A Thief Appears Pwnder There is something I haven't utilized, artichoke. I love artichoke but have never attempted to cook with it. I'll need to try my hand at it sometime. I love spinach and artichoke dip Are you a vegetarian heart I just buy quartered artichoke hearts. It's so hard to get the hearts out of a regular artichoke. I am not skilled enough. gonk For health purposes. 3nodding I'm actually fairly thin and healthy, but I have a newfound appreciation for vegetables and cooking thanks to my choice. Gimme some beans, legumes, or what have you, and some vegetables...and I'll whip something up for ya. I'm the person that eats the vegetables on my plate first  the meat is all good but there is something satisfying about veggies. I love spinach and mushroom enchiladas

Pwnder I'm the person that eats the vegetables on my plate first the meat is all good but there is something satisfying about veggies. I love spinach and mushroom enchiladas I used to do that to get them out of the way. rofl Now I LOVE my vegetables. They have to be cooked right or prepared correctly in the raw method, but damn do they bring some flavor to your dishes. Also, if you're interested, this is the recipe for the pizza. My whole family, the big meat eaters that they are, totally loves it. 3nodding Crimini or Bella mushrooms with spinach is amazzzing. For breakfast I just toss both in a pan with some garlic, not-cheese, and a little salt and pepper and wrap it in a burrito. S'good noms. However, making them for enchiladas sounds amazing. Maybe I should try that out. Do you use a cream sauce, or?

Pwnder Madame Xiva Pwnder!! *shakes fist* You always make me hungry! Tacos? *drool* And now Jelly has drumsticks in the oven again? GAAAAAAAH! YUM! Dinner for us tonight was a broiled hen with mashed potatoes and fresh corn with cream cheese with me, hubby and our little ragdoll kitten that managed to sneak a few bites of hen under the table. It was yummy, but seriously....broiled hen or tacos? Ummmmmm...yeah. Me gusto. Tacos FTW! Must be a side effect of working in a restaurant half my life, always talking about food sweatdrop FRIED PICKLES ANYONE?? blaugh I think I got myself a cat this morning too. I've had the next door neighbors cat (I assume she belongs to the neighbor) stalking my door EVERY morning and a lot during the day. She's always there, so we just kinda gave up and let her in this morning and fed her, she was obviously hungry, lucky for her I had a bag of cat food too. She's been a real sweet heart, sleeping next to me, kneading my blankets and cuddling up to me. She's napping in the rocker right now. We shall see how this goes..... AWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!! Pwnder gots a kitty!! heart That is too cute, and I love that you let little girl inside the house to eat and get warm. You gotta keep me posted. Meow!!!!!!!

I've never actually made them myself, other family members won't eat so It would be a waste of effort, time and money when I have to feed a family of 4. I believe there is some kind of cream sauce on them, but I could not tell you what it is made from. Sometimes I get frisky and make something off beat. I loooove making egg rolls but they consume a lot of time.

Pwnder Haven't really gotten to that point yet but I"m wanting to call her Flynn xp Since she stalked me at my door every time I opened it and wouldn't leave me alone wink Maybe KiKi would be better...... razz LOL....but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Don't you dare name her Flynn or you will be tempted to kick her back to the curb and out of the house!! *dies* Kiki is good, but Waffles is WAY cute! We toyed with naming our little ragdoll "Copper" because his eyes are pure copper color with his sleek black coat, but somehow he ended up being named "Riley" because he gets riled-up. smile
