Mina wasnโt sure how long she was by herself, but it wasnโt nearly long enough. The redhead could hear her door being swung open moments before she felt someone come up to her andโฆ hug her. Her response was purely reactionary, without even a second of thought put into the actions.

Mina felt a wave of shame wash over here: she knew that Inohachi, the timid girl she was, wouldnโt react kindly to Minaโs sudden outburst. On top of that, sheโd only been trying to help, the red head now realized, and she was repaid with yelling. All of this was evident on Minaโs face as her brows furrowed and she avoided looking at the other two shinobi directly.

โฑโฐโฑ Inferno Mastery | The user gains four additional ninjutsu slots to be used specifically for katon techniques per body rank. Additionally, hand signs may be executed with one hand. The user's fire techniques all cause an additional post of burning while adding an additional tier of burning/burns to fire based techniques.
โฑโฐโฑ Fanning Flames | The user's fire based techniques may be doubled in size for no additional cost. This does not effect the strength of the user's fire based techniques. In addition, should the user's fire ninjutsu or clan techniques interact with another fire based technique, the user's technique steals one rank of chakra from the opposing technique. If this overpowers the opponents technique, this technique continues on it's path normally.

Inohachi was definitely startled, "Wa!" yelped the Yamanaka as she landed onto the floor onto her butt with a soft thud. All that fat had it's benefits after all, it helped cushioned the blow. Er. Landing. Inohachi flinched at Mina's shout. The female messed up, really messed up. A soft timid nod could be seen as she gently gasp Mina's hand but doesn't really use any of Mina's strength as she got up. This wasn't the first time she fell and it wasn't going to be the last so the big Yamanka knew how to get up without using other people help to get up. When she did, the grasp was removed and Mina was acting rather odd and skittish. "I'm so sorry...I... I should've asked...." Inohachi felt bad as she gazed down to her feet and shuffled it a little. The guilt subsided for a bit as something else took over. Concerned for her friend. "Mina...are you okay?" Something was up that was for sure.

Roku absentmindedly moved his hand directly to the katana on his back the second Mina reacted negatively towards Inohachi. However, seeing that Mina calmed down at the realization who was in the room, he moved his hand back down to his side. "We heard you and that lady yelling so, we figured it would be best to come check up on you." Roku would say to give Mina more of a reason why they were there. However, he would then wait to see what Mina's answer was to Inohachi's question. Perhaps she wouldn't even want them in there to begin with let alone prying into her own business.

A small syringe pierced his bicep and the other students that remained. Yoโichis heart raced and his thoughts were scattered. The teacher stood smirking in front of them, he knew as well as the others that this was just a test; another baptism by fire. The teacher began to rant about natural poisons and venoms, he knew that he would be able to recreate this in a drop of a hat. Sitting through the class was a waste of time. He stood up and quietly walked back into the hallway with his things. He knew that if he was going to see some results, he was going to have to do them on his own. He watched as a nurse walked through an employee access door, realistically; he was looking for some labs, testing, anything that would enable him to experiment on his own. He walked through another set of doors and entered what looked like a testing lab. With several machines and equipment, he was going to be set. He grabbed a lab coat from the wall and some gloves, he always carried a small notebook of different plants and the known toxins of themโฆ but it was time that he saw that in action.
He grabbed a centrifuge and several test tubes, he knew that with making a poison that he would have to take all the knowledge of natural and orgain substances to create itโฆ as well as take himself through the learning process. He grabbed a mortar and pestle and started grinding down an organic substance that wad labeled as โWolfsbane extractโ. He began to pulverize and masticate the crown and stems first, the flowers were going to add the color so he saved those for last. When it turned into a gelantious fluid, the placed the motar on the table and started to warm a small beaker with his hands. Though and generally beakers are used at a colder temperature, organic poisons that were found in plants at the shop reacted wonderfully at room temperature. When he thought it was warm enough, he scooped out the plant remains into a bowl and put the motar off to the side.
He looked around the lab, though it was a pretty basic labโฆ it was not his and he didnโt know where anything was. He looked in a bottom drawer, it was slightly deeper; he found a small hot plate and several tubes of various sizes. He was going to work with whatever he had at his disposal. Grabbing a rubber stopper as well, he poured water into the bowl containing the plant matter and stirred it around. With Wolfsbane he noticed that the natural pigments of the super green stem would slowly fade into a black like material, with the flowers still within it; it would have turned the whole thing purple. Aestictics were something that he was going for.. At the moment. When the water looked dense, he poured a small amount in the beaker and swirled it around, though it was just the organic materialsโฆ it looked ominous. He poured it a small amount of water and put the rubber stoper into the top. He wanted to let it settle for a moment before placing it onto the small hot plate. He needed the hot plate to reach a certain temperature before warming his ingredients. [ 2 /575 ]

