A hand was offered out for Theo to shake, regardless of how dirty his hands might be (because Nasir was used to Wil who's hands were always smudged with paint or some other substance from his work).

"Thanks again, Theo." With a firm shake of his hand, Nasir would smile again at Theo before heading off.
