The topic doesn't bother me - I used to work in a newsagent, and some of the tabloid headlines make this look like happy fun nursery rhymes. The attitude bothers me though. The very idea of voting for someone based on their looks - or even their personality, I mean where are we, America?

Communism's a FANTASTIC idea. No really, it is. I love the idea that EVERYONE can have the same, that there is no starvation, no poverty, no one living in the shade of others simply because of money or property. I think the idea of working together to achieve a Utopian society is a beautiful one.


It's just a shame that humans and their nature have to get involved and screw it all up.

Not always. When Khrushchev was in charge of Russia, they were productive and happy...Unfortunately the USA had to start the U2 incident and the Cuban Missile crisis stare . though Cuba under Castro is another example of perfect communism in practice biggrin