tabTThe echo of heels sounded through the halls crisp and clear, stopping themselves just shy of a door that led into a private room. Lahlil hesitated, finding her excuse in checking to see that the number beside the door matched the one the nurse gave her. She had already heard the reports from the mission, even read the doctor's notes. Even if her hand in the matter had been indirect, it did not lessen the sinking hole Lahlil felt in her chest. Before she did anything else, the ex-kage had to visit her children, to comfort them in some way. It wasโafter allโher responsibility.
A single knock announced her arrival to everyone in the room. Fuchsia eyes raise just slightly in surprise to find the space already filled. "Oh." Lahlil started. "Roku, Inohachi, I'm glad to find you both here. Less trouble for me to track you down next~" Lahlil smiled in her usual lighthearted tones. From just past the pair, the woman could see Mina through her scattered locks of white hair. She imagined how she must have looked in that moment, disheveled and messy as if she had been through a battle herself. "Mina, I... I'm glad to see you safe." Stepping a bit further inside, Lahlil awaited Mina's reaction before she continued.

Through her down and loose red hair, Mina could see the effect sheโd had on Inohachi. โNo, itโs okay, reallyโฆ Iโm sorry for yelling.โ She said back, averting her gaze and rubbing her arm. A movement out of the corner of her eye turned Minaโs attention to Roku. Heโd just lowered his hand, but she could see what it was heโd gone for. So thatโs how it is. She thought. Of course it is. Itโs not like she expected a red carpet treatment or anything. But seeing the girlโs former comrades react to her like she was a threat still hurt, twisting a knot in her chest.
โYeahโฆ yeah, Iโm okay.โ Mina answered, taking a few steps until her back touched the wall. It was super obvious that she was lying, any fool could have noticed. But dare she bring more people into thisโฆ mess that was her life? Hell, Mina wasnโt even sure of the actual scope of what was going on. There was a part of the girlโs mind that was screaming at her to talk to them, to tell Roku and Inohachi what was actually going on. And Mina started to, her mouth opening and closing as she tried to speak but the words were stuck in her throat. โIโฆ donโt know how much I can say right now, but itโs family business.โ Mina finally managed to force even those words out. The girl attempted a meek smile at the two of them and added โBut I appreciate you guys coming to check up on me. Thank you.โ

If you are double class and have a second discipline from this class then you may add the five slots to your mirrored amount of ninjutsu, using these techniques for ninjutsu, sealing and sensory. Fuuinjutsu and sensory skills do not require handseals and are one rank less in chakra cost (Following the one rank max reduction rules) All three of your actions can be used on fuuinjutsu and/or sensory for one post every three posts in combat. In addition, the duration of all sealing techniques and all sensory techniques are increased by two posts. โฐ Undertow | Rank D | Training This training focuses on using movement when you attack, carrying that much more force. After this skill is trained, any attack that follows a dodge or evasive technique is treated as a counterattack, and the user's total bonus to agility can be attributed to the strength of the next attack. โฐ Repeating Wave | Rank B | Training The user's training has focused on their agility ability to strike while avoiding harm. Once every three posts, the user may utilize an offensive technique that targets a specific part of the target's body that would disrupt their attack. โฐ Kyotoryuu Conditioning: Sunflower | Rank S | Training As a result of intensive training geared toward defensive and evasive maneuvers, the Kyotouryuu practitioner can now effectively react to an opponent by converting their speed into an agility boost for two posts with a three post cooldown. โฐ Double Fissure | Rank C | Training The user is able to perform a very fast 2-hit combination with any physical strikes from this style without consuming an additional activation. The second technique must be executed at or below the rank of the first.

