"If what you say is true, the Winged Chun and Wool Shu could be dangerous."

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxTheme: Cyclone Effect

His heart swelled with joy from the bunny's praises. Even in his tired state Sun's cheeks glowed with happiness when shown appreciation for his efforts! He managed to recoup and mostly regain his composure. He'd been exhausted and famished but he was still in hot pursuit of his target and Benjamin had been all too eager to help him. With the two of them he was sure he could bring the man in for justice, but in a way, he'd come to respect the thief. His fighting style was one-of-a-kind and he hit pretty damn hard. Sun would never forget the name Francisco Eduardo Castillo F. Rodrigo de la Cruz V -- and one day he would find out what the F stood for.

Just when Sun thought all was well in the world of balance a force came crashing into him. Like a domino effect the fluffy tailed rabbit face-planted into his chest after he was knocked off balance by their lost woolly companion. The trio fell with the small pair being able to use the injured bird as a pin cushion for their landing. And while Benjamin was able to scramble hurriedly onto his feet, Sun laid there with a large pair of swirls over his pupils.
"UuuuhhHHnnuhunUUhnnn" He muttered dizzily as Benjamin discussed his ambitious strategy to catch the villain at large. However, while dazed his spinning visage caught wind of the alleyway that Baram-Yu turned from. As his vision cleared he could see the collapsed body of a man in a white jacket laying next to -- was that a box of sweets?

"Oh, there he is..." Sun pointed out nonchalantly a literal half second from cutting off Benjamin's elaborate plan. The durable bird managed to pick himself back up, huffing while brushing the dirt from his feathers. He ruffled through the feathers at his side before retrieving a pair of shiny handcuffs. He approached the unconscious man, a part of him regretting having to do this given his newfound respect for him and his school of martial art, but Sun was still an officer of the law. He tried not to wake Francisco as he went to pull his wrists behind him so he could slap on the handcuffs. There may have been a small oversight when it came to actually lifting this man up and fitting him on his lone-man boat though.

"A little help here guys?" Sun called out in a half-murmur. He didn't want to stir the man awake, Sun didn't think he'd have it in him for a grudge match so soon.

Baram-Yu

Minkman • Assassin • Marine

“I found you guys!” Baram-Yu bleated at the top of their little dog (or rather sheep-rabbit-bird) pile before she wiggled off of the group. However, it seemed that despite her glare of annoyance, Benjamin and Mr. Who Rang were going to waste no time with greetings or scoldings. There was a criminal at large! One that needed to be apprehended immediately! Baram-Yu blinked, and then nodded her head. Yup. Definitely no time for silliness this time, when there were criminals abound and pirates to be taken in. However, as the trio immediately marched back the way Baram-Yu had just come from, the little sheep blinked.

“Oh, there he is…”

And there they were. Standing at the mouth of the alleyway that Baram-Yu had come barreling out of mere moments ago. As Mr. Who Rang stared into the alleyway, over at the body that had collapsed onto the piles of trash, Baram-Yu stared.

She looked at the man.

She looked at Mr. Who Rang.

She looked at Benjamin.

She looked at her box of pastries. Then the man. Then her pastries again.

Then it clicked.

Oh s**t! Oh hot ram!

That man was… Was he… He was the pirate?! And she had given him her supply of pastries too and… Oh dear. She had had no idea that this little hobo had been the wicked thief that was doomed to be her enemy! And she had given him her hard-earned pastries too! Such a folly on her part. Oh, Benjamin would certainly chew her ear off if he were to recognize the box. Thus she scampered forward, moving into position to grab the grey-haired hobo, and doing so, gave the box a tearful glance before she ‘accidentally’ nudged it while grabbing the pirate. Hearing it tumble behind a bag of trash bags tore her heartstrings to pieces.

