Clamp characters are always fun to play with. Some pairings are so obvious that I almost begin to treat them as canon. Anyway, my favourites are:
Suo/Nokoru (Campus Detectives)
Toya/Yukito (CCS/TRC)
Kurogane/Fye (TRC)
Domeki/Watanuki (XXXHolic)
various X pairings
Gingetsu/Lan (Clover)
Takeshi/Kentaro (Duklyon)
Eriol/Syaoran along with Tomoyo/Sakura (CCS)
Saiga/Kakei (Legal Drug)

So, that being said, naturally my favorite CLAMP pair is Kokuyo/Koryu. o 3o I really like Kokuyo with ... that one angel master he married, though. > 3> Koryu/Kohaku is also cute but ultimately I prefer Kohaku with Shuichiro (that's his name right? ..; or is that his dad's name? haven't read the books in a while and I can't check because most of my manga collection is out in the shed)

Fuuma/Kamui (X/1999) Seishirou/Subaru (X/1999) Touya/Yukito[Yue] (Cardcaptor Sakura) Kurogane/Fai (Tsubasa) Nokoro/Suoh (CLAMP School Detectives/There in X/1999 too) Gingetsu/Ran (Clover) Kazahaya/Rikuo (Legal Drug/Lawful Drug) Kakai/Saiga (Legal Drug/Lawful Drug) Lantis/Eagle (Magic Knight Rayearth) Yasha/Ashura (RG Veda) And the characters from wish.... although they really didn't have a gender did they. And there's two characters from Suki but I can't remember there names. And it's gong to drive me crazy until I do. I know I'm missing some. This is getting me soooo made.

Those are in order of preferance, all-time favorite being at the top. xd

There's probably more. I'd like Shuichiro/Kohaku, but the ending was so disappointing and weird. I'm not really one for reincarnated lovers.. too cliche.

Clamp is awesome you can put pratically anybody together and it can be almost canon. My personal fav pairings are: KuroganexFai, ToyaxYukito, FerioxAscot (wierd I know), and EriolxSyaoran.

I don't read much CLAMP. So all I've got is Kokuro/Koryu. Didn't they make references to it? oo
Their names confuse me to death (Kohaku, Koryu, Kokuyo) cuz they're all Ko's. gonk
I always saw Kohaku as a girl but apparently she doesn't really have a gender? o.o
I've read Chobits too but there is -no- room for slash whatsoever with that series :B
