Narki timstut Narki timstut Narki timstut that's true. you're the one that worth that burma road one, right? i clicked on the picture and my jaw dropped... that was a very big emphasis on your sexuality. XP Really though, I am bisexual. same here... well actually, i'm waiting to justify this 'til someone special comes around *gack, the corniness* i mean i say i'm bi, but sometimes i think i don't like guys, but see.... i still question myself about this. Understandable. After all, it isn't exactly a simple matter you can "decide" over. yeah, i know it. man, i've been a v to the single word for too long, but i'm scared of realtionships so that's my down fall. sweatdrop So, I'm actually making it really hard on myself to decide what I am. Best of luck to you in finding that out then. Don't worry, you'll get there some day. xd yep... sweatdrop if i ever overcome my low self-esteem thing, but I'm going to... watever it is when that time comes.

But other than that...i guess i might as well tell them at once that i watch yaoi and wut not when i tell them im gay. 2 birds with one stone sweatdrop

My mom walked in on Gravitation once. But it was the original Gravitation- not Remix or anything, so there wasn't much. She said it was ok and I was old enough to make my own choices of what and what not to do.

My parents would strangle me if they saw it. They already freaked out when they found out I was Bi. My mom kept wondering what she did wrong and my dad, being a Christian, is pretty mad about it. My sister thinks it's cool that I'm Bi and my relatives don't know and they don't need to know. Not that they ever will since they never come visit us. Luckily i can drive so I buy my own stuff with my own money, although I put them in my secret compartment. Hmm....I think I'm a disappointment to my parents. Ah well.

My dad knows I look at it, but I think he forgot....
My mom knows I like gay dudes, and so does she, but I dont tell her about yaoi.
But they are both okay with homosexuality, so I dont thinkn they would care anyways.

Two days ago:
I wanted to order Loveless, and decided to tell my mom that it contains shounen ai so that if she ever stumbles on it, she'd know what it was. I didn't tell her what it was directly, I made it seem like there were only very very VERY few hints on there being a gay couple, and the couple weren't seen doing 'couply' things and they weren't even the main characters so I wouldn't be seeing them much, I think I also added some war into the story to make it sound anything but romantic XD (all this so she thinks that it has only traces of BL and let me get it) but she was like:
"~_~ No, people make this to influence you that it's ok to be gay and I don't want you to pay any money to them to get anything of theirs that spreads this out to the world".
Basically cried myself to sleep. No luck on telling her I'm bi soon.
And my dad? Oh boy, yeah, I'd lo~ve to tell him about my obsession rolleyes if I happened to have a death wish, that is.
Basically, they'd react awfully. Atleast I didn't tell my mom the name of Loveless lol .

My mother knows I'm a yaoi/shounen-ai fangirl because I told her. Her boyfriend also knows.

My parents are very open minded, and in truth they can't care, because my dad and my mom have their own contest on of who can have the weirdest desktop. my dad puts very questionable pictures of anime girls, and my mom puts really buff gay men. I just combined the two. Gay anime men. ^_^ They have the right to remain silent. For anything they say or do will be altered and used by me.

my mom doesn't care. I made her watch Gravitation with me, and while she didn't like it, she didn't care. She grew up in a strict house so I'm surprised she's not all "don't watch that", but while raising me it's become... well, weird. Normal for me, but weird for others. She's more like my sister than a parent, we respect each other and all that jazz. We're kinda like the Gilmore Girls people, I haven't watch that show in AGES, but when I did, I could compare us two to them. 3nodding I'll convert her yet. XD

I don't think my parents know that I like yaoi and shonen ai. I haven't told them but I haven't exactly been hiding it either. Well, except the more hardcore stuff. But that's more for their sake than mine sweatdrop I do however believe that they suspect something because I always hide what I'm looking at on the computer when they walk by

mystical_elfgirl12 Does anyone in your family know that you read or look at shounen-ai and yaoi? Do they accept it and not care that you read and look at Yaoi and Shounen-ai or do they freak out and act like they are mad and want you not to read it or look at it. Come chat and tell us if your family minds or not that you enjoy Yaoi and Shounen-ai My sisters are cool about it, but we have an agreement not to tell our overly right-wing anti-gay parents about it.