A day passed. Maybe? It was hard to keep track of everything when her attention was being pulled every which way at every given second by anyone worth noting. One topic someone insisted Sadayo look into in Lahlilโs stead was about the massive mishap of a mission led by a group with chunin involved. Now, if the chunin had any sense of responsibility theyโd be eating themselves up over failing to uphold their ranksโ standards. This was a bit of a blind assessment, really, beyond the issues reported which Sadayo could refer to.
Her appearance was prim as per usual but the acting-leader on day 1 of her leadership was looking worn to some extent. The location Sadayo was asked to go was disclosed to her by word of subordinates who had kept a low profile on the affair once the group returned to the village. How many other people needed her?
Sadayo was well behind Lahlilโs path and as she drew closer to the room, counting numbered placard after placard, she stopped. The door was open. An open door gave a fine line as to what options were but with widely an unknown time frame to operate with. She stood there in the hallway to listen. To eavesdrop, actually, for as long as the door would remain open. Who was there? A gentle inquisitive tilt of her neck was the most of her movements beyond playing statue in the hall. A timely arch of brow. Bad timing? A thought came and went offering the idea to come back but she was banking on riding the opportunity to listen in to prep something appropriate to say.
Sadayo turns her head about occasionally to check if anyone was suspicious of some woman just standing outside a room. She was decked out in yellow, wearing her hair up in those massive ponytails, and chanced quiet side steps until she met the wall. Someone was awfully angry. But who was she angry at had Sadayoโs sights sticking on the doorway of the private hospital room. This felt familiar. Weirdly familiar.

As Mina said she was okay, Inohachi knew that was a lie. Her body language pretty much told her everything. But she wasn't going to argue with her. Just a family thing? Inohachi wondered if there was more to it than that. Someone had entered and for a moment, she thought it was a doctor or a nurse but it ended up being the previous Hokage. Her brows furrowed in confusion as she looked at Roku because, why would the previous Hokage would want to try to track them down later? Had they done something wrong? Then Mina started shouting as Inohachi was startled by the sudden outburst as insectively, her hand went to Roku as she held it. When she realized what she did, she released her hand and murmured a soft whisper that only Roku can hear, "S-sorry..." The Yamanaka wasn't sure to be concerned or relieved. Relieved that part of Mina came back and she wasn't cowering anymore. Concerned if there was more to it than that. Inohachi couldn't blame Mina, she wanted to shout the same things towards Lahlil but she's too much of a coward to do so, at least Mina got guts where Inohachi lacked, figuratively. Inohachi for a moment thought about leaving the room, but she wanted to know how this turned out because she wanted to know why the previous Hokage didn't help the village before they went there.

Roku listened to Mina's lie, almost immediately picking up on the lack of subtlety. Perhaps it was his heightened awareness of the on goings that surrounded him or perhaps it was the heightened empathy he felt for those who were hurting he had felt the moment he left his house with his mother's corpse. The way she stepped away from the pair and backed into the wall showed a type of injured cornered animal type mentality and was everything Roku needed to see to know Mina was hurt. Roku wasn't one to speak up though. But, seeing as Inohachi either didn't pick up on the lie or didn't want to interfere in Mina's life, did he really have a choice? The teen allowed Mina to finish her words before replying. "Mina you know if you need help, that we'll help you right? We've been through a lot together, so no point in stopping that now I suppose. If you can't talk about it right now, that's alright, but the moment you need us, we'll be there." Roku responded with the biggest smile he could muster given his current emotional state. Just like Mina however, it was clear in Roku's voice that he was struggling as well.
Almost immediately at the conclusion of Roku's talk, he noticed the door behind him opening once again. The teen was expecting a doctor or a nurse, but was completely caught off guard by the appearance of the previous Hokage. 'I thought she was missing?' Roku thought to himself as Lahlil made her intentions known. He wondered why she was looking for them specifically. Regardless of what he thought, he would immediately bend at the waist for the ex-hokage, before returning to his normal standing position.
It was Mina who spoke first, which then quickly turned into almost yelling. Then suddenly, the teen felt a warmth surround his hand. It was then Roku noticed that Inohachi had gotten close to her and held his hand. The teen gently tightened his hand around Inohachi's to give her some sort of comfort and perhaps himself some as well. The truth was that Roku felt a need for some sort of comforting. Something to take the pain of his mother's death away, even for a brief moment. Although short, the brief hand hold oddly made Roku feel slightly better. It wasn't much, but it was definitely better than nothing. "It's okay." Roku would say to Inohachi before smiling reassuringly at her. Then his attention returned to Mina's passion filled speech. Roku in the moment felt for Mina and Inohachi as they had received perhaps the worst of it out of all of them. Inohachi learned what it felt to die and Mina was forced to live with the actions she was compelled into doing that day. However, Roku at the same time didn't feel that Lahlil was at fault for what happened that day. There were so many variables in that mission that the village wasn't aware of. That strange chakra alone was something Roku was still trying to figure out to this day.

