well i am an asian emo.
and secret is right emos are misunderstood people
i don't slit my wrist and im not suicidal
and yes i get very depressed sometimes but everyone gets
depressed at some time of there life right?
so most of you are saying a lot of stereotypical crap
sorry if you guys take that the wrong way but
just letting you hear it from an emo

a lot of emos arent really true emos in my school they just pretend to be because they think its cool
the real emos in my school are either white or asain but mainly white...one of my asain friend is sort of emo but she doesnt want ot suicide or cut or anything like that

But honestly the wrist cutting thing is so stereotypical...
Emo people are basically people who are misunderstood...
People who have a different outlook on life...
Did I word that right?...
And most recently, Emo is a style...
I style of individualism or rebellion to what we should look like...
A mass majority of Emos do NOT slit their wrists...
And they're NOT constantly depressed or suicidal...
Those are all just stereotypes...
*Cough* Sorry, I just had to state this...
I have a huge issue about stereotypes...
Mostly because I'm stereotyped everyday for a bajillion things...
And it pisses me off...

I wear eyeliner and black and red clothes.People call me the "only emo asian in the school".I not really think i is emo.I have emotions and i do cry but i not hurt myself or anything like that.I like joking around with people and makeing fun of everyone because i love haveing fun in life.I hate people who judge me because of what i wear.I just be myself and have fun.

I dress like one (red eyeliner, black nail polish, lots of black+some other color clothes). But I most certainly don't act like one. I'm loud, I laugh a lot. I guess when I first started high school people would've thought I was emo because I didn't have any friends at the time (transferred to another school x.x).

No seriously, there are quite a lot of asians at my school who don't dress prep (aka Hollister, AE, etc).