xxxx justice is a swift hand plucking a rotten carrot! xxxxxxxxxx

Disappointment thy name is coincidence... Benjamin once again felt a crushing wave of depression overtake him as he realized, similar to his first encounter with Sun, that this little journey would be over in only moments. Trudging forward Benjamin looked the criminal over, looked down at the pistol at his side. A moment of consideration. The world would be better off without the scum in it but he was above such actions. Benjamin stood for justice. He simple could not bring himself to sink to the level of a common criminal and kill this man in cold blood, despite the small part of him that desired nothing more. Removing his hand from the location in which his pistol was stored, Benjamin made to move forward and help, only to be beaten to it by Baram. The two muscle heads seemed to have it well in hand so Benjamin simply shrugged and turned. "I suppose, all is well that ends well. You've done an amazing job, Sun!" Benjamin would continue praise the bird man, after all he had fought hard to get this man to such a state. With a final look at the criminal Benjamin would turn and begin a walk towards the port. They had to get out of this place of evil and back to the headquarters. "This criminal will be put away for a long time!"

Things had ended rather abruptly for the mess that was Torino Island. Ashlyn had faced her opponent only for the man’s bloodlust ultimately being his undoing as he’d been so focused on Ashlyn he hadn’t seen a rock in his way and impaled himself. It had been unexpected to say the least, but Ashlyn simply collected the beli on him after checking for a pulse, and headed off to recollect the raid earnings.

She had just managed to get them stored on a boat and returned when suddenly things seemed to get worse for the kingdom. It had taken some doing, but Ashlyn had managed to locate Goldilocks and Galand in all the chaos of people exiting the island. Both fighters looked like they had seen better days, and both were very unconscious. This posed a problem as Ashlyn was far from the most physically imposing of figures.

Managing to locate a wheelbarrow, Ashlyn proceeded to load Galand in the wheelbarrow with some difficulty. It had taken longer than Ashlyn had liked, but it couldn’t be helped. Goldilocks was loaded in next, being a little easier to manage than Galand, but still took some effort. It had taken too much time, but eventually it was done and she was headed back to the ship in question. It would serve more than adequate for what they needed.

Leaving the island in a hurry, Ashlyn managed to get them to a nearby sanctuary of sorts for pirates. It seemed like the safest bet to stop and get the other two looked at by a professional. Ashlyn had knowledge of the body, but not the kind that allowed her to fix someone up. Her’s just centered around taking them apart.

There had to be a few palms greased, but eventually Ashlyn managed to get them treated and a bed for each of them to rest in. Of course, both fighters had remained unconscious during all this. Deciding to watch over them, Ashlyn spent most of her time near their room. It was a tad boring, but someone needed to do it in this pirate infested town. Lest someone actually decide to do something worse to the two while they rested.

Currently Ashlyn was curled up in a nearby chair simply staring out the window. Thankfully she was used to being alone, otherwise she might have gone a tad cuckoo. “At least the weather is nice…”, the woman commented out loud, expression of indifference on her face as she stared. Her time since the Torino incident had been mostly focused on how powerless she had been during it all. She hadn’t managed to do anything in the end, hadn’t managed to help or save anyone. Well, aside from the two in the room with her.

Still, she needed some kind of power if she was going to stick around Galand and Goldilocks. She couldn’t and wouldn’t ask them to protect her forever.

Aiko Morana
Str: 30 // End: 10 // Spd: 40 // // Acc: 0 // Int: 25

In the midst of chaos Aiko was able to escape the crumbling kingdom. Most likely it would be in ruins after the Yonko and marines were done fighting. Who would win? She was unsure after all she witness first hand the strength of a warlord. Not even the marine's strongest member or so she had heard. Its not like it would be the first time she had gotten incorrect information. After all she had believed Shio to be a regular marine when they had met. Laying in her lone man boat Aiko was softly applying some cream over her chest and stomach, besides the blow to the neck all hits had been to her body. It would fix the bruising but the broken ribs may need to be checked, if they were broken that is. It hurt like a b***h but it might just be bruising, the woman had been going easy on her after all. If she could simply disintegrate rocks thrown at her human flesh shouldn't have been a problem for Shio, but for whatever god damn reason the Warlord just toyed with her for a while before heading off. The worst part is she hadn't gotten any captures nor did she rob any pirates because that one dumb marine decided to be a zombie and not be taken in easily. What had happen had happen for now she just needed to rest at a nearby island, maybe get more medical supplies.