tabHer lips tightened under Mina's outburst, not enough to erase her smile, but a portion of it did melt away. "I..." Gathering her composure, Lahlil took her moment to deliver her words with purpose. "Have only taken the actions that I have deemed the best suited to all of the lives that areโwere, under my care.." Lahlil didn't even notice it anymore, the resolute force in her stance. It was a product of years of excelling growth, growth that was then fostered under the role of a leader. She would have been lying to herself if she said she didn't want to force control over the situation now, just as she did with so many others. But these genin didn't deserve that, Mina, didn't deserve that. "I understand that it might be hard to... accept. But I did not come here to have every decision I've ever made second-guessed."
Another breath, another step closer. It was clear from the kage's body language what she wantedโtime, time for the two of them to be alone. "I wanted to check up on each of you first. When I heard reports of the fighting that escalated in New Veralas well, I had was... frightened I had sent you into a situation you were all unprepared for." Her gaze shifted, lingering for just a few seconds on each of them before Lahlil took Roku and Inohachi's hand in her own. To Mina, she but offered an outstretched arm to welcome her into the fold. The touch of her skin was ice cold and delivered gentle enough to be refused if desired. "I am so very glad that I was wrong. All of you have made me so proud to call you Konoha shinobi. To stay calm under pressure and to save the lives of those who counted on you. I wish... that I could give you something more than kind words but... well, I am certain you've heard that I am no longer Hokage now. I'm afraid a large reward or fancy titles may be out of jurisdiction to grant."

It was a quiet day at the hospital, as the sterile scent of sanitization would flood the halls of the healing ward. Young Fumiko had been busy cleaning the instruments here that were fresh out of surgery among other types of deeds for the day. After putting away her final scalpel in the tray with all of the other instruments, she raced across the building to the resident ward where her doctor for the day would allow her to shadow him. Her continuous missions for the village and here she was, the star of the show! Fumiko's tiny feet skirted around the corner and down the long hallway where the patients inside would either be awaiting treatment or, at the very least, getting the attention they needed. With Konohagakure being the awesome home it was, there was no doubt lots of people would unfortunately get hurt daily. But as long as there were super cool healers like herself, there was no need to fear! It also helped when you had the world's best and most awesome doctor ever, Dr. Kashiwagi! He looked like one of those guys who would go around solving crimes than a doctor, but it was just as noble. Even if his sideburns were kinda weird.
"Doctooooor..." Fumiko bounced towards the man whom she was shadowing, who currently was reading the life and vital signs of an elderly woman resting in a bed without any reaction to the sound of clattering tools. The child danced around a bit and would jump into place beside the doctor with expectant eyes. "Kashiwagi! Here are all those tools you told me to go and clean. It was kind of hard getting that pink stuff off of the forsnips or whatever it's called. I was wondering if- Oomph!" His large hand fell over her mouth while she blabbered on for a minute or so before her rant was over. "We both agreed that we'd keep our mouths shut about that part." It took Fumiko a second before she recalled the exact transaction. Mainly of him giving her some extra cash under the table to clean his stuff for him while he went to go to the bar early before his shift was over. "Oh yeah...Sorry about that. Totally skipped my brain." she made a funny face and mocked getting knocked in the head before turning to look at the old woman in the bed. He features did seem kind of important, maybe she was related to her? The name on the clipboard was just out of reach since Dr. Kashiwagi was holding it, and she knew better than to try and snatch it. the last time she tried that move, he nearly pinned her to the lunch room wall for the day with a scalpel. "So, what's on the list for today, sir? Can I finally take a shot at healing somebody serious now?" The clipboard was lowered while the doctor would narrow his eyes at his little helper's question. "We'll talk about it after you make your first rounds. I'll be outside taking a smoke break. Simple stuff, just make sure that every one of our patients is healthy. If you need help, come and find me." he lowered himself to gently tap the tip of his finger against her forehead. "Do not heal anybody unless it's dire. Remember what happened to Mr. Wei?" A gulp came from the child. A part of her was annoyed for him bringing it back up, but the other still felt sorry for him. In the middle of trying to help set a bone, Fumiko had misjudged and accidentally healed the fracture fully with the bone piercing through his skin. Her head would rise and fall slowly as her eyes met his with a more serious nature. God he was scary when he was serious. "Good girl." Dr. Kashiwagi pat her head with his hand and would walk out of the room.
"Okay, this oughtta be easy then! No heals, just feels." Fumiko told herself. The girl psyched herself up for some premiere diagnosis treatments on the spot and would begin to unleash her flurry of check ups throughout the many rooms of the wing she was located in. It was fairly quick work, though the majority of the time was spent conversing with the patients. Fumiko had known most of them for a while so maintaining that doctor-patient relationship was somewhat easier for her than other people. Dr. Kashiwagi was a bit of a ladies' man when he wasn't busy smoking like a chimney. So it fell upon good ol' Fumiko to be the one staff member (in training!) who could establish a good relationship with. Her first stop of the day was the kind flower shop owner who had been undergoing treatment for an illness. Fumiko had been passing by her shop on the way to class ever since she was at the academy all the time. She walked into her room, offered a wave with one of her sleeved hands. "Good morning, Miss Jin!" The woman peeked up from a newspaper that had been in her hands, the headlines from today reading of the upcoming farmer's meet that was happening soon due to a pushed back date. Miss Jin was a weighty, motherly woman in orange. Her children were busy studying abroad with their father, so she was rather lonesome some nights more than others. "Well hello, darling! I didn't know that you were studying to become a medi-nin~" Always so sweet. Fumiko approached the woman and held her arms over the floral shop owner with a smile. "Yep! They said I had awesome chakra control so I went here. Lemme just see if everything's okay!" With her hands hovering over the skin, Fumiko made a single hand seal and would create a pulse of chakra around Jin's arm. The echoes of her body would reverberate a response back towards the young genin. There were still signs of a virus in her system though it was minimal thanks to the use of the medicine she had been taking. "Everything looks good! I'm not Dr. Kashiwagi but I'd say you'll be out in a day or so!" they talked for a while longer about things until it was time for her to tend to the other patients. after that, she bid the woman farewell and moved on. All in all, it took about twenty minutes or so to use her diagnosis technique on all of the people. While good practice, Fumiko had definitely been wanting to practice the next step upwards. With a proud swagger, she walked towards the front where Dr. Kashiwagi would be just getting back from his smoke break.
"Doctor! I'm all done with the rounds for today! Pretty easy stuff." "Oh? Well, let's go check your work then."
The two went around to each person that Fumi had went to personally to confirm that she had maintained at least 80% accuracy in terms of diagnosis. Typically she was pretty on point since her go to action when unsure was another diagnosis before consulting with somebody. A habit that kept her roughly 92% correct. After the last check, Fumiko couldn't help but take pride in her work. It was around the time when her period of shadowing was over, as she spun to meet Kashiwagi. "Thanks for the hep again, Doctor! Maybe next time, I can heal somebody?" she asked. Dr. Kashiwagi chuckled, setting down the clipboard in his hands. "You know the answer to that, kid. You're not ready for that kind of stuff." A pout came to grace her face, while she hands would soon be crossed in front of her.
"You say that every time I ask. I'm totally ready for that! The academy-" "The system says that I shouldn't even let you be using diagnosis without consulting the chief. You're lucky I give you that freedom." he sighed, pinching his nose. "I can't do anything about this. You're the youngest of the batch of genin, but the rules are in place for a reason. When you're mature enough, you'll understand why." Another huff from the girl. "What?! I'm mature! Why does everybody keep saying that I can't handle it? I'm the youngest of my class to ace the control exam, and I'm WAY better than any-"
Kashiwagi's hand fell on her head, ruffling the hair there. She paused her rant as he couldn't help but smirk. "Look, you've got moxie but we don't want to throw you to the wolves. Getting to know patients is one thing, but you've got a lot to learn about being a medi-nin. Enjoy your time as a kid. You'll miss it when you get to be my age. But for now, run off and have some fun. I've got some tests to run. See you next time, kiddo." He gave it a pat before walking off, leaving the frustrated genin to mope through the entrance back to the street. "I'm not too young anyway. Stupid rules..."

