I like the colour theme, its really aesthetically pleasing.
The hat really adds volume to the top, so I suggest adding
a blue item to the bottom of the avatar to not only balance
it out but also spread out the blue in the avatar. The glasses
really stand out as they don't look like they exactly
fit colour wise, so I'd take them out if you were going for
colour theme. However, if you were going for a story theme,
then it fits really well with the wizard//enchanted theme, so I'd
keep them for sure. I love your use of sleeves to even out the
middle section of the avatar with the top. :3
Overall, it's very lovely. <3
