Hovering over the two violently tangled b'alam. Hook knew better to stay from the waves the best as he could, but it was rather tempting as he watched the dark hook of the other b'alam rise up for some air. In that instant, feathered winged Tah made a heavy 'slap' at Cain's head with his hook. He was going to help his brother! Killian quickly made a heavy flap of his white wings, causing him to raise from the waves. weather he made a blow to the dark b'alam or not he needed to make sure that he was not pulled into the rushing waters. It would, to say the least not help the situation. It was best to know when aiding that one that is helping did not become apart of the problem as well. Though, he wasn't going to sit there and do nothing, when his brother needed help. Like some 'magus'....

The mixture of color in the dark waters, for the most part went unseen by the wind triber-as unlike the dark, he wasn't gifted with nocturnal sight, He could only see the struggle of darker and darker lighter pelts. Hovering over the thrashing, Hook's eyes darted about the scene as his mind quickly worked to try to think of something more to do. He needed to help-and he couldn't just stand there and not act. It was disgusting to even think about sitting there on the shore till it was just 'over'. The Wind Tah tired his best to live without regrets, and not doing anything was not going to be one of his!

The cub regarded the magus with a raised lip and a firey sneer. His hazel eyes rolled towards the conflict in the river. He didn't know anything about the conflict, the source, or those involved. Frankly, he would rather take his chances in the woods than with angry, battle-battered B'alam. He had no way of knowing if these strangers were friendly. He may be spared for now, sure but then what?

"You might wanna focus on that-", he jerked his head towards the conflict. "I'm the least of your concerns."

Gabriel's attention remained unmoved by the gesture and the suggestion of the cub. The cubs displays of aggression were also ignored. Marie would want him to watch over the cub, and for her he would continue to do so for her.

"If it were my greatest concern I would be over there. Chronos knows what he is doing and he is not alone, unlike yourself."

Hook's flapping startled Cain and once again caused him to loose ground. His head dipped below the waves, but not before he could get a good swing of his wings and paw at Hook. He couldn't tell if he had landed a hit or not as immediately his focus shifted to trying to bring Chronos down with him. His paws shot forward on the downswing that had been aimed at Hook.

Chronos' limbs begun to burn. It was getting harder and harder to keep afloat. Water had already begun to threaten his lungs each time his head dipped below the surface.
As Cain batted at Hook Chronos pushed forward in an attempt to tackle the paw back. The effort was rewarded with a heavy paw to his forehead.

Killian had already started to rise from the river as Cain made a swipe at him. His white wings jarred him Higher into the air. He couldn't be caught by the other Tahtll, no that would only make things worse.

Not that the cub they were suppose to be helping was no wondering away, and the 'leader' of the dark tribe was letting him do so. It was a good thing, that Hook didn't know that was going on right then-or he might be a bit more distracted.

"No today Beasty!" Hook roared at the failed attempt of the dark mass trying to pull him into the water.

Jim rolled his eyes and turned his back. Whatever. He didn't want anything to do with any of these frreaks. Two of them had...wrong wings. Wrong. It was the only word for them. They were ugly, branching, bony things. They looked like tree twigs with thin skin stretched between each of the boughs. Gross. Somehow they flew on them- which didn't bode well for him if and when he managed to get up off the ground. To share the sky with such things was hardly a comforting thought.

Then there was the gimp- fighting one. Even less reason to trust them. He couldn't be sure that the other ugly-wing had any better intentions for him. For all he knew it could be a ruse to get a willing bite to eat. Or worse. He didn't want to think of what a "or worse" scenario could be.

"Save your breath." He began forward once more, throwing his ears back and trudging forward with pointed determination. This wasn't his problem. This wasn't his fight. If he could help it- this wasn't his day to get involved.