Mina expected a rebuttal, the kind of resistance that Zakaki gave her. The yelling, the angry tone making words sharp enough to cut steel. But Lahil's quiet grasp of the three of them took the wind out of Mina's proverbial sails. Her anger was whisked away from her just as she was whisked into the group circle. There was a lot she wanted to say to Lahil. A lot she wanted to blame on the woman. But with her anger completely evaporated, all she could do was look dumbstruck as she realized that Mina couldnโt keep passing the blame on to others. Slowly, she reached out her hand, the tips of her fingers lightly grasping the palm of her hero.
That moment of human contact was the first bit of touch that wasnโt combat related since, wellโฆ before Mina had lost control. Everything since then had been nothing but nightmare after nightmare. And while this wasnโt exactly a dream come true, it was a gentle reprieve that was much appreciated. Lahilโs touch was cold, but not frigid in any way that made it feel unwelcome. It took a few seconds, but as Mina stood there and listened to what she said, the girl felt a lump forming in her throat. Her body started to tremble and she swallowed, a quiet gulp caused from nerves. The reality of everything had finally washed over her in a way that made it seem more real.
Mina couldnโt handle it any more, and once again she started to cry. Unlike earlier, it was openly and unabashedly in front of the three people before her. Hot tears pooled in the corners of her eyes, overflowing and spilling out from the damn that was her resolve to keep it hidden.
And so Mina cried. She wailed and her shoulders heaved with every sob, her head bowed low. Mina was no longer the young adult ninja before Roku, Inohachi, and Lahil. She was just a little girl again, scared and confused. And alone. Maybe it was unbecoming of a ninja, but before she was a soldier Mina was human. The red head unconsciously gripped Lahilโs hand tighter, her own hand shaking as her knuckles went white. For a second the girl tried to muster out words that were caught in her throat once again. All she could manage was choked noises through her sobs before the girl finally managed to get it out.
Battlefield Presence โ The user's powerful presence on the battlefield strikes terror into their foes. Opponents are able to sense the user's terrifying fighting spirit five feet from the user per body rank of the user through chakra sense. Those within range can have this radiating fearful aura become the trigger for genjutsu, allowing genjutsu to be cast by acknowledging the user. In addition, should an opponent be targeted by a melee technique that is greater in rank than the target's body rank that target has tier two paralysis applied to their legs, requiring it to be broken by Kai equal to the user's body rank, costing the target no action for that specific instance of kai.
Lasting Hypnosis โ The user's genjutsu prowess has achieved a heightened level of potency and lingers for longer. The primary sense of any genjutsu that was released using Kai lingers for [1] additional post. This residual effect is minor because the manipulation of the target with the technique has ended. For example, a complete darkness sight genjutsu that was dispelled may leave the lingering feeling that the world is still a bit darker than it is in reality. If a genjutsu used a mental status effect then it will linger for [1] post longer at one level below what it was before at a minimum of level one. Originally level one mental status effects are too weak to linger. The base duration of your genjutsu are increased by [1] post at E-C, [2] at B-A, and [3] at S and above. Instance genjutsu are not affected by an increase of duration but instead cannot be dispelled by kai and only by pain. Genjutsu upkeep lessens by [5] Chakra per body rank and non-Instant are applied with overwhelming, requiring lingering genjutsu to use [1.5x] the resource to Kai.
Erudite Academic โ You compromise on excelling at one to be proficient in both sealing and sensory. The Academic's body is considered a scroll so seals can be used and stored on your direct body. Your body may be treated as three scrolls equal to their body rank. If you are double class and have a second discipline from this class then you may add the five slots to your mirrored amount of ninjutsu, using these techniques for ninjutsu, sealing and sensory. Fuuinjutsu and sensory skills do not require handseals and are one rank less in chakra cost (Following the one rank max reduction rules) All three of your actions can be used on fuuinjutsu and/or sensory for one post every three posts in combat. In addition, the duration of all sealing techniques and all sensory techniques are increased by two posts. Finally, Erudite Academic Ninja have the ability to Korabo their fuuinjutsu and sensory for 1 action with varying cooldowns depending on the rank of the techniques. E-D - None C-B - 1 A-S - 2 S+ - 3
โฑโฐโฑ Flames of Salvation | The user's effected fire based techniques effected by the active flame are reduced by 5 chakra for every other rank of the technique. ( D, B and S Rank ). In addition, fire based techniques are considered one rank lower against the user.
โฑโฐโฑ Inferno Mastery | The user gains four additional ninjutsu slots to be used specifically for katon techniques per body rank. Additionally, hand signs may be executed with one hand. The user's fire techniques all cause an additional post of burning while adding an additional tier of burning/burns to fire based techniques.
โฑโฐโฑ Fanning Flames | The user's fire based techniques may be doubled in size for no additional cost. This does not effect the strength of the user's fire based techniques. In addition, should the user's fire ninjutsu or clan techniques interact with another fire based technique, the user's technique steals one rank of chakra from the opposing technique. If this overpowers the opponents technique, this technique continues on it's path normally.
โฑโฐโฑ Martial Magnetism | After establishing direct physical contact and using the Magnetizing Technique on an enemy, the magnetic attraction between the Jiton user and the enemy becomes so strong that the enemy's agility is reduced by [1] point per body rank of the user for a maximum reduction of [6] points at S+ rank. Physical contact can include using a melee weapon.
โฑโฐโฑ Wil-O'-Wisp: Mina's Katon and fire based ninjutsu can be used as a trigger for her Genjutsu.

