Well, I suppose it's nice that you have some form of base... but you really need to adjust and identify what's most simple, what's needed, and what's decor, and what's just overkill.
If it hadn't been for Mak, this guild would be in such a better state, and I'd actually be significantly more calm about everything that goes on here. ^ ~ ^;;
Everything you've posted is really something you have to decipher for yourself, if you plan on being captain. I can give you some advice, but you've gotta make that final choice.

Well, yeah, I know it's all my choice in the end. But I always ask people's opinions so I can make the guild in such a way that it attracts the best RPers as well as the lower ones.

Right. But just asking opinions doesn't mean much. You've gotta be able to tell which ideas are for the best, and which ones are just selfish wishes. =/
