The trick or treater had been scary. Quite possibly one of the creepiest people Leo had ever seen in her excessively pink clothes, Desu had turned out to be surprisingly nice. When the mare had asked if she could sign up for the field trip to Valentines, the trick or treater had just patted her on the head and asked her to show her willingness with a little task.

Totally fine, she could do that! The task in question had turned out to be glitter bombing though, something Leo hadn't ever done. She'd heard about it sure enough, but she'd never actually seen it done.

But well. There was a first time for everything. A quick snoop around the maul had yielded a small plastic bag of glitter. Shiny pink glitter. Pink and silver glitter. Tiny, tiny glitter hearts. She was pretty sure Desu would approve of this.

And now she was about to make someone's day very embarrassing. She'd positioned the little bag, carefully opened, on top of a slightly open door. It'd been genius, in her opinion, and she'd attempted to hide behind a corner to watch the mayhem (and stay out of striking range, too). But then she'd gotten a text from her mom, and just as she was checking it, she heard the not-so-distant roar of someone now quite glittery and very, very angry. A tiny pink heart floated past her.

Okay, nevermind seeing the results of her work. She was out of there, running as fast as her short legs could take her. She'd definitely be able to report the success of her task to Desu, just as long as the trick or treater didn't ask her who her victim was. She did not want to find out who - or what - had made that noise.