โข The user is able to add their active flame type to their fire based techniques. Doing so requires five additional chakra per rank of the technique affected. This chakra spent counts towards a techniques strength during clashes.
โข Flames of Strength | This flame burns hotter than other traditional flames. The user's flames have the ability to create concussive blasts that either throw targets five feet per rank of the technique or can propel the user five feet per rank of the technique. โข Flames of Entropy | This flame has the ability to deteriorate certain objects and materials it interacts with, causing them to crumble away while not actually burning targets. Ninjutsu lesser in rank and chakra composition than the user's effected technique are disintegrated and allow for the flames to continue by paying an additional difference between techniques to retain strength. Objects which include weapons and armor not containing chakra may be disintegrated by flames equal to that weapon's rank. โข Flames of Conductivity | The user's flame techniques gain the ability to 'conduct' through one successfully stricken target and strike at another target for no extra cost by lowering the technique's strength by one rank. Alternatively, the flame can be enhanced with an activation and paying the difference in ranks for the technique to remain the same strength.
โข The user's fire based techniques are highly pressurized, doubling in size and range while adding a knock back effect of five feet per rank of the parent technique. If the parent technique already produces a knock back effect the user's fire technique gives a knock back of ten feet per rank.
โข Genjutsu Class Ninja can add a single sense to the illusory images produced by this style, treating them as instance genjutsu.
โข Practitioners are able to use basic combat physical strikes with knife hands, changing their blunt damage causing attacks to inflict damage akin to bladed weapons.

