Although i'm currently searching for a bands that arent as well known as alot of bands i'm used to.

Hey, I listen to Sarah Brightman and I consider that gothic enough for me. xp I mean, I listen to all the regular "gothic" stereotyped bands, too, but my taste is my own and I have a very eclectic selection.

I listen to whatever I feel like. I'm tired of trying to catagorize my music. When you do it wrong in someone's opinion, it's afight. So, I just listen to rock. While "goth" (referring to a person) is largely opinion based, there IS a goth genre of music, and what is in it can't be argued. For example, it can be argued whether or not Marilyn Manson is a goth, but it is fact that his music IS NOT goth rock.
