I use Internet Explorer simply because I've been using it for years, so I'm used to it. I do have Firefox installed, buuuut...I can't be bothered to get used to it redface Let it be known, however, that I know jack about computers really - as long as they appear to be working, great! As long as my virus-checker says my poor hamster wheel-powered computer is virus-free, I'm a happy user.

That mouse gesture thing sounds incredibly convenient on one hand, but incredibly annoying on another, because I'm one of those people who fidgets with their mouse while reading stuff.

I am using IE simply because it's what I have to use at work and therefore it makes sense to keep up using it at home to make things easier when I am AT work, explaining things to the users.

I must admit to remaining very fond of Nutscrape...errr...Netscape. Used it from about 94/95 until 98 at Uni and I never had any of the problems other people seemed to with it.

I don't even have the problems other people seem to with security on my IE either. Probably has something to do with the heavy duty hardware and software firewalls and corporate standard virus scanners xd

But...er...yeah, that's about it really.

oooh, Gaulia - fancy a trip into London at the end of the month? (yes, off topic - how unusual for me)

I have some useful information with regards as to how to speed up Firefox when using a Cable/DSL, ADSL or similar broadband modem/facility. The link was stumbled upon by Invictus yesterday, and it has made a real difference to the sluggishness of my browsing experience. Follow the instruction in the link below, and you CAN open a separate tab to carry them out in, as it changes the variables of the whole browser: -

Heh. I used IE for a while but have switched back to Netscape. I like it much better... I'm not sure if "fond" Is the word I'd use though...