These are considered E rank phantasms, effecting only sight.
โฐ Manipulating Line | Rank B | Training After casting Retrieval, the user is able to tack on the additional chakra to the same activation of Retrieval. Instead of calling these weapons back to the user, they are able to be manipulated by the chakra threads they are attached to in a similar manner to puppet strings.The chakra threads attached to the weapons remain active for three posts and techniques can be executed from the Manipulating Line technique as though thrown by the user if desired.
โฐ Shuriken Hunter | Rank S | Training The user's scavenging skills ensure that they are always able to find new shuriken lying about and retrieve their used weapons. This ensures they never carry less than 200 small projectile weapons.
โฐ Undertow | Rank D | Training This training focuses on using movement when you attack, carrying that much more force. After this skill is trained, any attack that follows a dodge or evasive technique is treated as a counterattack, and the user's total bonus to agility can be attributed to the strength of the next attack. When this ability is performed it cannot be used the following post.
โฐ Repeating Wave | Rank B | Training The user's training has focused on their agility ability to strike while avoiding harm. Once every three posts, the user may utilize an offensive technique that targets a specific part of the target's body that would disrupt their attack. This offensive attack deals damage regularly but allows the user to use their remaining activations as offensive as well.
โฐ Kyotoryuu Conditioning: Sunflower | Rank S | Training As a result of intensive training geared toward defensive and evasive maneuvers, the Kyotouryuu practitioner can now effectively react to an opponent by converting their speed into an agility boost for two posts with a three post cooldown. This requires no activation or resource cost.
โฐ Double Fissure | Rank C | Training The user is able to perform a very fast 2-hit combination with any physical strikes from this style without consuming an additional activation. The second technique must be executed at or below the rank of the first.
โฐ Moving Fissure | Rank A | Training By using a quick twist of the hips, the user can change the momentum of a kick that has been executed in order to change it's direction completely. Doing so requires half the cost of the technique be paid and the newly directed attack gains an additional [1] point increase to speed per rank of the technique. This ability may only be used once every three posts.
โฐ Heavy Punch | Rank E | Training The basis of the style, punch hard, punch first. The user is able to spend stamina in order to increase the strength of their punches for no activation. For each rank applied, a [1] point increase to strength is conferred.
โฐ Cicada Shell | Rank B | Training After learning the Shadow Clone Technique from the maruton list, the user may cast the Shadow Clone technique in conjunction with techniques from this style to replace mirror images with the clones. Casting Shadow Clones in this manner does not consume an activation.
โฐ Multi-Mirror Image Training | Rank A | Training The user has learned to control their chakra in a fine manner which allows them to create an additional mirror image per rank of the technique it is executed with. These additional images do not increase the strength of the parent technique.
โฐ Elemental Doubling | Rank C | Training The user does a single post of training where they practice combining their techniques with more than a single element. Once completed, all techniques are able to carry two elemental properties. This does not allow for Elemental Bloodlines to be used in this manner.
โฐ Combining Elemental Training | Rank A | Training The user does a single post of training where they practice combining their techniques with their elemental bloodline affinity, allowing them to combine the techniques of this style with their bloodline properties, including statuses inflicted by said bloodlines.
โฐ Live Fire Exercise | Rank B | Training All striking techniques executed by the user double the decreases inflicted upon targets when impacted.
โฐ Gunslinger | Rank S | Training The user has always sacrificed range for power, all up until now. By making their physical punching techniques complex, the user can send dense chakra orbs from their fists to extend their impacting range as well as allowing them to now "punch" ninjutsu. The strikes are now counted as spiritual when interacting with other techniques and carry the user's full stat increases of simple techniques. These chakra orbs range ten feet per rank of the parent technique.
โฐ Four Limb Training | Rank B | Training Allows the practitioner to substitute feet for hands in any Taijutsu technique when learned, and vice-versa. Techniques function the same, regardless of how useful the result may be. Training is typically completed either through meditation or repetition of physical training. โฐ Perfecting Balance | Rank C | Training Due to their various training requiring parkour style actions, the user is more stable. This training allows the user to withstand off balancing effects or knock back effects as though they were one rank lower in strength. โฐ Parkour Mastery | Rank A | Training The user becomes one with their momentum, learning how to harness their body as an almost perfect machine. After completing this training, the userโs agility gain any and all bonuses afforded to their speed.