As shadow loomed over her boat as it softly hit the hull of a larger ship, looking at up at the sail. A pirate flag flapped in the wind. It looked like a rather big ship probably with a big crew, there were a few things that she could accomplish with this. Sneaking in and stealing supplies would probably be the easiest and simplest, attempt to bargain with them for supplies or capture them. It's quite possible that they were just at the kingdom and had escaped, there were a few scorch marks around the hull. Probably from gun powder however no actual scratches on it, well enough expecting not much will happen with just studying a ship. Climbing the side of the ship she winced before peaking over the edge to see if anyone was on the deck. Getting on when seeing there was none. "Really need to stop moving." Aiko whispered to herself holding her side as she walked around the ship. "ANYONE HERE!" Aiko yelled out deciding to take the peaceful approach. From her observation of the deck it seemed like there were not many people on the ship. The lack of foot prints or anyone watching over the ship while they slept or whatever they were doing at the moment.

[ So this was defeat. A bitter but familiar taste the swordsman had hoped to never experience ever again, or at least, not so soon. But the world was not so kind. He was soundly and utterly crushed by the strength of the Yonkou. So much so that even his full forced attack couldn’t even leave a scratch over the man’s flesh. The last thing he saw was a gargantuan construct being made above the kingdom as he laid beaten in blood and rubble. His right eye, the only functioning one at the time, stared up at the madness happening over him in awe. “So this...is the top? Damn...it. I want to...I have to…” he struggles to move his body, his arms at least! But nothing would respond. All he could do was wait for his vision to black out, and his mind to drift away as his consciousness faded. “...I will...beat…” Silence. Time passed, and without him knowing it, he was salvaged from the danger zone by the skin of his teeth. Ashlyn had preserved the lives of both he and Goldilocks, before they were prematurely snuffed out.

Even amidst that carnage, she was able to find them both, and escape before Dekura’s outrageous attack obliterated everything in sight. Now, the man rests atop his bed with the bare minimum of conditioning done to at least cover his wounds. Stop the bleeding and the like. But eventually, he’d need real medical attention. As his dreams of time long passed fades out, his senses begin to return bit by bit. First, his hearing. “Nice weather...huh? That’s all well and good but, could ya not yell it?” he remarks with a pained grin as his right hand presses against his forehead, blocking the top half of his face. Although, Ashlyn hadn’t yelled. More like, the wounded Galand is waking up to the side effects of his loss. First up, a nasty headache. With a grunt he tries to sit himself up, but the pain surging about his body forces him to drop back down, plopping his head on a pillow. “Crap, I’m a mess.” he says leading up to a broken chuckle. He turns his head to the side and cracks open his right eye, staring at the purple haired woman. A sight for sore eyes, most definitely. If she’s here…

“You lived, huh? Or maybe, this is the afterlife after all?” Though he jokes, he just can’t be too sure. After seeing what he did back on Torino, there is no way he can expect to still be alive right now. Before he’s able to process any responses, however, a loud ringing shoots through his ears, making him recoil in pain a bit. “Agh! Th’ hell was that? We got an intruder or somethin?!” ]

"Take what you can, give nothing back."

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxTheme: Wild Child

                                                            A most powerful back draft.

Her attack had been a cataclysmic one. Something she couldn't fully control aside from the large pillar of stone she surfed through the air on. However, it meant nothing to the opposition once he fully released his restraints. The blonde finally managed to convince the man through her odd antics to show her his true power and unsheathe blade at his back. Goldilocks had gotten more than what she bargained for when a single blast of quaking wind dissipated the meteor shower of broken up buildings that would've destroyed half of the island. Some segments were still blown asunder from impact but the girth of her attack was made quick work of. Along with her meteor shower the pirate had been swept up by the vacuuming blast as well propelling her back to the surface and buried her under a heaping pile of rubble and debris.

