Short Summary of their plotline: At current, their plotline has been mostly building up their relationship into an eventual lifemating. While there are plans for future conflict, none of it has been played out just yet. Jack is currently settling into Kauta's herd, and Kauta has been continuing with his life as usual after confessing to Jack. While they are in a committed relationship, no official ceremony for lifemating has been roleplayed out just yet.
What are their parents' personalities? Mother: Jack is a very well mannered, soft stallion. He enjoys being near other people, and being able to offer them assistance. Jack is eager to be the best person he can be, even if it means he has to fight a little harder to make it happen. He was born a female, but is a boy, and with that, comes problems. Despite all the confusion, Jack is very confident in who he is. He refuses to allow anyone to tell him he is someone he's not; be it his mother, father, brother, or a stranger who just doesn't understand. He won't let anyone tell him he's a girl, and he won't accept it. He understands that he is in a female body, but is not one. The stallion won't accept any argument for it. Anyone tries to, and he will argue until he can't talk any more. Father: One way to describe Kauta would be to say he fluctuates constantly. For the most part he is upbeat, but his moods can come and go with no warning at all. In fact, barely anything about him could be called consistent. He changes his mind constantly and with all the suddenness of a spring rain. Favorite things are replaced quickly, and boredom is always just a step ahead or behind him. But for all his capriciousness, there is one thing that is always true of him. He dearly loves his family and his clan, and is always willing to lend help wherever they might need it. He is very dedicated to the people he loves, and nothing hurts him more than seeing them hurt. When push comes to shove, he'll always be there when he's needed - even if the only thing his loved one needs is a shoulder to lean on.

- All logs between Kauta and Jack, from meeting to eventually confessing. Currently, the most important thing to happen was the two dancing together in the water. Other major plot points have been discussed, but not quite roleplayed out yet.
What are their family dynamics? Kauta and Jack will be raising their children primarily in the Amachi Traders, around Kauta's family. They will likely have no contact with Jack's family until after they're adults, although the loving environment of Kauta's will more than make up for it. The parents will be doting, but unafraid to punish when necessary, and ensure the children are raised with tolerance towards soquili from all walks of life. The children would be raised to refer to both of their parents as male, and will likely wind up referring to Jack as Daddy and Kauta as Papa. They will likely have a great deal of contact with their grandparents, but absolutely no contact with Kauta's youngest brother, Sanova - who has displayed intolerance of Jack's gender in the past. They will also have a good deal of contact with Kauta's familiar, Sadakat, who will dote on the foals like they were her own children. As the family as a whole is fairly well off, it wouldn't be particularly surprising if the foals grew up receiving the occasional expensive or rare gift from any of the family members. Sanova Amachi | Kauta's youngest brother. Intolerant of Jack's gender, and slowly on his way to becoming the black sheep of the family. Kauta will personally ensure he has no contact with any of his nieces and nephews. Sadakat | Kauta's familiar and personal assistant. A very motherly and warm raccoon who dotes on all the Amachi family members - with one rather obvious exception. It wouldn't be particularly uncommon for her to watch over the foals for a few minutes at a time if their parents need to run a quick errand and can't leave them with anyone else.
Traditions: All members of the Badieh Badawie culture wear bells and headscarves within the desert to both help guard them from the sand and keep track of one another in the vast expanses. The bells are also used as a form of currency. Kauta, as a born member, is no exception to this rule - and during his early acquaintance with Jack, he purchased the other soquili headscarves for protection and gave him a small allowance of bells as starting funds. Herd/Family Culture:The Amachi Traders are a group of nomadic, desert dwelling merchants and performers of all kinds. The group is the go to place for trade and services in the Badlands and the Uunule Noyi Desert as a whole, and is generally friendly and open minded, not lending much faith to stereotypes. So long as you're a generally good person and a hard worker, you can easily find a home among them regardless of your ancestry. Religious Beliefs: For the most part, religious beliefs are an individual thing. Kauta considers himself spiritual, but holds no particular religion. Jack has no religious beliefs.
Additional Info: It bears repeating, all members of their culture wear bells and headscarves. Their kids would be no exception. The headscarves are worn in a way that they can easily be pulled into place to guard their faces from harsh winds and blowing sand, and the bells serve to keep track of members of the herd by sound in low visibility.

Short Summary of their plotline: No heavy plotline in progress - just a lot of cuddling and bumming around on the beach.
What are their parents' personalities? Mother: Oliver is a mare who can't seem to hold a grudge no matter how big a slight or insult is against her. In fact, insults and anger seem to roll right off her with absolutely no effort on her part. She is sweet and kind to even the most fearsome creatures, although that isn't to say she doesn't find them scary! It's easy for her to be affectionate, but she's certainly not fearless by any stretch of the imagination. She is just as prone to getting spooked as any other horse - the difference is she always makes an effort to push past her fear, especially where it involves another living being. After all, if she won't make an effort than who will? Father: An easygoing, relaxed stallion, Broc lives life at a relaxed pace and isn't bothered by much. He often has lazy days where he'll lie on the sand and doze, looking like nothing more than a cerynei-shaped hunk of driftwood. He's something of a hippie - just takes life day by day, going with the flow of things. He rarely gets angry or spooked, and is perfectly content with just about anything that happens. If the sky is overcast, well, the waves are hitting the shore just right. If the tide's running high, then the grass past the beach is nice. There's always something good going on, and he chooses to focus on that.

