The Screamo Kid I really hope they go back to their edgier sound like in Three Cheers, b/c I fear MCR is heading for mainstream-ism..... With all the preppy ppl running around now saying they like MCR, they might be prompted to write a more mainstream record for the masses and not even realize it 'cause they've sort of fallen into the crowd.... They can still make a good conceptual album, but if I see one blonde at school wearing an MCR shirt, I'm gonna loose it. *claps* exactly my thought. Call me stupid, but I love how people don't like MCR. Theyre my ******** YOU to all the s**t in this world. I don't want them to suddenly be loved like cuddley bunnies ninja

Quote: As for the rumors that My Chemical Romance had begun writing material for the follow-up to 2006's The Black Parade, Way said there's no truth to them. "We're not working on a record," he said. "We're touring and getting some distance from writing music. We'll finish out touring, take a break and then come back and write. It will be quite awhile before there's another My Chemical Romance album. We said a lot of what we wanted to say with Black Parade, so we're going to have to find something completely new to say, and that could take some living, some touring, some hardships. It's all about finding what the next thing is for yourself, for your band, and we're still searching for that. We'll be searching for a while, I think." Source and rest of the interview: Click

Miss My Chemical Romance bluefire243 Well... when you think about it, MCR has released an album every 2 years (Bullets: 2002, Three Cheers: 2004, The Black Parade: 2006) So it is not a surprise that they are going to start the new one soon, and it will probably be out in 2008... WHY ISNT IT 2008 YET!? It's okay. It's okay. Calm down. All we have to do is SPEED UP TIMEI can't wait! This is SO exciting and great and awesome and amazing and and and! Whooo! Can't wait! i wish i had a time machine that would make evrything better!=P and u could speed time up to their concerts =]

I really hope they make a new cd, I just hope that it has more of a revenge sound. Cause in my opinion, the black parade was too... whats the word... well, i'd like to say mainstream, but it wasn't as edgy. Revenge was much more loose and had that sound that just made you wanna scream and such. It was just... not better, but I still prefer it. Anyone have any idea what I'm saying?

But I was only like 6 before they went mainstream. (Maybe not 6 but I really cannot do math)
