The only thing I can praise him for are the over-the-top theatrics... they are pretty grotesque and even a little cheesy, but they are also pretty cool.
However, his music isn't so great, and though I imagine he gets enough s**t for this as it is, his reputation is another put-off.

I like some of his stuff from Antichrist Superstar and Mechanical Animals, I'm not really big on the rest, sounds too much like Korn.

I don't really find him attractive but I really enjoy his music. I prefer his earlier stuff, it was easier to shock people back then. But I've got to learn to stop singing 'Cake and sodomy' in public sweatdrop

I quite enjoy his music. Not all of it, mind you, but a fair amount. I think he has talent, he's just more interested in the shock factor than making music these days.

i like his stuff and i do in fact think he is quite the sexy man hehehe esspecially when he was younger and had the longhair and wore no makeup or shirt... and had that lip ring and had eyebrows.... yeah ... he was DAMN hot then jeeze haha
but getting back on topic i heard some of his new stuff and it actuallly isnt that bad i enjoyed it

Yeah, manson is fun to listen to, and he has some intelligent songs, Plus his cover of "This Is Halloween" was really good, but...in the case of gothic rock, im more of a lacuna coil/ creature feature fan