Short Summary of their plotline: Tin and Pach met when she (literally) stumbled upon him dancing to the music of his bells. She joined him, dancing to the music of the wind, and they've been sneaking away to meet each other in their meadow ever since. After struggling to come to terms with their feelings, they introduced each other to their parents. However, her family is plagued by pure and cursed skinwalkers alike, and with the threat of them looming over the couple, Pachelbel's family decided to move away and left him to move into the protection of the Vanaras, Tin's herd. They are now waiting for the skinwalkers to come back and to defeat them in a last stand; once they do, they will be at peace - at least for the time being.
What are their parents' personalities? Mother: Tinúviel has gone through much change in her short life, and as a result, her personality is very dynamic: it all depends on the situation. Playful and serious by turns, she focuses on the situation at hand before anything else. Father: Once naive and shy, Pach as since matured into a stallion with something to fight for. While he has no experience fighting, he'll do everything in his power to protect the ones he loves.
Do the parents have professions? Mother: Part of the Herd Guard, she goes on patrols around the borders of the Herdlands. However, before that, she was a dancer and still is, though it's not really an official profession. Father: Pach is also a dancer and babysits some for the herd.

On Reasons : They talk about their families and resolve to introduce each other to them. No Matter What : Tin meets Pach's family and warns them of the skinwalkers. His family decides to leave, and she brings him home with her. Home Sweet [Temporary] Home : Pach is introduced to Tin's mother, the matriarch of the herd.
What are their family dynamics? Tin and Pach will be raising them, but both sets of grandparents will have a major role in the lives of the foals. They will spend a lot of time with the Vanaras and be raised to know and understand the herd's ways. After they are old enough, Pach and Tin will take the foals to find his parents and grandparents deep in the woods.
Traditions: Dancing runs in both families, though it is much more of a tradition in Pachelbel's family. On Tin's side, there is a coming of age ceremony. Unlike the Amachi clan, who earn their bells, Pach's family trades for them. Herd/Family Culture: Tin has been immersed in the culture of the Vanaras since she emerged from her basket and was once favored to be the future Mistress of Ceremonies, but her sister took over that position when it was realized that Tin didn't really want to do that. Herd culture of the Vanaras: xxxx. The children of Tin and Pach will be raised sort of separately from either of their families, however, and will be immersed in the cultures of both. Religious Beliefs: Tin believes that her ancestors were born of the trees, as is the traditional Cerynei belief. She also believes that her mother's ancestors, the Dryads/Grove Keepers, were made by the trees to be their caretakers, but she is not one herself. Both she and Pach believe in some sort of heaven.

Short Summary of their plotline: Kendrick ran into Sephora on the beach, where she was waiting for her mother to return to her. He gave her some flying lessons (her wings are too small to sustain long/high flight) and spent the night nearby and continued to teach her. In the next few days, Sephora realized that her mother had been gone far too long and freaked out - Kendrick soothed her and they began to look for Kalypso. They did not find her. After looking and continuing her flying lessons, they admitted their feelings for one another. Eventually, Sephora will meet his family - which will be an ordeal in and of itself.
What are their parents' personalities? Mother: Loving, sweet, and understanding, Sephora is her own harshest critic. However, with Kendrick's help, she is beginning to see that she can be perfect in her own skin. Father: Kendrick is of the knightly variety. He's fiercly protective of any he loves or cares about and would do just about anything for his family. He never took after his mother's elitist views that wings were superior to all others, and never cared if Sephora could fly or not, he merely wanted to help her achieve a dream. A true gentlemen who is friendly to others, and sometimes gets a little tongue-tied talking to his pretty lady.
Do the parents have professions? Mother: Sephora enjoys making bits and bobs out of shells and pretty stones she finds on the beach. Father: Flight instructor to Sephora, if that counts.
Link to RP(s) where something happens of importance: Beachwalkers : Sephora and Kendrick meet and he gives her a flying lesson - the best she's yet had. She also makes him a necklace. Absent Without Leave : Sephora realizes that her mother is missing for reals and panics. Kendrick is there to calm her and help begin the search.
What are their family dynamics? Sephora and Kendrick will raise them together with very minimal exposure to grandparents or aunts/uncles - Sephora never met her father, brother, or half-siblings and Kendrick is not on speaking terms with his relatives atm.
Traditions: Pearls are passed down in Sephora's family - her mother, Kalypso, was given some by her father, and Kalypso gave some to her daughter. Sephora will probably give her children strings of pearls as gifts. Herd/Family Culture: Not really anything immersive, though wings are important in Kendrick's family. Short Summary of their plotline: Nadia was told she couldn't be a Knight and with her brother's help she got all the lessons her father taught them. Finally Nadia stood up to her father and he learned the errors of his ways. But as he ages, Nadia needed a younger partner, because training alone wasn't working. That's when Aneurin happened by and watched her practice and he critiqued her.
Aneurin had learned from his family, and together he and Nadia started to train on a daily basis. Ane started to realize he cared for Nadia, he wanted to protect her and struggled over this because Nadia is not a damsel in distress and would actually be offended if he tried to shelter her.
It wasn't under Nadia injured herself sparring that she noticed Aneurin's care toward her and she began to feel something inside herself. She does her best to snuff it out but everyone around then can see, just not them.
What are their parents' personalities? Mother: Nadia is along the lines of strong and silent. She knows what she believes in and fights for it. She was told she couldn’t be a knight but she proved that wrong. She has a heart of gold and doesn’t always express herself well but for her, blood runs deep. Father: Aneurin is a brave stallion that trains hard and also follows his beliefs which happen to normally fall in line with Nadia’s. A good soul with a solid back ground, he realized that he cared of Nadia much earlier than she did. He could be thought of as her opposite, Ane is cheerful and can be chatty.
Do the parents have professions? Mother: A Lady Knight, she fights off those that do wrong so to speak. She helps those that need it. Father: Same as above.