Finally she'd been down for the count. Her body was repairing itself at a much slower rate but after Akura spoke his words and left the earth she was buried under shifted. Through sheer willpower she managed to slowly bring herself to her feet. Her body battered and bruised but not mangled. Slowly she stepped forward, pathing across the rubble. She still saw Akura in her visage despite him having been long gone. There was a certain fire within her, a gaze filled with the animosity of a starved beast. The earth trembled beneath her as whips of darkness swept the air and ground like wild tendrils. Despite all of her injuries she still scoured the earth like a woman possessed. Gravity weighing heavy upon the land around her and cratering it just a little more with each step. However, she hadn't gotten very far before her body, unable to regenerate fast enough, finally gave out. The darkness surrounding her retreated and when the dust cleared there stood Goldilocks, locks swaying in the cool breeze as the bloodlust in her eyes faded. The woman had fallen unconscious mid-stride.

When she was finally found, Ashlyn would see the the knocked out Goldy standing. Her body frozen solid like a well-sculpted statue. She wouldn't be very had to move though. The unconscious woman was placed in a wheel barrel on top of Galand and wheeled off from the collapsing kingdom. It would take her body a much longer time to reboot than usual. Technically she'd been killed at least three times over and the overwhelming force her durable self had taken could only be repaired so quickly by her Devil Fruit abilities. The internal bleeding ceased and her wounds were patched up. Any serious or otherwise permanent damage she would've taken was handled at a hastened rate. Her heart was forcibly pumped to revive the rest of her self and reawaken her mind. Once she had a steady flow of blood going the rest of her started to awaken. Her body was mostly patched but there was nothing she could do about the jarring headache she felt.

While coming to, heavy grunts escaped her lips. Sitting up she shook her head and immediately felt a spell of dizziness washing over her as she pressed a hand to something soft. Goldilocks realized that it was the springy cushion of a warm mattress that she lay on top of. She'd still been in her shambles of clothing. Aside from a few slivers guarding her womanly bits and her eye patch, Akura's burst of wind had more or less rendered Goldilocks naked. Unfortunately for her, this meant that her pirate's hat was also gone. Bare feet touched down onto the cold floor of the room, the blonde still woozy from her injuries.
"Holy hell, that ******** hits hard." She mumbled before scanning the room for life. Galand, some unknown woman, and the purple haired beauty from before. Though her vision was blurred she still managed to roll out of bed, her well-rounded womanly curves hidden beneath the white silk sheets.

"Oh Ashlyn, my love!" She called out dramatically, hastily scurrying her way forward before shamelessly burying her head into the woman's cleavage; nestling her cheek against it. "How I've missed the gentle perfection of your firm bosom upon my cheek! It reminds me of the delicate pillow that I use to lay my head upon as a child~ I'm so glad that you survi--Ah-hughn!" Her assertive flirting was cut short by cry from crippling pain. Goldilocks suddenly hunched over, falling to her knees, "Oww meh fookin' back!" She wailed in her rich corsair's accent. She'd recovered enough to be alive and well, but not all of her injuries were fully healed. She panted, trying to catch her breath as she held up a hand and rose a single index; signaling that she needed a moment. "Avert yer gaze, love, this isn't very sexy. Just ... Give me a moment―I'll be right with you." Goldy strained out. After an awkward moment of silence and Goldilocks still confined to the floor on her hands and knees she decided to try and divert some attention away from her embarrassing state, "So ... How did everyone's looting go? You all have fun? Yah get anything nice?" She asked.

Eventually this paralysis was going to where off.