As Yo'ichi waited he knew that he needed to observe the chemical reaction with the organic compounds and the carrier fluid. Though he was certain that the mixture of 2:1 would result in a stronger compound; he needed stronger results in a large quantity. He grabbed a different dropper and pulled from the slowly warming mixture. The mixture had started to change color, he needed that to happen so that there was a natural separation of the heavier alkaloid or poison components. He placed the mixture of the substance on a small slide and slid it under a microscope. Amplifying the image to 10x, he was able to see the organic matter decaying and separating from the compounds. This was the perfect time to place it on a warming pad and await the results.
The warming plate that he had placed at 140 degrees F, came to temperature. The mixture was a room temperature, so there was no further worry of the beaker breaking. He placed on heat resistant gloves and grabbed a pair of metal tongs, he slowly started to swirl the substance; He began to visually witness the separation of the alkaloids from the organic matter. One floating over the other. He took off his shirt and placed it not eh counter, though the beaker was safe from breaking over the warmer; it was not safe from the steel counters in the hospital. He rolled it up and placed the beaker on top of it. He was a tidy guy, so he quickly put away the extra supplies that laid around.
He grabbed an ultra-fine mesh sieve and poured the mixture into another beaker, leaving the organic material behind. If he was going to replicate this process, he would have to take a small sample of that to make sure that it would be exactly the same or a variant. Grabbing another sample, he looked at it under the slide at 5x and this would be the first time he would witness his organic poison. He was in awe of the complexity, though he thought that he was capable of making another one of more complex structures... This one would serve its purpose. With the few chemicals that were around the room, he may be able to make bonds with the poison so that he would have a large quantity.
Pulling the filtered water from the tap and some of the various chemicals around the lab, he started to take small samples of the poison and adding them to different chemicals. Though, sometimes it rendered the poison useless; there were a few prospects. Separating the control, the distilled water though... simple made the best mix. The dissolution was extremely low, it provided a perfect carrier to spread it over large areas without losing its effects. The water provided a false sens of security, though only semi-colored. the poison smelt sweet as a spring rose. He began to full the sink in the lab with this deceptive smelling poison. This is when the real fun began.

Inohachi heard Roku talk as she nodded. "Yes, M-Mina, we're here for you. And he's right, when you need us, we'll be there for you." Though the struggle in his voice didn't go unnoticed as she wanted to talk about it. How can she take care of two friends? Was she even capable for such feat? The previous Hokage talked and pretty mentioned that it wasn't up to them to second guess her decision or even to talk about it. It frustrated Inohachi because she wanted details. She wanted to know why. Why did they suffer. Everything Mina screamed at her, Inohachi wanted to scream right at her too to get answers but she didn't say anything. Her arms crossed when Lahlil had mentioned that she had sent her to a situation that they were unprepared for, Inohachi wouldn't call it that exactly. It was more of if the village wasn't that bad off, maybe they would've been okay. Inohachi, at the moment, placed the blame on the pink haired lady before them. The woman went on to mentioned how she was proud of them and that they are definitely Konoha Shinobi, she felt like the Hokage was gaslighting them. With a frown, Mina broke down and clinged to Lahlil so Inohachi had nothing else to say. Her eyes lowered as she glanced towards her feet as she shuffled a bit. To die... was one of the worse feelings ever.
Mina was breaking down and used Lahlil as a clutch. Pushed the memory of her experience with death away, she focused on Roku. With that, she grasped Roku's hand again and pulled on it slightly to get his attention, "Are you okay?" Inohachi whispered towards him, her face was plastered with concern.
