes. He made a mental note of the various obstacles and their locations with relevance within the resort. He didn't care if anyone saw him walking around for the next couple of days because it wouldn't matter. He decided that he would walk around the resort for the next few days, multiple times if necessary so that he wouldn't miss anything. He noticed some potential hazards for anyone that wasn't following the rules or trying to run from the authorities. He made note of them so he could control and guide the pursuit in the correct direction to avoid such hazards. He also noted certain locations that would be good choke points to trap a runner.
I wonder how they proceed to close off the ski and mountain portion for the spring, summer, and fall seasons. I wonder if they have ever had 'trespassers' on that section during the off seasons. I'm willing to bet that might be a hard place to control during these seasons.
He walked gently and silently. Anyone that was out and about, visiting the resort, would only be able to see him, occasionally. They wouldn't be able to hear him and sometimes wouldn't be able to see him. Sometimes he would stand in one spot and rotate thoughtfully and slowly around a pivot to witness his current surroundings. This was usually done in the 'center' of certain parts, sections, or areas of the resort. Others who saw him wouldn't know that he was specifically rotating at the 'center' of the 'zones'. They would just see a mysterious man in a trench coat looking around curiously, yet calmly.
He figured that no one would notice or mind if he did this through the day and night. He knew the pets wouldn't mind. They were most likely aware of his presence, but he was sure he wasn't making much noise for them, and he figured he probably had a specific scent that he hoped they would quickly get used to. He would only walk inside the buildings during the day and was extremely careful not to trigger the security that he observed during the day, in the night.
If he did end up triggering the security, then someone would come and complain to him and probably escort him from the property. He would cooperate with them and he figured his reasons would be somewhat acceptable. He also knew, that some authority might find his actions questionable, and wrong. But he was well prepared to handle the consequences of his actions calmly, as always.

*feeling a bit restless, Kits walks over to Aqua Springs. Since she'd been there early that morning as well, she didn't have any work to do at the moment. Going into the lounge, she saw a man sitting in the middle of the lounge on the floor with his eyes closed. She hadn't been spending very much time in the lounge lately, so she hadn't noticed him before. Walking up to the bar, she asked Tommy what was going on*
I'm not sure. He's been there since Thursday night. There's a note next to him that says it's all right for Amy to interrupt, but most of the staff's been giving him a pretty wide berth. *makes Kits a chocolate milk, even though she hadn't asked for one. By now, he knew what she was likely to want late at night* It's kind of creepy how he just sits there without moving. He hasn't done anything but sit there.
Huh... that's strange. *turns on her stool to look at the man* I think that's Shadow, the guy we hired for the security job. I wonder why he's just sitting there, though. confused *getting a piece of paper and a pen from Tommy, writes a note for Shadow, telling him to go to the security office and fill out the form for his availability and preffered shifts. Then, he could work out the best schedules with Daniel and the other two guards. She left the note next to his other one, not wanting to bother him, being a little creeped out by his stillness herself. sweatdrop Then, she returned to her seat and chatted with Tommy while she drank her chocolate milk*
