When the Guild began there were interesting discussions, meeting of ideas and themes regarding Britain and what makes someone British. From the old style empire ideas to the gift for comedy shown by British television today.

It has decended to a sort of playground for people who happen to be British.

I would like to stop this atavistic descent into the realm of the UK Guild.

I think that the problem may be an exhaustian of topics of a British nature. I joined during the election/Camilla post boom, but now there is just not enough happeneing in Britain to cater for a guild of this size

We could try posting more in the topics we already have with relevant information and then deviate on that particular topic. THAT is what was happening before we even got here, Owen.