Aiko Morana

So her assumption had been correct that the group of people were pirates and they were injured no less. It would be easy to knock them out and take them in however Aiko had a different plan. With what had happened in Torino she realized she was the strongest person out there, hell she probably wasn't even in the middle of the spectrum. Making allies was way more beneficial for her if she was going to be able to score larger sums of money. Seemed like the purple haired woman was called Ashlyn and this golden haired woman had a infatuation towards her. Raising her hand over her eyes as the woman stuffed her face into Ashlyn's breast. What were they? Hormonal teenagers. Well the sound of someone in pain drew her hand away from her face as she looked at the golden haired woman. A soft bite on her lower lip Aiko would walk over to the woman, so she was in pain excellent. Seemed like there was also a man on board who seemed to be in pain as well. "Don't be alarmed...I'm a doctor" Aiko full on knew that saying those words normally didn't make people feel better or any safer.

Standing in front of the woman she placed a single finger inside of her mouth it was strange, Aiko didn't like it anymore than the other probably did. If that wasn't weird enough a soft chewy taffy appeared in Goldi's mouth, it had a sweet taste. "Now swallow it" Aiko removed her finger, flicking the air to remove any saliva. Whether the other did swallow it or not did not matter, the gum would seemingly go down her throat anyways. "Should help speed up the process though really you should be staying still come along I got a few drugs to ease the pain" Aiko would say. They had no clue who she was and no reason to trust her except for one small detail that made a difference. A lot of the aching in Goldi's stomach would slowly be disappearing, of course Aiko had no idea that it was Goldi's fruit that had kept her alive and had been helping her heal herself back up.

If Goldi decided to follow Aiko they would be lead inside the room of the captain. The man who seemed to be as badly injured as the other though an increased sense of hearing was not normal for a fight injury. "Not an intruder exactly. A helper. Name is Aiko saw this ship and was seeing if I could take rest in this place for a while it would be appreciated" Aiko would say. "Of course I plan on carrying my own weight. I'm a doctor and can help you feel better...well make you feel less in pain" Aiko would say walking over to the man. Placing a hand on his shoulder and applying some pressure. "Where are you injured?" Aiko would ask looking over to see if the woman had followed and if she had. "Can you lay down somewhere too?" Aiko then snapped her fingers moving to the side of the room where it was empty and extending her hands. A pinkish looking taffy would come out from her hands molding and shaping itself into a makeshift bed. "Lay here please" Aiko would tell Goldi.

[ The annoying taste of blood still lingers in his mouth, and the pain from the wounds just isn’t letting up at all. Frankly, Galand is a mess. Worst of all, it seems someone has infiltrated their ship, and as he is, he won’t be able to rightly fight them off. Not without consequence anyways. His right hand covers his face while his upper half rest back onto the soft bed. With a groan he looks over to Goldy from the cracks between his fingers. “Oi… You handle this one. I aint got it in me right now.” he complains, half sad he won’t get to fight off whoever this is, and half sad he got this messed up from a one sided brawl. With luck, the intruder finds her way through the ship and doesn’t appear to be a threat. At least for the time being? She takes it upon herself to start all of this medical treatment on everyone, doing as she pleases. “Oi, wait a minute. You can’t just waltz in here and-YOUCH!” he yells out as she grips his shoulder with all her force, or so it felt, but in reality she merely touched him. “Everywhere! It hurts everywhere darn it, so don’t touch! ...Ah, but please heal me too.” he says, contradicting himself. Things were partially looking up for the group now. No idea what kind of freakish luck dragged a Doctor to them, but he wouldn’t complain. For now, the team needs to figure out what to do from here. After laying himself back down again with the pain of his shoulder subsiding, Galand blankly stares up at the ceiling. A sigh escapes his lips while his mind wanders back to the tragedy of his encounter with the Yonkou. “We really...got our asses handed.” he remarks. “I couldn’t even make that guy get serious, and we’re supposed to believe there are three more of those guys? Damn.” As he finishes, his eyebrows turn down into a frown, but yet his mouth shapes into a grin. Frustration and excitement fill his chest, bringing a strange sort of emotion through the man. Though battered, Galand manages to hold his hand before himself, forming it into a fist. Time and time again he has experienced this. Being crushed by those sitting at the peak. For him, enough was enough. Though small, his group would need to start making progress, one way or another. It’s time they made way to the top themselves. “We...have to get stronger. Better. ‘Cause if we don’t, that place will stay out of our reach.” ]

"Take what you can, give nothing back."

