yeah I have to figure out how many calories are in my mom's baked ziti....

-lunch-
tomatoe soup-200 calories
half a sleeve of saltines-261 calories
1 tbsp cheez whiz-75

-dinner-
7 small chicken wings- apparently close to 500 calories or more wtf
rice and vegetable mix (about 1/4 cup?)-100 calories?

Junk:
1 tsp nutella...yummm-75 calories
1 medium Tim Hortons hot chocolate-160 calories ish?

Total: around 1500-1600

you are having skim milk now?

wow i have the smae breakfast as you.. i mean it is different type of special k, and it has less calories, and i probalby eat less. but that is still cool we eat somewhat the same breakfast.
