Just a quick run down of events, just so everyone knows where I stand while waiting on this ruling. I have 2/3rds of my post complete.

It starts with this post. X

After firing Thaddeus would keep his aim steady, covering himself as he would drop back 5-10-15 feet across the hull of his ship.

Merlin took mental note of the man's position during his first evasion and continuously kept an eye out for his shuffling movements. Whilst being unable to deduce all of his actions, knowing the gist of where the man stood gave Merlin all he needed to craft a living shield. Gunners were much better from far range at high vantage points, no? In any case, as Merlin would fall to the left, Nima's right, he would retrieve the blade from her grasp if she were incapable of stopping him from taking it from her. His left hand had gripped her right arm during the tireless charge. Falling away he already knew she lacked the strength to resist her, grappling the blade from her grasps would be a simplistic manner. His legs shoving the women powerfully in Thaddeus' direction. If he wanted to fire again without positioning himself again than more power to him. He could tear through every portion of her if he so felt.

His small body weaving and contorting through any attack, before she knew it his small figure was on her right side once again. His body connecting with the previous mark he had left behind, another heavy crunch against her right side cause her to take a knee from the force of the blow. Her arm as limp and lifeless as it were meant to be as Merlin snaked the weapon she carried away from her fingers. Managing to toss her forward into Thaddeus' line of fire with very little effort behind it.

Now with Nima keeled over Thaddeus knew she was done for, at least she came back for him, he would remember her as a true companion. Watching the marine seeming boot his Nakama in his direction perhaps the rumble powder was getting to him thankfully, Thaddeus would have already fallen back 9 feet. The young marine didn't have enough skill to launch her into him at such an angle.

His bullet smacking the boy from his 9 foot distance, not staying to watch the outcome Thaddeus had already dropped back 15 feet successfully reaching the other side of the hull. Lasso and rifle in hand Thaddeus would exit the undercarriage of the ship and find his way above deck, immediately after crossing the doorway to the hull Thaddeus would tap into his devil fruit ability awakening his trajectory point, use his rope and lasso it, catching one of the mizzen top sail, Swinging his way up onto it, A change of scenery never hurt anybody.

Nima's blade now within the small boys grasps and her body headed for Thaddeus. Merlin was going to make this quick. He brandished the blade and took off at a break neck speed. His strength modified by his swiftness allowed him to cross fifteen feet rather swiftly.

At this point we've just successfully looped twice around. TWICE!
but for the sake of debate I'm going to throw Misu's entire sample up.

His feet brushed from the ground, like a bolt he would strike the ceiling of the casino like room before bounding back downward and beyond the door. All limbs in tact, and body faster than Thaddeus could hope to escape. Perhaps there would have been a time Thaddeus could escape the small child, but now was not that time.

Here in this sample Misu brings attention to is the actions after disarming Nima, he reacts to the 15 foot gap, but not the shot which went off between the 2.

So just read Misu's posts yourself in 1 instance Merlin completes a plethora of actions. As I have been saying the entire fight MERLIN IS NOT YET DOUBLE THADDEUS SPEED.

This is a clear as day hit, Misu's first response to the post was to throw Nima in the way, when that failed Merlin ran straight toward the incoming bullets. So now everyone can see how Misu tries to get away with time traveling, we are caught when Merlin's defensive act is to throw another person in the way, then in the same instance BEFORE Thaddeus drops back 15 feet Merlin completes 4 more acts... All while knowingly ignoring the bullet which would have been sent right BEFORE Thaddeus drops back 15 feet.

DC imma need you to act on this one.

I think that's a pretty bias ruling seeing as how I had a deadline to post, regardless of the fact that I had stated I was waiting for a fair ruling.

You had done nothing to even assure me that you'd review my post, I don't think you are the right choice in Debate mod, I'd like a 3rd party to review my argument.

In no way, shape, or form is me "Going back in time" against any rules especially since I am using it as evidence for a debate. My reasoning, if merlin had been shot 2 or 3 posts ago while he couldn't feel it being a zombie, he wouldn't be able to move as effectively as he does, the outcomes of your mod rules have a big impact on everything else, if you didn't want to do it why be a fight mod?

Never the less I'd like someone else's take, am I a sore loser for being cheated?

Okay, so in light of your previous ruling Edo was supposed to go off my previous post. However, he did not.

My post had me attack his rope as he pulled it out, not at any other time. Edo is refusing to follow this timeline and is in fact refusing to follow the ruling.

I am not saying any of my attacks from my previous post should have automatically hit, but he should respond to them properly. I even reprimanded his positioning in my current post to fix his issue of timing. He is simply choosing to neglect its existence, and the existence of your ruling.

Here. Is Edo denying Merlin's actions, despite the ruling and trying to change me attacking when he pulled out the rope to when he was trying to lasso it.

Okay, so in light of your previous ruling Edo was supposed to go off my previous post. However, he did not.

Again we have a time traveling Merlin inserting actions after the fact, the distance in your post were you moved across the hull isnt right, you're not going to cross 15 feet before i cross 6. In your previous post you acknowledged the rope being around the top sail.

Please quote where in my previous post it acknowledged this. I acknowledged the fact that you did nothing to perpetuate swinging, alas I never said your rope made it to the sail. In fact, I mentioned no sail at all in my previous post. Only how your actions were currently impossible due to lack of description. You go with the ruling at hand, as at hand you broke the ruling.