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxTheme: Wild Child

Goldi could usually deal with crippling pain but even she grew tired of it from time to time. She needed a moment to recoup but then she heard the voice of another woman calling out to her—one claiming to be a doctor. Looking up from her hunched over position on the ground her one good eye was met with the view of two very mountainous breasts. The pirate perked up in interest but when she opened her mouth to speak, probably to flirt, a finger was placed on her tongue instead. Well, wasn't this moving awful fast? Not that Goldilocks had any complaints about it, perhaps Ashlyn could also join in on the festivities. Her perverse thoughts were diminished when she felt something being placed along the cheek of her mouth, a familiar sweet taste. Was that taffy?

Goldilocks wasn't a very trusting woman but she'd swallow it when told to anyway. Since it was a drug that would help speed up the already hastened regeneration system her body had Goldi was able to come to a stand after a handful of seconds. The pain was fading away but the soreness of her muscles was still present. She'd follow the woman through the ship until they came to a room. In the meantime the woman had introduced herself as Aiko, a doctor willing to pull her own weight if they allowed her to stay. Another fair-looking maiden on her vessel? Goldi certainly didn't seem to mind—it also helped that she was a doctor,
"Mmm~ You gonna give me a physical, love? Maybe check my temp?" She teased sultrily. The mostly nude pirate spread herself out comfortably on the odd bed crafted from taffy.

Goldi rested her hands behind her head as she could hear the moaning and groaning of Galand not that far from her.
"Oh quit'cher belly-achin', mate. Don't be such a pansy. I technically got killed three fookin' times butcha don't see me complainin'. That crew ain't nothin' to kick dirt at, but I did make the big guy get serious." The woman explained. She managed to muster up enough strength to raise a fist towards the sky, opening up her palm and reaching out for the light bulb embedded in the ceiling. "At least we know what will be up against in the New world. Yah gotta fight the best tah be the best, yah? Er somethin' like that." Goldilocks dropped her arm and sighed, briefly panning her gaze over to Galand and shooting him a smirk. Turning her head back towards the ceiling she shut her eye and cooed, feeling exhaustion more than she did pain at this point.

"Dunno about'chu but I had fun."

The man was a screamer, or just in a lot of pain however from what she could see it was simple bruises and soreness from a fight. While they were in the extreme measures of someone being bruised he shouldn't be complaining all too much especially with the gum flowing through his system. "You two are badly harmed...and you especially are in no condition to physically stop me from doing anything" Aiko would say to Galand putting more pressure in his shoulder. While she enjoyed the sounds of pain coming from him she was simply checking to see if there were any fractures that needed taking care off. Honestly it would be easy for her to just knock these two out and turn them in for some easy money, but she had to start thinking for later on in the road. Taking out already weaken people or small fry wasn't going to provide the luxurious she needed. This crew looked like a good start to her moving up in the world. "What were you two even doing in Torino?" Aiko would ask putting both of her hands on the man's abs seeming to almost caress them, when suddenly gum came out from her hands covering the guys entire body. Leaving only his head free so that he could breath. "Should keep you from moving." The bubblegum tomb would be extremely comfortable to be in, as long as you didn't mind not being able to move a muscle. "Should soak the blood and dirt from your body as well...so just ignore the small tingling sensation as the gum moves"

