"Now, now, now lets lose the long faces ok," Scarlet turned around smiling at everyone. She took a bite of her sandwhich then put it down. She pulled Ross away from the counter then began to push him out the kitchen. "You need to get dry Ross or you'll catch a cold." She didn't care if he wanted to walk on his own because she knew that he was still weak. His stubbornness was a bit hard to break. She looked over at Vivi, "I'll be back i we need to catch up." She laughed softly and then exited the room still pushing Ross gently toward his room that he was given once he became a Knight. All Knights were given room's.

As she saw the stranger's eyes change and that all his focuse was on Tatsel she decided to sneak off and head to the castle. She started gathering some weapons and supplies before visiting the king again.

Ross allowed himself to be pushed to his room. When they got there, he collapsed on his bed and looked up at the high ceiling. After a few minutes, he pushed himself up and the half elf began stripping himself of the normally light, leather armor. When it was all off, he sat shaking, more from the lack of energy than from the cold, in the pants he wears under armor.

Scarlet grabbed a blanket and wrapped it around Ross. "You know you shouldn't do this to yourself, i thought you had broken this little habbit of yours." Scarlet sighed then slightly smiled not wanting him to feel bad or anything. She then sat next to him hoping to find away to confort him. Scarlet thought about what she did when they were little and how she helped him when he was upset. Normally it was ice cream but it really wasn't the time and weather for it so she told a maid to get her a cup of hot coco. As soon as she came back with it Scarlet placed it in ross's hands. "Drink up it's good, my recipe." Smiling she made a motion with her hand for him to drink some. "Careful though it's kind of hot," she warn remembering that he would egarly cug some when he was little.

Ross took the cup and drank it slowly. He had to force himself to keep it down. He cursed his human side. His dad had always told him that humans become drained quicker, so his energy never stayed as long as he'd like. That's why he had the ring. He was always foolish as a boy, almost always using his powers until he fainted. now not only had he used most of his energy, he was refusing to take anyone elses, he was wet through and could hardly keep anything down.

Tatsel snatched the papers from his hand. They were legitimate that was certain. This only begged the question, was he?
"You have interesting eyes." Tatsel handed back the scroll. "Squire boy, I shall honor you with my presence. It's a large castle and you can easily become lost. I shall escort you wherever it is you need to be, and generously await the end of your business there, so that we may move elsewhere." She tilted her head and smirked at him.

Scarlet became a bit sadden and she placed her hand on his forehead. "Don't do this to yourself Ross, the last time you did you were at home in bed very ill." She then went over and grabbed him some dry clothes and walked back. "Here put them on you'll be warm," Scarlet tryed to smile but it faild. She layed the clothes down next to him began to walk toward the door so that he could change. She was a bit hesitant not wanting to leave him alone at his state.

Ross nodded. He half placed, half dropped, the cup onto his dresser, then began to strip down. He got dressed again and pulled the tie out of his hair. He grabbed a comb and began getting the knots out of the long hair.

Dervish smiled his eyes changing from green to orange as he took back the scroll. "Thank you for the compliment." He said as he stuffed the scroll back into his belt and grinned "Im already honored madam. And is it possible you could show me to the kitchen? Im famished. Havnt had a good meal in days." He said his eyes once again changing colors from a dark orange to a teal color.

Tatsel gestured towards the kitchen she'd recently left. She kept her eyes on him and, rather than lead, she walked beside him to the kitchen.
"The young squire is new here. And, quite famished." She announced to the kitchen staff, a staff of portly, but kind, middle aged women, who knew their way about the kitchen quite well and were always eager to fill a handsome young man in need.

Scarlet peeped her head in and saw him coming his hair and entered the room again. She saw that the cup was about to fall off and quickly ran over to the dresser placing it all the way on it. "That was a close one," Scarlet sighed and stood up straight. "Wow Ross your hair has grown, and it's pretty too," Scarlet smiled then walked around his room since she never seen the inside.

Ross flashed a half smile as he finished combing the wet hair. He tied it up high on his head to keep it off his back. Then moved back on his bed so he was sitting with his back against the wall. He watched her progress around his room, not bothering to tell her not to look in places. Everything he had, she as a friend had a right to see.