Aiko would say a soft pant as using her power was getting a little exhausting but she was done at least for the man. Looking over to Goldi as she suggested giving her physical and checking her temperature. "Hm well no not a physical. Are you feeling feverish?" Aiko walked over to the woman standing over as she listen to her talk about fighting someone. Had these two fought the Yonko's crew? They were crazier than they looked after all she knew what they could do after her fight didn't end so well. "So where does it hurt the most?" Aiko would ask placing her hands on the woman's shoulder giving a soft massage, the pain killers should have been working all that should be affecting this woman is soreness but who knows. Only so much pain could be buffered. "Alright don't move too much while the gum cleans your body as well" Aiko would do to Goldi what she had done with Galand. With hands on the pirates shoulder gum would consume her entire body leaving only her head free so she wouldn't suffocate. "May I know your names? And the woman's who was out there" Making bubblegum chair Aiko sat down, placing one leg over the other as she took a small break allowing her gum to do most of the work.

[ Well that was expected. Following his baby-tier griping, Galand is met with the raw flaming tongue of his partner. Goldilocks shows no sympathy in her berating of the man’s pained state. He groans and rubs the back of his head in embarrassment, having no good retort for her. At the end of the day, well, she’s right. “Aww, not even a shred of care? And here I am all bandaged and hurt.” he teases playfully, not realizing he is at the same time chewing some rather delectable gum of some sort. After taking the time to chew a bit more, the flavor finally dawns on him, and he looks down at his chest as if he’d be able to see what’s in his mouth from the angle. One of those fabled derp moments. That aside, Goldi goes on, expression her clear interest in the Yonkou’s crew. So it’s on her mind too then… Galand listens on while resting his head against the wall boarding behind him, gazing forward in a faint daze as he recalls his encounter with Dekura.

“You got that right… They were outrageously strong. It almost seems like it were all just some kinda freak dream.” He says, balling his right hand into a fist before slamming it into the palm of his left. A large grin sets on his face as a tinge of pain shoots up his side from the impact. Yeah. He’s alive. They’re ALL alive. They encountered the strongest monsters there are, and came out of it alive and well. “We got to taste it. The fists of the top.” A slight chuckle escapes between the faint gaps of his gritting teeth. “We gotta get stronger than those monsters. So strong even that ridiculous crew will have no choice but to bow in shame.” His fist raises, set before his face as its grip tightens. Enough to where his arm begins to shake from both the pain and anticipation. Right now, Galand can’t help but feel an unspeakable joy. Because now he knows he can get stronger. Stronger than he was in the past--FAR stronger, in fact. After lowering his hand

“I can’t wait until we can rumble again… Next time, I’ll make him bleed.” the man declares, answering to Goldi’s comment on fun. THAT is why he wanted her. He’d need someone like this by his side, and now, it looks like it won’t just be the two of them! For now, before getting stronger, the swordsman would need to get over this absurd pain tearing through his shoulder, because apparently this new woman is out to kill him! “YeeeeOW!” he yells, having been numb to the pain until now. Whatever that gum was, it sure was helping him, but for a while now this woman has been touching him in just the riiight place to dish out the source of his pain. What is she, some kind of Doctor?! Inevitably, he finds himself cocooned and trapped by some sort of sticky substance, forcing him to look at the woman in both awe and shock. “What are ya, some kinda assassin?! I might be hurt, but I ain't gonna go out without a fight!” he roars comically, trying his best to wriggle around in his sweet container, but to no avail.

He only succeeds in draining the little energy he managed to build from sleeping. He aint got some amazing healing factors like Goldi after all. That woman is one hundred percent not human. “Wh-Where does it hurt?! Like I said, EVERY-...haugh?” he starts, but stops his rant after realizing the pain that previously surged through his very being had begun to quickly subside. In fact, right now...he feels pretty darn good! No, REALLY good! “Actually, I take it back… I’m feelin’ pretty darn good right now! What is this stuff? It’s like some kinda mystery goop.” The feeling of the gum keeps him feeling rather positive minded. Enough so that he relaxes himself and listens to rest of what the woman has to say, or well, ask in this case. “Names Galand…” He starts, introducing himself first. ]
